Chapter 48: The Restaurant Got Smashed

She suddenly remembered the day when William asked her if she knew how to paint.

Even though she was supposed to not know how, when she put the brush to the paper, everything felt so familiar, as if she had done it a thousand times before.

Pencils danced on paper to slowly outline the contours. Suddenly, when she saw what she had drawn, Jennifer's heart skipped a beat and she immediately threw away the pencil.

She had actually...drawn that man.

It must be him, tall and graceful from his youth, featuring white teeth and dark brows.

Jennifer stared at the drawing in a daze, finding it hard to imagine that it was drawn by herself. Just as she was about to tear it up, several big and tall men suddenly rushed into the restaurant.

"This is the restaurant, right? Smash it for me!"

"Yes!"

Before Jennifer could even react, several men holding iron rods rushed in, without any hesitation, smashing everything around them.

"Who are you? What do you want?" Jennifer asked angrily.
