Suddenly, an assassin cast a spell, and it vanished as if it were nothing. Moros arrived with a guard.

"What happened in here, my dear?" Alicia's tone carried a hint of anger. "An assassin—someone wants to assassinate our son!"

Moros was shocked, and the room suddenly grew darker as he displayed rage. Suddenly, Alicia interrupted, saying, "Dear, stop it. Our son seems to be awake. Don't scare him." Moros and Alicia approached John, with Alicia holding him.

"Don't worry, my son. Your dad and I are going to protect you at any cost..."
