This heart of mine

They say that time heals all wounds. That if you give yourself time, all the pain will fade away. I've told myself this a million times, every morning when I woke up and every night when I went to bed, but nothing changed. Then I remembered...scars and wounds are not the same.

Historia wakes up in an unfamiliar room. Her first sight is the patterned ceiling with a wide painting of a single demon against what seems to be an army of angels.

The room was classy but had a religious vibe to it. Aside from the ceiling, there was a painting of the Centurion Tower mountain with angels flying around it. There was also a small table by the door with a miniature statue of an angel. The curtains were open letting in a brilliant light that made the whole room glow, and by the window was a comfortable-looking blue bench with a teddy bear sitting on it.
