But here I am, sitting across from him, watching him flirt with another woman. It's so freaking annoying that even after all this time, he's still the most gorgeous man I've ever met. I like Keith. He's dashing and a gentleman, and certainly attractive with his buzz-cut and dark eyes. But there's just something different about Giovanni.
He was already an adult when I met him, but he's in his mid-30s now. How come he looks even better than before? That's insane. Is he aging backward? No, he's definitely matured, especially with a neat short beard and sharper features. And damn it. He looks so much hotter, it's really very annoying.
I'm unaware of my surroundings other than this man, the thumping of the music just a muffle noise in my ear, until I hear Lauretta say haughtily, "Are Morellis not allowed in your clubs? You surely overlooked it when Lia came years ago. Right, Gio?"
