Prologue

The world keeps repeating endlessly

When this world is destroyed, it will be recreated

The dead will be reborn

And so it will continue

An endless world

An infinite paradox

I'm sick of it all

I keep repeating everything

At a giant altar surrounded by stars and planets, there were two young men facing each other on the altar. The first one was a black-haired young man with sapphire blue eyes, wearing a blue shirt and a black suit. Meanwhile, the second one was a blond-haired young man with emerald green eyes, wearing a white shirt and a black suit.

"Are you serious about doing this, Zen?" asked the black-haired young man.

"Of course, I am serious," replied the blond-haired young man.

"Why are you doing this?" asked the black-haired young man.

"To end everything and to save you, Vincent," replied the blond-haired young man.

"Why do you want to end it?" asked the black-haired young man.

"I'm tired of all of this. That's why I'm going to kill the one who created this world," the blond-haired young man replied firmly.

However, the black-haired young man did not want to let his friend carry out this dangerous plan.

"Stop it!" exclaimed the black-haired young man.

But the blond-haired young man remained steadfast and asked, "Why should I stop?"

The black-haired young man tried to persuade his friend not to continue with his plan, "You have suffered enough, you don't need to keep hurting yourself."

"I am an outsider, you don't have to worry about me," said the blond-haired young man in a cold tone.

However, the black-haired young man clarified his feelings, "You are my friend."

Still, their conversation continued and the blond-haired young man remained determined to carry out his plan.

"This seems pointless," he said.

The black-haired young man tried to stop him and said, "Yes, that's right. That's why we should stop all of this and start over."

However, the blond-haired young man remained unyielding and asserted, "It's useless, completely useless!"

The black-haired young man didn't understand and asked, "Why?"

Nevertheless, the black-haired young man still wanted to prevent him and said, "That's not important. That's why we should stop all of this."

However, the blond-haired young man remained stubborn and threatened, "This conversation will never end. If you still want to stop me, I will kill you for your own sake."

But the black-haired young man was not afraid and remained determined to stop him, "I will stop you for your own sake."

"The vast sky, the unfathomable ocean, the endless world, the infinite paradox, you are the arcana of the world, I have a desire, my only desire is, End of The World... Horologium!" Zen manifests his Lex Dei.

A giant astronomical clock and countless gears appear behind Zen.

"The great white hero, the blessed holy sword of the spirits and gods that removes all darkness in this world, when the hero rises from darkness, he will make the world peaceful, I am the savior, Savior of The World... Albis Armis!" Vincent manifests his Lex Dei.

Its rotation occurs at a high speed. All the stars and planets around it move backward and some are already beginning to fade.

Vincent raises his hand as if holding a sword, followed by the giant white armor behind him. As the white armor raises its sword, the sword absorbs the energy and matter around it.

"Erase everything, [Annihilation]!"

The white armor immediately swings its sword, creating a large energy projection.

"It's useless! Stop time, [End of Time]!"

The energy projection stopped abruptly before hitting Zen's astronomical clock.

Zen created a black hole next to him and reached his right hand into it.

"Come, Voidstriker."

Zen summoned a black sword surrounded by a dark red aura.

Zen swung the sword vertically towards Vincent's energy projection.

The energy projection immediately dissipated into nothingness

Suddenly, a light appeared in Vincent's right hand. The light began to form a sword. A white sword surrounded by a golden yellow aura appeared in Vincent's hand.

"Holy Sword, Divine Edge."

They both observed each other, searching for gaps in their opponent's movements. Zen took the initiative and attacked first. His sword moved quickly, cutting through space and distance with a hissing sound. Vincent leaped to the side, avoiding the attack, and counterattacked with his own sword.

Their swords clashed hard, producing a heart-stirring sound. They both struck at each other, trying to find gaps in their opponent's movements. Zen launched a heavy attack, but Vincent managed to dodge and counterattacked with incredible speed. Their swords clashed again, and the two young men continued to move quickly, dodging and attacking.

They spun around the giant altar, their attacks moving quickly and agilely. Every time their swords clashed, the stars and planets around them trembled violently, and sparks flew between their swords. Vincent leaped and rolled to the side, releasing a quick attack that almost hit Zen.

"This time, I will definitely save you, because that was... the promise we made when we first met," Vincent said to himself.

Zen managed to avoid the attack and retaliated with a heavy blow. However, Vincent dodged it again and counterattacked with a deadly strike. Their swords clashed hard, and they locked each other, holding each other back with equal force.

"Surrender, you're running out of time," Zen said to Vincent.

"I will not surrender, I will definitely save you!"

"Useless, completely useless!"

They stared at each other sharply, both trying to press their opponent. Their hands locked on the swords, and they continued to move hard, trying to defeat their opponents. After a few moments, Vincent attacked again, and Zen fell back hard.

Vincent held his sword tightly, ready to attack and end the fight. However, Zen quickly stood up and attacked hard. Their swords clashed again, and they continued to move quickly and agilely.

"I will end it now," Zen said, lifting his sword up.

After a few moments, Zen's astronomical clock and its surrounding gears began to spin faster. When all the hands on Zen's clock pointed to twelve o'clock, the astronomical clock and its surrounding gears began to stop moving.

"It's over, Eternal vo-"

Before Zen could finish his sentence, Vincent immediately cut him off and lifted his sword, followed by his giant white armor.

"Damn! [Disintegration]!"

Vincent swung his sword horizontally, followed by the giant white armor. A white light hit Zen, along with his astronomical clock and the gears surrounding it.

The light could destroy anything, even souls and minds if exposed to it.

After the light started to fade, it was apparent that Zen's entire astronomical clock had disappeared, and Zen himself was seen staggering. Vincent immediately ran towards Zen.

"I am not a hero, I cannot even save my friend." Vincent said while sobbing.
