Joe understood Old Mr. Louise's suspicion and a look of astonishment flashed through his eyes.
“Are you suspecting that Cynthia is a member of the Quinn Family?”
Old Mr. Louise furrowed his brow slightly, looking at Joe with seriousness before nodding gently.
Joe couldn't help but recall scenes of Cynthia being treated as a guest by businesses and engaging in friendly conversations with Chelsa Lindsay. He fell into silence, pondering deeply.

“It doesn't quite make sense. It's well known that Hugh Quinn dotes on his granddaughter. Though she's from another family, she has always been the pearl in the palm of the Quinn Family. She was declared the Quinn Family's heir early on. If Cynthia truly were part of the Quinn Family, given Old Mr. Quinn's deep love for her, why would he allow her to stay in our family for so many years?”
