(Third Person Pov) ______________________

Hot and Sunny, is what the Philippines is right now. A 17 year old boy from the philippines can be seen living alone in what seemed to be a one room apartment where he lived alone.

"WHY DIDN'T THEY ADD ROCKETS YET" screams the boy, Sergei, While playing his game.

*VROOOM* *VROOOM*

Five apocalyptic vehicles are line together as the coundown timer starts. Each vehicle loaded with guns, rockets and cannons. Decked with scraps stuck to provide defense.

The goal of this game mode is to capture the base in the center of the map, or kill/destroy all of the enemy team.

*VROOOOOOM*

all five vehicles engage their engines and raced across the middle of the map. A van like vehicle from allied team disperses from the group as it sees one of the enemy cars heading to its direction.

*PHWOOOSH* A rocket launcher fires from the van to the enemy car. *KABOOM* the enemy was hit from the left side, knocking off a chunk of its middle wheel along with some of its armor.

The opposing car swerves facing the van, *BOOM* sounds the 35 mm cannon strapped to the back of the car. the shell reaches the van, hitting on its front bumper. Dealing a third of its digital health while disintegrating its front blades along with its bumper and left wheel.

The enemy car takes advantage, continously firing off at a distance. Ultimately killing the ally van.

Similar instances occur with the other players, with 2 deaths on each side. 6 players remain.

One enemy player, in fact, has a weird car build. With 10 car frames on front and back with wheels on each side, almost like a road block.

Such player died from bombardment and suppression of machine guns and rockets. The Main player car, was a pickup truck designed to be a rammer with rockets strapped upon its hood and roof.

(First Person Pov)_______________________

"What the hell was that enemy car?" I said, looking at the remaining 2 enemies as my rockets are reloading.

I drove my car to ram the other enemy car that lost a wheel. "Take this mf." I said, as i pressed the boost button. The car went and rammed the enemy, causing critical damage and blowing the car up.

Unfortunately, because of the explosion, the front side of my car was destroyed along with my last rocket launcher. The last enemy car seeing this, charged up its plasma cannon and shot me. Destroying my car and ending the game.

*Defeat* the phone screen showed along with the materials i collected after the game. "Dang, seriously what the hell was that car from the enemy side?" I muttered, as i was still reminiscing the gameplay.

I got up to grab a coffee, when suddenly a green portal appears.

"God fucking damn it, morty. You just had to fuck with the portal gun like you always fuck everything up like with the ladies" An old white haired dude said while exiting the portal. "Uhhh, Fuck you too Rick! it's not my fault you said to portal us to someplace else and safe, and look. Safe!" A boy who looked similar age as mine with yellow tshirt and brown hair.

"What the fuck? Rick and Morty? You guys are real?" I exclaimed as i watched the two look around my place.

"Huh yeah, totally. Probably in some universe or dimension where we're a form of entertainment for them. Hence why this kid is shocked we're real and why he knows it's us." Rick concludes while morty continues looking around my place and focuses on a guitar. "Wow dude you play?" Morty asks me. "Uhhh yeah, i just learned like a month ago" I explained.

"A little above average, but nothing compared to me. Now you, who are you and what place is this" Rick says. 'Well that hurts' I thought. "Uhhh, im Sergei, This is the philippines? or my room?" I answered. Rick looking at me surprised, "Sergei? Oh i remember now, figures why i found you familiar. Well here to finish the favor and just get on with it. Technically i returned the favor and your other self would stop bothering me."

Throwing me the green portal gun they used to get here, "uhh Rick how do you suppose we get home?" Morty asks Rick. "Well duh, Morty. I have a spare, and the one you fucked up is malfunctioning so let's go before it does something catastrophic" Rick says. Opening up a portal and leaving.

I woke up to my senses as i realized i was still out of it. Looking at the portal gun given to me, "wait... malfunctioning?" the portal gun glows, and i dropped it out of panic along with the coffee mug that i was holding. The coffee inside splashed onto the gun, causing sparks and floating causing all of the items to levitate aswell.

"Oh shit i fucked up." I said. My phone was being propelled towards the gun, and as the phone touched the portal gun....

*KABOOOM*

(Third Person Pov)__________________

*BREAKING NEWS* 'May 25, 2022... An electromagnetic shockwave encompassing the entire south east asia of the pacific region. Destroying or short-circuiting most, if not all appliances and gadgets that spans the region.' A reporter states the recent events occuring within the world.

