"No, We cannot just kill them," I snapped at Isabelle, "We will need the humans to create an ECONOMY here," I glared at her, "The Civilian population is what makes this city VALUABLE."

"They are constantly fighting our forces and hiding Empire soldiers in their houses!" Isabelle snapped back over the table, her fist carefully slammed against the table in the well-decorated mansion we were in. A hastily drawn map of the current city lay between us, with only the major roads outlined. She pointed out the western side of the map where our forces were running into Civilian rebellion. "They have attacked our people and injured them!" She snapped.

"Isabelle, War Chief," I said slowly, "They are defending their homes and their military; deal with them with a damn softer hand!" I exclaimed at the end. "If we want to keep this City in the long term and take this territory, then we need the humans here!"

Isabelle glared at me for several moments. "It has been two days of fighting in this city, and they are not settling down," She demanded. I could only roll my eyes; maybe Isabelle was not a good choice for War Chief. I thought she was more susceptible to understanding, but I could feel the hate for the human race from her. "We need to set an example! We need to cut their heads off and put them at each street corner! Put the fear of us into them!"

"No," I snapped, my voice dark. I was not about to let Isabelle fuck up my victory. It was time to separate the armies. "This is what is going to happen, Isabelle; We need to get in position to defend the city. I am going to send the logistics army and your people out, and we are going to start fortifying outside the city to the west. You are going to move the main forces out of the City, and I will use my Elite forces to control the population."

"That is stupid! You don't have enough forces in the Elite army to do that!" Isabelle snapped.

"No, I have barely enough at this point to take the city and start to bring it under control," I replied, partially lying. I would have to rely on the Logistics army with a minimal squad to escort our supplies inside the city. "But what I am not willing to do is have this city looted and destroyed because of hatred, Isabelle," My voice was even darker, "We need those humans out there farming. We need them tending businesses and moving coins around. That is how an economy works. If they don't think we are going to kill them or permanently change their lives, they will fall in line. They know how wars work, and we are now the controllers. Do you understand that?"

My expression showed the pure anger I had for the senseless killing that had been happening. If we didn't start showing a kinder hand soon, then we were going to build and build atop standing resentment. The main forces of the army did not have the discipline to keep in check.

"We don't need the Economy right now!" She barked.

I barked out a laugh, "I am fucking desperate for fucking coin back home, Isabelle," I snarled, "You are not in charge of logistics, and we are already importing foodstuffs from the Demon lands. The Dwarfs are trying to gouge us for food because we barely have enough food to feed our people, let alone support your army!" I snapped. I took a deep breath, "There is more than valor in fighting Isabelle; we have had conversations about this. I cannot afford to try to populate an empty City!"

"Is it that bad?" Isabelle asked.

"its, Bad. We are already raiding the Bunny-kin treasury for gold coins. We have wealth, but that only lasts so long." I replied, "The numbers are not looking good, and the campaign just started. I have to build a road to the city, and I need to get farmers out there harvesting their crops. Or, they just fucking starve!" I sighed, pinching my nose. "I do not have the cargo capacity to bring enough food to feed a city and our army. I am going to feed our army before the civilians, so I damn well need those farmers and civilians back out there. Which means I NEED YOU TO STOP KILLING THEM!"

"If it is true that you are raiding the Silvermoon tower treasury, then I will write a letter to release funds from the Dragon hoard. Will that assist?" Isabelle asked.

"Temporarily," I replied with a shrug, "We need long-term solutions, like a working city and bringing in coins. We can open up more trade routes with the Demon lands with Border City. This is an important Trade City. If we don't get the gold, at least moving around soon," I sighed as I shrugged, "Maybe we have a year's worth of gold before we run out of gold and silver to pay those willing to send us food. No more materials coming through and no nothing; we will be on what the tribes send us. That is not enough. I don't know the size of the Dragon Hoard, though, so maybe two years, depending," I added in.

I could see the brain working in the smart Dragonic before me. I could tell she was unhappy, but she had been ignoring the logistics for too long because I had been taking care of them. Isabelle looked out and saw the warehouses and fortifications I was still building in case we needed to retreat from the city. She noticed the roads being made and everything working and the bellies of her army being full. No one was even thinking about it, which showed just how damn good the 'failures' running the logistics army were doing.

"Do you have any hard numbers for me?" Isabelle asked, and I moved, grabbing a paper and handing it to her. "This is the latest report on our general stock. Thank god, I no longer have to ship water over, and it frees up to move other supplies we need, like materials for the fortifications."

A river that I could clean the water off was a damn godsend. There were also several wells throughout the city that had my people guarding them from being poisoned. "Okay, I need to look this over, retire for the night, and think. I understand a bit more of why you want these humans around. I do not understand why you will not allow us to collar a couple and let the others fear us that way."

