Chapter 17 Rest and Rebuild.

As I was falling to the ground with my wings just slightly extended, I saw Mia holding her hands over her mouth looking at me stunned….

I smirked and stretched out my wings out wide and almost stopped in the air as the rest of the Archangels flew further down before spreading their wings and landing graciously on the ground… everybody was looking at them saluting towards Mia… that's my que…

I stretched my wings backwards and I started to fall fast towards the front of my Archangels… I clenched my fist and prepared for impact… I did a super Hero landing… I am not… doing that again… ouch…

As I hit the ground with my fist in a kneeling position… I realized my mistake… we had been training this on grass… grass and dirt absorbs a fist and a knee… stone slab bricks… do not…

The shockwave from my fist hitting the ground sent outwards a shockwave that cracked the tiles around me in a big circle… b…but I didn't even put force into it… I glanced holding my hand looking down… the shockwave had reached the archangels feat… luckily it stopped there…

I hurried and straightened myself up and with a straight face… secretly directing a little healing down to my knees and fist… yee… guess what happen when you smash you knee into a stone slab… normally you break something… but I just tore a muscle… fixed it in one second… as I gritted my teeth looking firmly out at the ground still holding my fist clenched… I felt the pain disappear and notice everybody was looking at me stunned…

I turned to Mia who looked like she was… drooling? Oh… I guess I accidentally flexed my muscles when I clenched my fists… I saw Mia snap out when Frida bumped her shoulder… Mia wiped the drool away and took a step forward…

"Archangels… Welcome Home!" Mia stated out loud to us…looking at me intensely as she was biting her lip…

"Thank you for the warm welcome Princess Mia." I said as I made an elegant bow towards her…

Mia walked towards me and stopped in front of me smiling happy… I saw my fellow brothers and sister smirking at me as they looked at us standing there blushing a little…

BANG…

The world slowed down in my eyes as I heard the tiny explosion… I grabbed Mia around her waist and pulled her towards me… I glanced around me and saw the Archangels formed a circle around me and Valkyrie flew above me holding her spear towards the ship…

I straightened my back looking over still holding Mia close to my chest… one of the mono blocks had exploded when the water was finely not turned to steam and was able to reach it… my vision returned to normal speed as Valkyrie landed next to me…

"just the mono block Commander…" Vicki said as she put her spear in the ground with great force…

I looked down at Mia that I was holding firmly in my hands… she was biting her lip as she had her hand on my chest… she was looking at me with dazed eyes… crap…

"Archangels hold position and protect the Princess…" I gently put Mia down and walked out of the circle towards the ship…

"Angel… I thought I told you to cool down the blocks?" I said looking firmly at the ship as I stopped in front of her…

"c…cooling f…failure Commander… w…water did not r…reach…" Angels voice echoed around the dock…

I stretched out my hands towards her stretching my golden glowing wings out as I cast chill spell… I made the spell one time when Vicki had server hot soup and I burned my tongue… a sparkling fog of frost hovered in front of my hands and I flapped my wings forward with great force…

The frost engulfed the hull of the ship and cooled down the remaining blocks with a hissing sound… I swear I could hear Angel sigh out loud as I cooled her hull… "aww…." I stopped after the hull was starting to form ice on it and lowered my arms and wings to normal…

"better?" I asked Angel smiling…

"yes Commander… all blocks cooled down to normal temperature. Thank you for the assistance." Angel stated…

I walked back to Mia standing there drooling as she was looking at me… I smiled and held out my arm to escort her back to the others… she blushed as she fixed her posture and laid her hand on my arm as she blushed a little… I turned to Vicki and nodded with a smile…

"form up!" Vicki stated out and the archangels marched behind us.

We started walking back to Paul and Frida… I saw mom and dad standing behind them smiling proud at me… Lisa was smirking at us… even Charles and April was there smiling at us…

I stopped a meter away smiling at them… they welcome me home as they gave me a hug… basically I got jumped… after a while they calmed down and let me breath… that's when I noticed to little girls hiding behind mom's leg as they looked at me with big eyes…

"oh… right you haven't met your younger sisters… this is Luisa… and this is Anabel" Mom smiled clapped her hands…

The two twins walked shyly out and lined up in front of mom and curtsy a little wobbly towards me… aww… that is so cute…

"Hello Princess Luisa, Princess Anabel. I am Prince Austin, your older brother." I kneed down and smiled to them…

