No amount of probing from Nessa's mum could get her to open up on yesterday's incident. Even though Damon lied to her by saying a friend of his played a prank on him by telling him that Nessa was in danger, she still didn't believe him. Jenny sensed he was lying.
"You should have seen his face yesterday, Nessa. He was so scared and so pale and breathing hard as if he had run to our place," Jenny made her point expecting her daughter to say something.
But then Nessa knew better than to say a word. Her mother was quite dramatic and she didn't want to cause her to worry. Moreover, what's the point of telling her everything when the case is solved already.
