Food and...prisoners?

Gahrkal watched the organized forest hunting groups emerge from the distance. But with more than just food.

"What the hell?"(Gahrkal)

The huge group of 12 ogres and 12 wolves brought animals, fruits, and a cage made of logs which had 5 people inside, Gahrkal remained silent while watching the cage.

"Maybe I can take advantage of these fools after all."(Gahrkal)

The group arrived in the city and from there to the entrance of the main castle where Gahrkal had chosen as home and where all the monsters that were in the city gathered and began to roar celebrating their first hunt, although in the eyes of Gahrkal it was rather a celebration because they found human women.

Strangely the orcs, and goblins do not feel any kind of attraction for the females of "lizard people" which perhaps explains why they roam the city without bothering each other.

Gahrkal jumped from the roof and on stepping on the ground this cracked in all directions silencing the crowd and leaving the human prisoners more frightened.

"Silence, you are ruining the calm that floods this city with its hideous voices!"(Gahrkal)

The voice of Gahrkal was heard throughout the city with a muted echo to all the monsters that were nearby and Gahrkal walked to the wooden cage watching the prisoners.

The 5 people inside the log cage were without a doubt, "Adventurers" and the so-called novices and one of them seemed to be badly injured in his arm as you could see the bone of his arm coming out of his flesh.

Gahrkal noticed the glances of the goblins and orcs noticing that they were full of lust. Lust for human women but Gahrkal could not remain calm since the former was a human, so I think of something immediately to avoid that in the future if humans visited this city they could feel safe, even if they walked among monsters.

"From now on, those who inhabit this city are strictly forbidden to attack, kidnap and exercise their power over others, you are not allowed to harm any human and if a human attacks you first you should just leave him unconscious." (Gahrkal)

Gahrkal materialized his scythe and kept it by his side.

"If any of you, a dragon, a goblin, an orc or a god...you will personally taste what it is to be cut in half before you can even blink, I hope you know how to use your brain since it would be a shame to die before that they can even put a finger on that necromancer..."(Gahrkal)

Gahrkal looked at the cage again and decided that it would be better to get the prisoners out of town as soon as possible.

Gahrkal observed a group of Harpies who were stationed on one of the towers.

"I suppose they will serve, Harpies come here!"(Gahrkal)

The Harpies heard the voice of Gahrkal calling them, seeing the Harpies up close Gahrkal could see that they were incredibly respectable to human women. Their bodies and limbs were to a certain extent a human woman but until after the wrists instead of hands there were wings, and their feet were thin with 3 long curved claws and finally the face although human to the naked eye it split in two pieces revealing a mouth full of long, sharp teeth.

Gahrkal approached one of these and caressed with his skeletal hand his head full of blue feathers and the Harpies looked very comfortable with this.

"I want you to take these humans to the mountain where the human market is, just follow the main road that leaves the city."(Gahrkal)

Gahrkal watched as the Harpies took the cage and flew away slowly disappearing into the distance and it was only left to take care of the dead animals and the fruit.

Gahrkal silently watched the dead animals and sighed.

"Now the tedious part begins..." (Gahrkal)