"Angel is brother?" Luisa look up at mom…

"yes… Austin is my son dear daughter…" Mom giggled to her…

"is we also Angels?" Anabel looked at me stunned…

"hmm… if you are good little sisters then maybe I can make wings for you…" I smiled to them and stretched my wing forward into my hand and held it out for them…

Luisa slowly took a few steps forward and stretched her hand out to touch the wing… she glanced up at me holding her tail in her other arm and her ears was folded forward… she was a little scared…

I saw she hesitated but worked up the courage and gently touched the wing in my hand… her eyes got big and she smiled as she stroke the feathers on the wing…

"Ana… come… the wing is nyot bad… it is soft like the pillow…" Luisa turned and spoke smiling to Anabel… OMG… was I this cute when I was little…

I smiled and saw Anabel walked carefully behind Luisa glancing up at me before she stretched her arm out and gently touched the wing…

"it is… it is as soft as pillow…" Anabel eyes widen as she looked at my wing smiling…

Before I could say anything, I got a familiar smell in my nose… I saw Luisa and Anabel stiffen up as they heard a voice call out to them…

"Luisa… Anabel…" I heard Nana voice…

"brother nyaw have to hide us…" Luisa said looking up at me a little afraid…

"oh… I thought you were nice sisters?" I giggle to them…

"w…we only hide for Nyana… she kisses us and hugs us…" Anabel said glancing around alert…

"okey come…" I smiled and held out my arms to them…

They were hesitated at first… but when Nanas footsteps came closer, they jumped into my arms… I saw mom giggle at us…as I held them gently in my arms and stood up…

"Nana is going to give me a hug… but just pretend to sleep…" I winked at them and folded my wings around me hiding them…

Now even dad and Paul was giggling at me… I heard the Nanas footsteps came closer and closer…

"Child!" Nana smiled and rushed over to me and gave me a big hug….

I saw mom was looking nervus as she hugged me hard in her arms…

"nyana… be careful… my sisters are sleeping…" I said a little firmly at her with a smile…

I felt Luisa and Anabel lay down their head on my chest, so I gently opened my wings to show Nana… the twins pretended to sleep in my arms… they were not good at pretending… Anabel was squinting one eye trying to look… Luisa was making overly loud snoring sounds…

"Oh… sleeping are we?" Nana giggled at the sight and was stretching her arms to grab them…

"yes… better let them rest a little in their brothers arms…" I closed my wings and giggled at her…

Nana looked defeated as I closed my arms… everybody was giggling at the sight… I suddenly felt a gentle tap on my leg… I looked confused down and saw a little boy looking up at me with big eyes…

"I also sleep wings…" the boy said looking at me with big eyes…

"this is Theo…" Nana picked the boy up and smiled as she held him…

"hello Theo… I am your Cousin Prince Austin… nice to meet you." I smiled at him…

"can I also sleep inside nyaa wing?" Theo asked me with big eyes…

I saw Nana role her eyes… I giggled and nodded to him and gently opened the wings… Nana gently placed him between Luisa and Anabel…

"you two watch after your cousins…" she stated as she placed him down in my arms…

They pretended to sleep as I giggle and closed the wings smiling down at Theo... when wings was closed we heard Luisa tell Theo to not sit on her tail… we all giggled as we could hear them…

We talked a little and they had arranged for the Archangels to sleep at the villa and they had arranged a feast there for us… I nodded and walked back to Valkyrie and the others… i looked down as I felt the 3 kids trying to look true my feathers… I giggle and lower the wings so they could see…

"we are sleeping in the villa at the academy Valkyrie… the king have provided guards for the ship so we can rest…" I stated to them smiling at me…

Vicki looked puzzled down at me smiling towards my arms… she held her spear in her arms winking to the 3 little kids and stretched her wings out smiling at them… she taped the spear on the ground and flew up in the sky smiling at them… the rest of the squad of Archangels flew up after her smiling at the 3 kids…

The kids was smiling stunned at them flying off as they leaned more and more forward… I had to tell them to lean back so they don't fall… I walked back and the kids hid under the wings giggling… I folded the wings tight around so they would not fall as I walked… Mia was smiling at me with big eyes as stopped and talked to Paul to not let anyone onboard the ship… a solder bowed and walked off with a squad towards the ship…

We got on a carriage and started travel true the city… a lot of people was waving at me cheering and smiling… there was a lot of food and drinks out… Mia explained that they had arrange a festival for us when we got home… I asked if that is why everybody kept asking me when I was coming home… everybody smiled and nodded at the same time…

