To draw a simple analogy, during the era of feudal dynasties, a group of people armed with iron weapons and wearing armor, numbering only a few hundred and requiring no special training or an exceptional commander, posed a significant threat to any ruling dynasty official. However, in modern times, a group dressed in plate armor and wielding weapons would generally be regarded as war reenactment enthusiasts, not something to be feared by the regime's machinery of violence.

The same principle applies to terrorists who previously harmed others with simple bombs and various captured weapons. They pose no real threat in the face of the advanced technology of the Star Alliance.
