Prologue

In a crowded airport, we found an Otaku, this Otako is wearing a coat written 'Oppai' similar to the clothes normally worn by a bald anime hero, he is about 25 years old and he is so ugly that if a girl saw him on the street shouting 'help has a freak on the street'.

[The freak]: "I'm finally in Japan!"

His words made a little girl nudge her mother.

[Litle girl]: "Mom, mom ... look he is so ugly"

Who is talking is a cute little girl, the little girl is about 6 years old, she is walking next to her mother and holding a teddy bear.

[Litle girls' Mother]: "Don't look my angel, this can be contagious"

The freak looking at this scene cannot help shaking his head, he has become accustomed to people, moving away only because of his appearance, this is one of the reasons he became an Otaku - an attempt to escape reality.

A few blocks away we can see a truck, this truck is receiving a new mission.

Finally my last delivery, lately the workload has been increasing, all because the police are on my tail. I had to camouflage myself as a delivery truck.

While he finished his last delivery, the GPS device turned on, the profile of his next target appeared on the screen, along with a dot on the map marking his location and a letter.

Finally it was time, I am tired of deliveries, I will finally have fun hunting my new target.

Let's see,

"Sir truck we need a new guinea pig here in Elemental Nation, please send him [The freak's Profile] as soon as possible, your payment has already been deposited, I am waiting.

From Mult-verse Inc."

Leaving a temple, we find the same Otaku, walking happily he has just made a request to the local god.

Just like any Otaku your order is very simple "I want to be Isekaied"

You may not understand what isekaied means, but Isekaied already exists in the dictionary: "The act of being run over by a truck and being reborn in another world. A common action that happens in Anime."

He doesn't know, but in the next building we can see a truck using Chakra to walk on the wall while waiting for its target in an ambush.

As soon as he (The freak) arrived at the ambush site.

[??];"Buu ,buuu, (horn noise)"

And that was all he heard, before his vision went dark.
