Tweaky and Ashura are watching over Zenus when Mana in the area starts getting absorbed.

Just then a notification pops up.

[Divine being, Desert Serpent has been awoken]

They feel the ground rumbling as the sand starts falling into a vortex.

They watch as a giant snake, one that could be said to be a giant as the burj khalifa starts rising from the ground.

Tweaky uses sand to lift Zenus up and runs.

"I think it'll take a bit to rise so we'll have a chance to escape"

"Eh I'll take my chances"

Zenus sits in a meditative position and starts his mana circulation.

[Solar energy, divine Mana levels 10%]

Zenus is still circulating and analyzing the flow of his mana.

The snake lands creating an eruption of sand, Tweaky sees this in the distance and ushers Ashura to hurry up.

His energy is still low from using his sand territory skill.

The solar energy Zenus is absorbing starts swirling around him turning the sand into glass.

"Shit, I can't carry him with us anymore"

"I can't leave him behind maybe I can distract the snake"

Ashura stops running and pulls out his blade.

"I have defeated a god before you can't beat me"

Ashura uses a gigantic attack on the snake only for it to stop at the barrier around it.

Ashura looks to tweaky

"Well we can't beat it"

The snake gets close to Zenus only for his energy to start being absorbed.

The snake feeling this goes past him and goes after Ashura

"It's you"

The snake chomps at Ashura, but Ashura uses his arm to block it.

Ashura loses his arm and then regenerates it

"Wait tweaky it's avoiding Zenus"

While Ashura is distracting the snake tweaky starts regenerating his Qi.

"Just stall it for 6 minutes ashura"

Ashura uses a fully charged hydra slash along with thunder secretion to block an attack.

"Damnit if I can't break past the barrier I can't do anything"

Tweaky gets up.

"Alright Ashura lead it towards me"

Ashura runs towards tweaky with the snake following after him.

[Sand territory activated]

Tweaky and snake fall into the sand realm.

"Well this is where our encounter ends"

Tweaky leaves the sand realm.

"Alright he's been dealt with"

Tweaky and Ashura continue moving through the desert while carrying Zenus.

"God why is it so hot"

"Well Ashura, that typically happens in desert type areas"

Granger had gone back to meet up with the rest of his group.

"Who would've expected he had such a trump card"

Granger finally meets up with the rest of his group.

"We might have to be careful, Zenus and Ashura are stronger than we think"

"Alright give me a good explanation of what you saw and I'll try and guess where they have been"

Granger explains to based everything.

"Alright, then they were able to defeat the hydra and they somehow beat Ra, lucky bastards, but based off of Zenus's abilities he probably wasn't the one who dealt the final hit, so we don't have to worry about fighting sun fire"

Based searching through the forest with the rest until they stumble upon a cavern.

They all enter the cave as a notification pops up.

[Trial of elements has started]

A flame erupted around Krizz as he disappears.

Vines surrounded Granger as he disappears.

Walter watches as Based disappears when a lighting bolt strikes him.

Water then surrounds Walter as he falls in.

**Walter's trial**

Walter is dropped under water in an endless sea with no end.

"Surprisingly I can still breathe, with how this game is I thought I would have to really hold my breathe, but my main stat is speed being in water really limits it"

Piranhas suddenly start swimming at him.

"Shit how am I supposed to deal with this"

Walter grabs his sword and tries to slash them but he's too slow and many piranhas bite him.

"I have to think, I can't move against the water I have to follow the flow, the easiest way is a vortex"

Walter grips his sword as hard as possible and spins as fast as he can, with the vortex pulling the piranhas in, he's able to slash them all.

[Piranhas stage complete]

"THERE'S MORE?"

Walter could barely deal with the first one so he's mad that he has to do more.

Soon, Sharks start swimming at him.

Walter tries the vortex move but since the sharks are much bigger than piranhas they are able to resist being pulled in.

"So the same method won't work"

Walter attempts a downward slash when the shark comes at him but it's too slow.

"Speed is my entire thing how am I too slow to hit them, I have to think"

Walter thinks for a bit analyzing the sharks movement and his past movements.

"I've got it now"

Walter uses a short burst of demonic Qi to flip around guiding the water with his sword and performing a downward slash splitting the shark in half.

"This is it"

Walter does the same for the other shark.
