THE GREAT CONTROVERSY

Once upon a time I went into a forest, I used to live in Kilimanjaro region at Machame and the weather supports the growth of big trees. I used to have this behavior of climbing up a tree and start reading my book up above a tree, One day when I was busy reading,suddenly the voice came from nowhere " why me??", I looked around and see nobody, and I was on a higher of a very big tree, the man was crying with deep emotions, and it was then I realized that the voice was coming on the downside of a tree, now the voice started talking with deep emotions, Anger and Depression tone " they think that I will die without their help. They think that I will die without their help, they think I am weak, defenseless and nonsense, ignorant. I will have my revenge, I will turn myself into a wealthy man, working day and night, 24 seventy paper chase, and they think I am useless. No man it's not okay to call me trash, now they must wait and witness " the rising from Masada", the man was full of emotion on his face, he was trembling from rage, too much, clinging of fists like a bomb which is about to explode then the guy just punched a tree heavily but the tree didn't shake even one centimeter. I laughed a little bit, thanks to the wind and bird songs he didn't hear me. And like that he just walked away.

(Before starting making oaths and plan revenge, our great controversy should be almighty God. By the use of Holy Scriptures as a map during our life journey).

At the time scientists are busy creating fire bombs there are also scientists who made the creation of the Inert gases like Halon, which is very suitable for extinguishing fires, at the time Scientists are busy creating "Tear Gas Bombs" there are also scientists who busy creating the "Laughing Gas Bombs" Hahaaha!!!

Everything we do, we occupy we consume, yes everything has its good side and bad side, some people count failure as a bad thing, but let me tell you one point, count your failure and you will begin to mark you personnel milestones toward success. As a farmer needs to develop the land before cultivating.

Teaching is also a higher level of learning the form of a deep understanding but few teachers enjoys teaching, true love always liberates. There is an old say from mother Theresa which says " If you want to change the world love your family" this means take each member of the family you have as you would take care of yourself, eat together, work together, grow strong together. And no one should be ever left behind. Thanks to mother Theresa.

There is this reggae song, but mostly this line "Get up, stand up, don't give up the fight" I love that line it inspires me, it gases me up, I can listen it all day long, yes "you better lose yourself to the music the moment you own it". Some of people think their inferior, no they are not, the problem is, they lack proper guidance to become one of the best, according to the nature, we all depends on each other, and during our daily interactions remember kindness and the empathy are good traits but also have their downsides. It doesn't mean I tell you not to be kind, but I am telling you to be the best judge of personal characters.

In my life I'm not afraid to take a punch. I know the blows are going to come and some of them are going to stranger me but I will be able to take them and fight back. A lot of teenagers and few adults are like the kid who fell off his small bicycle and wait for mummy to come and say " baby are you alright? " even though that's what's supposed to be, trust me that's not how it supposed to be, when you fall off don't wait for sympathetic words or someone to check in you. You must get right back on your feet and continuing your journey.

Keep your head high, do not fall for temptation and when you see yourself in the mirror, you have to see confidence, love and power. When you are outside the mirror always remember this "United we stand but divided we fall.

Slavery was a system that depended on the creation of deep levels of fear, Don't be a slave, be fearless, have vision, keep your head up, no matter what face problems clean on, don't be afraid of the storm, use challenges for profitability Never eat dead meat, prepare yourself any time for training, leave your comfort zone, there is no growth or development there, and lastly shed off old habits. Give yourself a chance to prove humanity wrong about you, change what you think you know is your destiny.

Sometimes we feel like world is a dark place but it's not, it's all about that darkness we have in our minds, the world can never turn its back on you or face you when you need help the most, life goes on the sufferings are parts of our lives, and sometimes we continue to suffer because, we do not allow to light up our minds and make a change. As my Master used to say "changes depends on you.

The best is to come, but the question is are you well prepared to maintain the best to come? Preparation is the best thing, for those who used to study boarding schools we are familiar with "prep," every night we went to prep, because it was the Preparation for the next day and not otherwise.

One among the people I appreciate is our late fifth president,the late Dr. John Pombe Magufuli. Rest in peace. During the year 1985, he competed for the post of becoming Member of Parliament but lost on the election, he didn't give up, at the year 1990 competed again representing the same place Biharamulo but failed again on the election, but fairly he congratulated his competitors and shake hands. The followed election on the year 1995 he competed again but finally won the election, representing Eastern Biharamulo, not only MP but also at the same year he was promoted to a minister, due to his hard works with different ministries he competed for presidential post during 2015 election under CCM and won the election to become the fifth president at the United Republic of Tanzania.

I remember his best last one's speech, he said " I'm your servant, I know there is a day you will remember me, and I know you will remember me for good things and not bad things, coz my person's good things will mostly be praised after my death, I have sacrificed my life for the poor people of Tanzania", God bless Africa.

The following are the few good things which Dr. Magufuli has accomplished during his time.

Standard Gauge, Stigler's gauge, buying eight new flights of Air Tanzania, flyovers, oil mining, gas mining, free education, building many new health centers, government offices to move from Dar es Salaam to capital city Dodoma, "Hapa Kazi Tu", more than 10000 working industries.

At the University of Dar es salaam he was best students in chemistry scoring A+, even his fellow workers at Nyanza co-operation they said he mixed chemicals enough to break the records. Not to say after he become the president, during his six years serving as president, New 8477 industries was established in Tanzania and more than 2000 renovated industries started the production again, it is industrial revolution in Tanzania.

He depend on the use of natural resources to have the government revenues high, the mining markets were opened for people to buy and sell minerals. He increased government shares in mining companies from 16% to 50%.

Electricity energy to villages with cheap expenses, the electricity installation charges cost 27, 000Tshs equals to 11.58$ and it was buy the use of raw materials manufactured inside the country. The construction of Rufiji hydroelectric station, which after completion will be among top three largest ones in Africa accompanied by that from Cairo Egypt. During his six years, doctor constructed 12,964km of high standards roads all surrounding Tanzania, he completed the construction of thirteen large bridges, include Magufuli bridge at Kilombero river, Nyerere bridge at Kigamboni Dar es salaam and new Salenda Bridge which will be known as Tanzanite Bridge in Dar es salaam. He also increased the International Airports from 4 to 13.

The news spread all over Africa and outside Africa, I remember one of South Africa's newspaper once wrote this "Africa needs the best president who has showed financial discipline in government expenditures". Even Kenyans said Magufuli is the president of Africa. Even US acknowledged him said his best friend Edwin Mvunyi.

I can tell you how successful people think when it comes to the matter of judging personal characters, they think whom to give their time, their money lastly is their visitation, during his era we had witnessed the visitation of leaders from different very powerful nations like president of China President Xi Jinping and many others, we had also witnessed the visitation of CEO of Baric mining company in Tanzania with private jet from Canada officially to Tanzania. Baric is one among the richest and wealthy Jew families who believed in mining business.

And during pandemic disease, he told people to believe in God and follow all other health measure, but first believe in God thinks for him poor Tanzanians were not put in quarantine.

God is everywhere, for those who praises him must understand that without hesitation I can speak it loudly for everybody to hear "God is everywhere" if God is everywhere and acknowledges you, trust me nobody can stand on your way because God is the God of war and he always wins, even in this battle for the morality, culture shift, the issue has become big problem and God has (prepared) the solution long time ago. Trust me, with God everything is under control.