We arrived at the villa and I saw Vicki and the other was waiting for me… I stepped outside and looked down at my arms… the kids have fallen asleep… Mia leaned over and looked at the 3 kids sleeping in my arms… she looked up at me with big eyes biting her lip again… Nana and mom walked over and gently lifted them out from my arms… Mia took Luisa smiling at me as she held her in her arms… I folded my arm and wing around her as we walking inside…

Mia looked at me blushing a little when I held her as we walked… mom and Nana looked back at us giggling and whispering to each other… we reached the living room… there was a full feast prepared for us… the archangels placed the weapons at the living room entrance… I had to tell Molly that we were still at war and they would not be able to relax unless they could see the weapons…

Everybody sat down at a large dining table prepared for us… as we eat we talked about what we have seen and experienced… Molly was surprised how Vicki had changed in both looks and behaviour… the archangels laughed at said that she was the one that had the highest kill count after the Commander…

Paul and Dad looked at me and asked how high…

"eh… well Valkyrie have a kill count around 603…" I said smiling awkward…

"603 kills that pretty good…" Dad said smiling…

"that is about what the solders have together in a year here…" Paul said smiling…

"eh… that's thousand kills…" Jeff said smiling awkward to them…

"What?" Dad and Paul said at the same time…

"yes… her exact number is 603 348 darkness beasts kills…" I smirked at them…

"yee… she goes crazy when she see the little buggers… even I cannot keep up with her…" Jeff said filling his plate again…

"w…what are your kill count?" Paul asked Jeff a little stunned…

"eh… I am only at 578 003 kills so far…" Jeff said smiling awkward at Vicki looking firmly at him…

"that is just insane… and Austin?…" Dad looked at Jeff…

"um… yee he is definitely out of reach for us… I think his…" Jeff got interrupted…

"Enuf… there are kids present… the next one that mention that topic gets to do the dishes…" Vicki slammed her hand on the table and looked at the Archangels firmly…

"Easy Valkyrie… but she is right… this topic is not good for children to listen to… so how have it been going at school dear..." I defuse the tension around the table and ask Mia…

"I would say I am doing good… other than the incident sister caused… everything have gone normal…" Mia said smirking over to Vicki…

"I am sorry sister…" Vicki looked down at her plate…

"oh, don't be so dramatic Mia… the boy said he was sorry..." Kelly walked inside smiling…

"hello Headmistress…" I smiled at Kelly walking up to me…

"what in the world… what have they been feeding you?" Kelly looked stunned at me…

"eh… what? Only normal food…" I said confused at her…

Kelly looked around at the other Archangels… she turned over to Dad and Paul… and looked firmly at them… they smiled awkward at her…

"what is it?" I ask Kelly and notice Mia blushed looking down…

"Austin can you try and pick that up…" Kelly looked at me and pointed at the sofa behind me…

I nodded confused and walked over to the sofa and lifted one side up and looked more confused at her…

"no, I mean the entire sofa…" Kelly looked at me…

I looked confused at her but nodded and reposition my arms and lifted the sofa up from the floor… eh… it is light… I looked back at her a little more confused…

"you there… can you do the same…" Kelly pointed at Ezra…

I put the sofa down and nodded to Ezra looking puzzled at me… he stood up and walked over and lifted the sofa of the ground like I did… Kelly nodded to me as she looked at Ezra…

"what is this about?" Ezra asked me looking confused…

"I don't know… just go back to eating…" I smiled and tapped his shoulder…

Kelly walked over and started to inspect my Armor… she was creepy as she was taping it as she walked around me…

"Kelly… just drop it and have a seat…" Mia looked at Kelly frowning…

Kelly ignored her and asked me if I could take my Armor off… I looked confused at her before I looked back at Mia… she blushed and turned away… what the heck… I took my Chest plate off and put it down at the ground… and looked confused at her as she walked around me taping my shoulders and back…

"what is it Kelly?" I ask a little irritated as I notice everyone was looking stunned at me… even the archangels looked stunned and was looking back and forward at each other…

"can you stretch your wing out…" Kelly tapped my left side…

"sure…" I stretched my wing out as she asked and looked confused at her…

"so… how did make the wings?" Kelly asked and looked at me firmly…

"I just infused a modified block spell into the Armor…" I said to her…

"that Armor?" Kelly pointed down at the ground…

I looked down and saw my chest plate standing on the floor… I looked back at her and saw the wing was still stretched out… what the… the wing should be on my chest plate…

