Chapter 21: Kany

I open my eyes groggily and slowly got up while yawning, damn.. how much i hate waking up early, especially for school.

My eyes lock into my phone wich was continuously vibrating and not shutting up, like always, hahh...

I take it and turn off the alarm, with a familiar throw, the phone flies towards the bed as I walk out the bedroom and direct my tired body to the bathroom.

I do the classic things and take a shower, right after that I do the wudu to pray, since I missed a prayer while I was sleeping, I'm still too weak to wake up so early to pray, my father says that when I can do it, everything will become easier.

As if.

I go down the stairs and head towards the kitchen where my dad is currently making us breakfast, I always tell him I can do it but he says it reminds him of...

"Kany! Good morning, come here, my melody~" Dad noticed me and immediately started with the usual cuddles, consisting of a bear hug and a nice kiss on the forehead hahh...

I'm don't dislike it.

"Ahh~ Dad, stop iiittt~" I giggled and then we parted ways, his bright light brown eyes looked at me affectionately and he said, "Come on, breakfast is ready, I made eggs today."

I nod and follow him to the table, we ate talking to each other as always and talking about everything.

"Kany, you have to go to school." My father said meaningfully since he clearly knows that I am not a fan of the school.

Don't get me wrong, I love studying and gaining knowledge, but I hate school, you know what I mean? That shit is exhausting, I'd rather read novels about fantasy or romance!

Even better, both!

My father seeing my reluctant face shook his head and said: "Alé! go and behave, don't beat other girls anymore." he then said with a lowered voice: "Or at least don't get caught..." I nodded and stood up resignedly.

What? hitting girls? Well... they said my hijab was ugly and I couldn't stand that disrespect, so I waited for them outside the school and clapped their asses no diff.

Just like a Manhua heroine!

But this caused problems as they cried to their parents and tada~ I got a warning, fucking teachers.

I put on my hijab and left the house after being attacked by my father again.

"Bye dad, see you later inchallah and have a nice day." I bid my farewells while walking out, with the response not taking long to arrive: "See you later Kany, be a good girl eh!"

After these words, which I have now imprinted in my mind for all the times he told me, as if I could make the world fall apart, I leave the house and go to the bus stop since I live on the other side of the city from my school.

Honestly speaking, who wants to go to school?! Whoever invented it obviously didn't think about the fact that we students would be the ones exhausted by all of this, so we're not there at all!

At least for once, the bus came on time and, as luck seems to be on my side today, there aren't even any ticket controllers. Well, at least I won't get a fine, since my season ticket expired and I forgot the ticket at home.

After a long day of yapping by the part of the professors especially since i already know everything about this year since i studied everything at the beginning of the year, and now that this is one of the last days i can relax a little.

Just a little.

You know how boring school can be sometimes, with some teachers doing nothing but repeating the same things over and over again, so I'm not going to bore you about what we did today.

As soon as I left school, I started heading towards the bus stop, but my way is blocked by the group of girls from the last time.

"Look who we have here, the black girl with the bag on her head" Spoke that stupid Anna and her group of meat riders laughed at those words, not surprising since they have fewer neurons in their heads than the other.

I roll my eyes and ignore them while moving forward, but in vain because they block me again.

I'm starting to get irritated, their faces look soo punchable.

But the words of my father return on my mind so as a good girl i say: "Um, what do you think about letting me pass? Or weren't the beatings from last time enough for you?" At these words, I manage to make space between them by pushing Anna on the shoulder.

I smirk, but it doesn't last long because after less than two meters, I find a group of boys older than me blocking me, again.

But what's this?, the day of 'we block Kany's way'?

"Aren't you talking anymore? Did the cat get your tongue? Or are you planning to blow yourself up?" And as she talks she starts laughing.

I turn around and look at her, what the fuck is there to laugh about? Is she by any chance sick? Yes... I think this crazy girl has something out of place, but I won't answer her since my intelligence is higher than that.

But the big veins all over my face said otherwise...

The group of boys behind me grin and begin to advance towards me, forming a circle and blocking my ways to escape.

Shit! I'm surrounded, and I can't face them alone, and as good as I am at kicking and punching, they are too many for one person, damn it!

The circle gets smaller and the girls start pushing me from side to side like I'm a fucking ball. This is too much so i just dodged a push and unleash a quick and precise jab on Anna's face.

And taking their surprise i turn my body and low kick a dude on his balls making his eys turn red from the pain.

He falls on the ground andi take the opportunity to sprint behind him and ran away, it's better to retreat and there's a police station near, so i direct myself there.

"Get her!" The guy of before screams and seeing how the other immediately chased me, i suppose he is the leader.

How annoying.