I closed my eyes and sighed long and deep, "I told you my reasons; I need to talk to others and get some orders out. I would like you to have the main forces move here," I said, pointing at the Empire's barracks that had been cleared already by multiple B ranked wizards, "We can also send a large group here," I said, pointing back at the fortifications, "And let them get rest. We need to take this small amount of time to let them rest while the logistics army does its work. Is That Acceptable to you?!"

I could tell that I was bordering on outright disrespectful to her, but the moment we had some humans in our hands, her mindset seemed to change. She glared at me for a minute before nodding. "I hate to split them up, but," she nodded again, "They need rest, and the city battles were taxing. With the Empire's soldiers no longer in large enough groups to defend themselves from us, it is fine." She finished.

"Good, please, get them started; I need to go talk to someone and let out some steam," I finished, and Isabelle shook her head.

"You bunny-kin and sex," Isabelle said light-heartedly, and I left the command tent.

I was glad I finally got her to listen, and I sent a message to a few of my Sergeants before heading out. They would be my mouth for what was to come next while my higher-ranked officers were busy putting out fires all over the city. They were the few that could get the attention of the Barbarians. They were respected and strong. They helped that they saved a few lives, so the Elite army was respected.

Respected meant something other than listen to, though.

There were so many issues going on that I had to rely on my highest-ranked officers to put out the fires without my being told. Otherwise, I would already be overwhelmed by the sheer depressing amount of incidents coming in. Isabelle took longer than she should have come around, in my opinion. However, I did paint the picture a little bleaker than it was, but not that far off.

The good news was that we had the City, and with the building of the roads, we would be able to move products quickly on good roads to the Demon lands from here. I would also be able to bring back products and get the Economy going once and for all.

Making it back to my room, I sighed. It was the house of a Noble who ran away at some point. They had all the accommodations that I could want. I found myself missing Emily, though. It felt odd not having her by my side. She had been around almost every day for years. It felt wrong not having her here now.

I reached the desk and noticed reports piled up here. At least it wasn't paperwork. These were casualty reports and POW reports and the damage that my mother left in her wake. That Shatter beam did more damage than I hoped, and the Logistics Engineers or their shitty equivalent were horrified with the state of the Sewers in the areas she blasted. They would need significant repairs to clean things up.

All of which came to the Three Sergeants who showed up at my door together. "Come in," I snapped, "Forget the formalities," I continued as they entered. Sergeant Amy, Ramor, and Tyler were reporting. All three lined up before me, and I smiled, "Okay, So I just got the movements from the Main army. They will finally be leaving the civilians alone."

I could see from all their expressions that they thought that was both good news and bad news, "That is right, The Elite Army is now going to be the City Guards!" I announced, "I still want all of you to travel in squads and to move in twelve-hour shifts. No less than two people moving together at a time in any circumstance," I told them.

"Yes, Supreme Commander," Sergeant Amy piped up.

"Now, I am going to have you deliver the news to EVERYONE. Although I will be borrowing Sergeant Tyler for a bit." I added, "So I also want you to understand me," I said, looking them in the eyes each in turn, "I want your squads alive; we were expecting Battle Slaves when trying to take this city. We haven't seen them yet," I told them bluntly, "That means we caught the Empire off war footing and by surprise. I believe they thought we would never be stupid enough to attack. Now we are here and dealt massive damage to their Empire in the first attack." They all nodded again, "I want your people to understand that this war is not over. These Civilians are going to be under our laws and people for the foreseeable future. I do not intend to return this City to the Empire after Capturing it. Understand me?"

I leaned back, "I want you to spread this among the Elite Army; I want everyone to understand my thoughts. The best way to get the Civilians to get back to work and stop trying to kill us is by not looting and killing them. So I want our people to prioritize their safety but try to disable attackers instead of killing them." I pursed my lips, "Also If you find farmers, identify them and get them back in the fields. Tell them we will pay Copper, silver, and gold for their foodstuffs, not just take it. They will be able to sell it on the open market to their people too. We need trade to start coming together again."

"Do you all understand what I want of you?" I asked seriously, "Please, Give me your perception of what you think I said."

"Commander," Amy snapped to attention, "You want us to guard and quiet the Civilians, asking them to go to work as usual. You want us to defend ourselves and reduce civilian casualties to the absolute minimum. You would like us to notify the population that the harvest is coming in, that they are free to harvest their crops and sell them for gold to the population, and that the Army will be paying market price for them!"

I could not help the smile on my face, "That is exactly correct, Sergeant Amy. That is exactly what I want. Now, I want you to spread that understanding to each and every squad in the army. I give you personal permission to talk to the commanders about this as well. Tell them to tell me their understanding of it in the morning briefing. I want this around to everyone by the morning with a perfect understanding throughout the army without me having to do it." I finished.