I glance down and saw the chest plate had two holes where the wings should be… I looked around the room and found a mirror… I hurried over and turned my back towards it… yep… the wings was on my back… I lifted up my tail and inspected it… everything was normal…

"Archangels up and centre…" I turned and looked at them…

They stood up and walked over to me and formed a line… I pointed at Ezra… he took a step forward and took of his chest plate and placed it on the ground… I walked around and inspected the back… yep… the wings had fused with his body and was not detached to his Armor… I walked back in front of them and pointed at them… everybody took their chest plate of and placed it down at the ground… I told them to take a knee…

I walked behind them and inspected there back and tail… everything looks fine… I walk to the front and check their ears and eyes… modified… what the heck… Vicki was the last person I checked… I saw she was blushing as I had checked her ears and eyes… she was glancing over at Jeff… eh… I looked at Jeff that was beside her… he was clenching his teeth…. Oh… these two?...

I walked over to Jeff and looked firmly into his eyes… he was starting to sweat…

"tell me archangels… what is my most and foremost rule I have onboard!" I walked back in front and looked at them angry…

"Do not Look at sister the wrong way. do not touch sister the wrong way Sir!" They said in unison…

"have that rule been broken?" I started at my left and look firmly at James…

"No Sir..." James stated.

"No sir." Ben and Evan said in unison…

Joseph, Ezra, and Fredrick shake their heads… I continued walking down the row… Jack, Caleb, and Ryan shake their head nervus at my angry gaze… I walked over and stood in front of Jeff… he looked at me nervously…

"can we just get done with dinner..." Mia looked over at me nervously…

"Quiet!" I said looking at her firmly… I saw she looked down on the ground…

"I have but one mission… One!" I said looking at them firmly…

"maybe we should take this another time…" Mom stood up and looked firmly at my…

"My Mission is to kill the Darkness!" I stated looking at her firmly… she sat back down looking…

"anything that jeopardize that Mission is a risk to humanity! Don't you get it? I am trying to save the world here… I cannot be home with my wife… I missed my sisters birthdays… I have sacrificed everything until this mission is done…" I look at them…

Everybody looked down at the ground… I walked back to my chest plate and put it back on… the wings fell back into the hole like sticking an arm true the sleave… I turned towards them and looked firmly at everybody…

"who knew?" I stated out and looked at both my crew and the dinner table…

Mia raised her hand… Molly, Mom, Dad, Paul, Frida, Lisa, Nana, Charles, April… I saw the twins raise their hands as they looked confused around the table…

"nephew… sometimes at war… people will find love…" Lisa smiled bitter at me…

"this is not war…" I said looking at them…

"yes it is…" Mia said looking confused at me…

"Valkyrie… what was the last thing we found…" I said looking at Mia…

"um… A portal device…" Vicki stated looking down at the ground…

"r…really…" Kelly looked at me terrified.

"what does that mean?" Mia looked up at Kelly…

"later…" I said and walked over to Vicki…

"do I need to get the two of you replaced?" I look at Vicki and Jeff…

"No Sir…" Jeff said looking sad at the ground…

"no… we have only talked and found out that we both like each other… we were planning to marry when the mission have ended…" Vicki looked up at me almost crying…

"if I have to turn around in a mission because there is a child on the way… you know how they smell new-born…" I said gritting my teeth...

"w…we would never… not onboard the ship…" Jeff looked up stunned at me…

"Commander… after that day I don't think any of us would do something that stupid…" Vicki looked at me stunned…

"at least tell me if… well you know…" I said smiling bitter at them…

"y…You mean you will not have us replaced?" Jeff looked at me…

"we can still work?" Vicki looked at me…

"you must promise that you will tell me if anything changes… that goes for all of you…" I said looking bitter down at the ground…

They put on their chest plate and nodded bitter at me… we walked back to the dinner table and sat down… Kelly sat next to me and looked at me with questioning eyes… I nodded at Nana…

"who wants to see if we can find cookies in the kitchen?" Nana smiled at me and said to the twins…

Theo and the twins smiled raising their hands and started to climb down from the chairs… they ran out to the kitchen…