'Scientists from around the world claims the epicenter to have come from a residential district within the capital of the Philippines. The cause of it is unknown, others claim it may have been an international terrorist attack! Others say it is a declaration of war from extra terrestrial life forms. But what we do know is, that this is a dark time for the south east asia countries and is considered to be one of the most devastating attacks in the 21st Century!'

(Back to First Person) ______________________

'Do you think he'll even wake up?' I hear an old grumpy male voice that echoes loud inside my mind. 'Don't just start going on with that! You should wait aswell.. Its been a long time since we've had a visitor. well how is Ben tho? Does he have a family now?' A kind voice of a woman is what i hear now. I groggily opened up my eyes to see two huge mask like entities staring me down.

"Well finally, took you so long.. Just me waiting on you to wake up already pissed me off" The male mask entity said. The female mask, looked at her male counterpart and reprimanded him, "Be more mindful. He already has a lot of thoughts in his mind." The woman says.

"The two entities inside alien X? Damn my day keeps on getting weirder by the minute." I muttered. Looking at the emptiness of space around us. It felt depressing.

'The idea of getting the two to agree would lie on my diplomatic skills, fuck!' I thought.

"Uhhh, Do you know how i'd get home?" I asked them.

"You can't" They both said. "Why not?" "Well the event you caused made your existence unbound by that universe anymore meaning you cannot exist at that place anymore without causing a tear in space. Was it fun huh?" The male explains to me mockingly.

"I'm sorry, dear. You just have to stay here then. Luckily that weird device you had that tampers with the dimensional rifts mutated your body and caused you the ability to travel across dimensions. Though you can only activate it once it has stored enough energy which is about 5 thousand days worth of waiting every time you use it. Sadly theres no use as you're stuck here." The female masks says to me. I took my time processing the information given to me. The two watching me with amusement and irritation from each one.

"Can't you guys bring me out of here?" I asked. "We can, but why should we?" The male says. "I would love to but it only happens if we both agreed to it. As it is, you are stuck here until you think of a reason for him to agree." The female tells me.

"Then, would you like it if i stayed." I told the male mask entity. He shuddered as the thought of another annoyance in his realm would cause another dip to his already wavering temperament. "Fine i agree-" I cut him off "But wait can i ask for a favor?" "What?!" He snarks.

"Uhh could you like give me a system to view the time it takes for my new powers to be used and get an ability to pick up on stuff faster?" I asked him.

"Fine, I'll get you a system. But only that, you aren't gonna get that ability to learn from me." He stated.

"If you say it like that, Then i'll give him that learning perk" The female tells me. The male eyes widens as he realize his blunder with his words. "You win..." He growled.

"Well dear, since we've agreed, you have fun with your journey along with that travel ability you have you'd be in for a long path." She says. "Hold on, where are you going to take me?" I asked her. "Well the most compatible place right now is the one you've had recent contact with before you came here. Which is that game you played.." She tells me.

"CROSS OUT?" 'Oh no, the lore is about a mass pandemic caused by aliens wiping out most of humanity driving it to an apocalyptic era. I don't have the immunity from that virus...' I thought. "No worries, i can see in your face as I figured you'd know the lore. I'll give your body a make over which is basically the same as some of the inhabitants, turning you to a mutated species there while also restricting that virus to only you so you wouldn't cause another outbreak in a different universe. Is that alright now for you?" She tells me. "I- Thank you so much. I hope ben visits you again, Though i don't know how old he is now." I thanked her. She looks at me in wonder, "You know ben?" "A little. Just a quirk in my universe" "I see... Well you better get on with it then" She greets me off.

"Thank you again. You too, male mask guy" I thanked them both. The dude turned his head away with a scoff, while the female greeted me with what seemed like a wave but i don't know how masks do it

A white light flashes as i get disoriented from the transfer. Pricks felt within my body as my eyes illuminates light. "Huh?" small gray vein-like marks appear on my skin. I could taste the sand of the CrossOut Universe as i was dropped head first in a sand dune.

Not a second later metal goggles dropped on my head hitting me. "Ouch. That dude probably did it" I complained.

'First things first how do i bring out that system?' I thought. 'Status Check?' I said in my head.