This was a test to see if I had a top-to-bottom communication ability in person. I didn't always want to send mana messages about it, especially in the city. For all I knew, there could be B rankers that could intercept the messages, and I needed them to be able to convey my wants without messing it up or missing the main meaning. "Ramor, Amy, You're dismissed; I want to chat a little with Sergeant Tayler." I finished.

Both departed from my mansion in haste, leaving me with the blue Lich looking at me with a smile. "Well, Do you want me to start raising the dead?" They asked, "I am sure I can with all the death energy around here. I know how to make both, but living undead are more my cup of tea."

"I will talk about that later," I snapped, "I need someone who can take the fucking I need to dish out now," I snapped, gabbing Tayler by the neck and pulling her in, and our lips mashed together. Doorknocker sprung to life at the sudden eruption of sexual activity, but this was not going to be lovemaking.

I grabbed the standard army set up covered in blood and grime and pushed them down. I pushed Taylor down, uncaring, and I pushed them down the next second, "Lube up, Doorknocker," I snapped, and Taylor smiled up at me.

"Fuck I need this too," Taylor replied and took Doorknocker into their mouth, and I grabbed Taylor's head and shoved Doorknocker deep. I didn't care for a second about the Lich's health. They didn't need to breathe, and as a B ranker, they could take the punishment. I couldn't help but feel the frustration of barking orders for the last couple of days, and I shoved Doorknocker in and out of Taylor with mana-fueled arms.

I could feel the Lich moaning on my cock and their tongue licking my balls as Doorknocker poked into her stomach. I lost myself in the pleasure as I shoved Doorknocker in and out, letting the pleasure build quickly. I needed the relief, and my mind blanked as I shivered, sending a large amount of baby juice straight into the living Lich's stomach without restraint. I felt her licking all over and slobbering on Doorknocker to help out as I glided back, and I growled as Taylor somehow stripped their pants while I fucked her throat.

Cum dripped from her mouth, and I did not care in the least. This was a fuck hole, and I needed more pleasure to erase the sheer amount of frustration and anger I felt. I picked her up and smashed her down onto my desk, clearing it with mana as I lined Doorknocker up and shoved myself straight into her Futanari Pussy. Her cock twitched and drooled as I shoved Doorknocker up against her womb and started to raid it.

My mind barely registered the fuck as I was thrusting in and out of the Lich for all that she was worth. The moans erupted like those of a beast as she took my lust and emotional venting. I thrust in and out of her as if I were on a mission, and I reached another peak without even being close to being done. I growled and unleashed a load of cum into her Lich womb before pulling out and flipping her over.

I got a full view of her cock now, and I lined Doorknocker up with her Asshole before shoving Doorknocker deep. I moaned and grabbed her cock, jerking it off as I felt her own cum all over her own cock as it leaked out. It made great lube, and Taylor was moaning loudly as I shoved Doorknocker in and out of her, with Doorknocker somehow slipping out at some point.

Taylor came all over herself as I reinserted, and I watched as she squirted all over my cock a moment later. I barely registered it all as I growled and released a fresh load into her ass. My mind blanked, and my emotions were in turmoil. I was tired mentally, and I looked down at the cumming Lich as I fucked her, riding out my orgasm, and I pulled out.

"Get going; you have a mission to fulfill now," I growled.

"Ah, A fuck and chuck, You know I don't mind, but I also like a little cuddle time too, once and a while," Taylor said, and I paused.

"You're right; now isn't a good time for it, though," I replied, feeling anxious and frustrated from the world around me.

"No, I get it, Take care of yourself, Chelsea," Taylor said with a wry smile as she pulled up the pants and finished dressing as cum leaked into her pants. "I still want to research what you talked about on the boat. It was incredibly fascinating," Taylor commented, "Also, Let me know if you want me to start raising corpses; it takes time, you know."

"Understandable. I will talk to Elders soon; I am unsure if they are comfortable with it. Not that I care, it is magic, and you are a Necromantic Wizard." I shook my head, "I need to sleep; I am exhausted."

"Good night, Commander," Taylor finished with a coy smile and departed.

Alone in my room, I felt my exhaustion, and I sighed.

I really miss my family already; I want to see Mina's shy smile; I want to see Susie's pyromaniac smile as she casts a fireball. I miss my kids and their cute smiles.

I walked over to my bed, uncaring about the mess of reports on the floor, landed face first, and rolled over my head facing the roof.

"How the fuck did I end up leading a fucking medieval, magical army from being a kid in Canada?" I asked for the first time before passing out without an answer.