"everybody done eating?" I looked up at the table…

"sorry sir… lost my appetited…" Ben said looking down at the plate full of food…

"me too…" James said smiling bitter…

"anyone pregnant please leave the room…" Jeff said looking at everyone…

Everyone except the Archangels looked confused at us… I pulled out my phone and placed it on the table… a holographic 3d picture popped up and hovered above the phone…

"Angel can you send the recording of the deer birth over…" I said in a low voice…

"yes. Commander…" Angels voice came out of the phone…

This is a recording from Angel video feed… I must warn you… it is horrible to watch… I looked at everyone nodding to me a little scared as they turned back to the phone… the video started playing…

It showed a hoard of darkness beast moving in a large pack as we flew forward in the sky… we could hear the alarm go off on the ship… Vicki was saying that a deer had given birth and we needed to save them… the recording showed the female deer hiding in some bushes giving birth… the recording showed the huge pack change course and charged towards the deer that was hiding…

"how can they see it?" Kelly asked…

"just watch first…" I said looking down at my plate… Vicki stood up and walked away…

The darkness beasts surrounded the deer giving birth and just stood still… you could hear the ship started to speed up trying to get closer… once the baby deer was born… the alpha beast walked over and dragged the baby away from the mom… a few other beast bite gently around the neck of the mamma deer and forced her to watch as the alpha beast bite of the legs of the baby deer…

I felt Mia clench to my arm holding on tight…

The alpha started to torture the baby deer… you could see me, and Vicki fly of the ship towards the area… we were to far away… you could see the mamma deer was screaming towards her calf… the alpha beast tortured the deer to death before killing the mother… you could see me raging in the video…

I flew straight into the alpha beast and started to punch the shit out of him… I did not kill him but held him in the neck after I had broken his legs… I started bombarding the huge pack of darkness beasts… Vicki was going Crazy with her spear… once the huge pack was dead I held the alpha up to the sight of his pack dead… you could see it was angry and was trying to bite me… Vicki had picked up the baby and placed it near the mamma deer… they were both dead…

The ship was closer to us now and you could see me rip the beast head off… I stopped the recording… and put away my phone…

"we found out that when a baby is born… it have the scent of Mother Nature… this is not a war… this is a planet extermination… they don't care if you are human or animal… they will show no mercy… I knew this before I set sail… that is why I have my rules… when the darkness is over, you can do what you want… but until then… all my focus goes to killing every last one of them…" I look up and saw my crew was still looking down at the plates bitter… everybody else had tears running down their cheeks…

"I forbit you two to have children until the darkness beast are all dead…" Paul said looking firmly at Jeff…

"you think I would bring a child into this world now? No offence queen Telly…" Jeff said smiling bitter at them…

"n…no don't worry about it…" mom said…

It was quiet around the table… Mia had hidden her face on my arm… I lifted her up and sat her down at my lap and folded my wings around her… Lisa walked off to an empty bowl and hurled in it… Frida stood up and held her arm around her…

"that is worse than I thought…" Kelly looked stunned over the table…

"whatever you need… j…just tell me we can win this…. This thing." Paul said looking over at me frowning…

"I need gunners… and the list of materials… I am going to build an ultimate battle station that can wipe out the darkness in less than 10 years…" I said looking back at him…

"already got your materials at the dock… I can pull some men from my army to you… how many do you need…" Paul asked…

"12 solders… 2 cooks and 4 logistical operators to handle communication…" I said to them…

We sat there discussing the plans and I could feel Mia had grabbed my shirt and held on to it as she rested her head on my arm as we were talking… as I was looking down at her I guess mom noticed because she ordered it to be cake time, we have more than enuf time to talk business another time... Paul, dad, and me nodded smiling…

"you want to eat cake with me?" I looked down at Mia smiling at her…

She sat up straight with her head poking out of my wings holding around her… she hugged me and rested her head on my shoulder… I realized I should not have showed her that video…

"what is your kill count?" Mia looked at me worried…

"eh… I am not sure I should tell you…" I said smiling a little sad at her…

"I just want to know that you are able to make a difference out there…" Mia looked at me worried…

Vickie that had heard her requests came walking over and whispered my kill count into her ear… Mia looked at her stunned as Vicki nodded smiling as she walked over to her seat and sat down… Mia turned to me and looked stunned at me…

"is it true?" Mia smiled a little to me…

"yes. My kill count is 12 million darkness beasts… sorry if you think I am a monster now…" I said looking sad at her…

Mia grabbed my cheeks and pulled me towards her… she kissed me… when she stopped I gasped for air looking blushed… I glanced up and saw mom smirking at me as Mia wiped my lips…

