To the light beyond time

"We don't choose what role we play in fate's stupid, heartless little game. We just accept what role it gives us and master it to the best of our abilities. But here's the problem with human beings...they corrupt themselves, their faith and their beliefs and forget that the gospel writes it's code that shapes fate based on the rules influenced by faith."

Merlin's shadow finally stood still in front of the three demons. 

"Yes, we are evil and yes there is a God that despises evil...but those who ask why God lets evil persist are foolish. They speak as though he created it. God didn't create evil, so, why should he take it away?" It opens it's arms and shows a devilish grin. "Do you understand what I'm getting at? Every man is responsible for his demons and we are the demons of humanity. To The Light, we're a test so it will not stop us...but humans fear us. So, who is truly the god?"