The twins came walking back holding a cookie jar… they notice Mia was sitting on my lap and walked up to us…

"sister nyot happy?" Luisa looked worried at her…

"sister is just sad because she saw something bad… maybe a cookie will help…" I smile at them…

Anabel nodded smiling and walked over to Luisa that was holding the jar… she stuck her hand in the jar and grabbed a cookie… she walked up to me and looked puzzled up on my wings that was folded around us… I giggled down to her and stretched down my wing so she could step on it…

She looked up at me… I smiled and nodded gently to her… Anabel kneeled down on the wing and held on to my upper part of the wing… I could actually feel her grabbing my wing… eh… Mamma Nature must have given us these wings finding it funny…

"brother..." Anabel looked up at me…

"oh… sorry Anabel…" I smiled and gently lifted her up…

She giggled as I lifted her up… aww… she is so cute… even Mia giggled a little to her laughing sitting on my wing… Nana came walking over with Theo and sat down in Mia's chair… I gently pulled the wing over Mia's lap and Anabel crawled to Mia and sat down…

I looked down at Luisa standing there looking at me… I laid my wing down on the ground to her… she giggled and sat down on the wing and grabbed a hold… ouch… I lifted her up the same way as I did with Anabel… I took the jar away from her as she had trouble crawling with it… she giggled and crawled over to Mia's lap and sat down next to Anabel…

She held out her hands towards the jar, so I placed it on her lap and folded my wing around them… I notice everybody looked at us with a smile…

"now I want wings too…" Mom smiled lovingly at me…

"but I still need to make sure that they don't cous any damage…" I smiled a little worried at her…

I felt a pinch in my right wing… I looked over and saw Kelly holding a tiny feather… she was startled at me turning over and looking at her firmly…

"don't take brothers feather… it hurt him…" Anabel stood up on Mia's lap and stretched over and patted where she had pulled out the feather…

"t…that hurt?" Kelly looked at me stunned…

I just nodded to her a little firmly… she started to pat and stroke on the wing looking closer… it tickled like crazy and made my wing twitch… I folded the wings to my back… I could see the disappointment in her eyes as she glanced towards my back…

"Kelly…" Mia turned around looking firmly at her…

"what?" Kelly looked at her confused…

"it was so nice and warm and now you go and pull a feather from his wing…" Mia pouted to her…

"warm…" Kelly looked stunned at me…

Kelly looked around and smiled as she stood up looking at Vicki… Kelly walked around the table up to Vicki and sat down on her lap smiling…

"what are you doing…" Vicki looked at her firmly…

"I want to know how the wings work…" Kelly smiled at her…

"Ooo snap… she actually dared to sit on Valkyrie's lap…" Ezra said stunned… Kelly looked confused at him…

"the last time that happened someone got a beating so bad that they spent a week in the infirmary…" James said looking over at Jeff…

"it was an accident… the ship got hit by an explosion and I lost my balance…" Jeff said shivering looking down at his plate…

"you got guts to sit down in the lap of death Miss Kelly…" I said smirking to her…

Kelly turned a little pale and turned and looked at Vicki looking firmly at her… Vicki rolled her eyes and unfolded her wings like they exploded out from her back…

"eep." Kelly hid her face…

"don't listen to them… they exaggerate…" Vicki folded her wings around Kelly…

"oh…" Kelly smiled awkward but got her colour back in her face as she looked at Vicki..

"he only spent 3 days in the infirmary…" Vicki laughed with a little evil smile at Kelly…

Kelly's face paled as Vicki tightened her wings… she turned over and looked at me afraid…

"beside… pulling a feather on her lovingly commander and then sit down on her lap… you had that one coming." I laughed out loud to her…

Anabel stood up on Mia's lap and pouted angry towards Vicki…

"stop bullying Teacher…" Anabel said in a cute pouting voice…

"oh… who say that I am bulling her… maybe she need the punishment for pulling out a feather from your brother…" Vicki smirked at her holding her wings tight around Kelly looking pale…

Anabel turned around and looked at me firmly… aww she looks adorable when she is pouting like that… eh… right…

"Valkyrie…" I stated tilting my head sideways looking past Anabel…

"Fine… but if she pulls a feather I will show her the 1000-meter drop…" Vicki loosened her wings…

"how strong are you…" Kelly gasped out loud… looking stunned at her…

Vicki was not expecting a question right after she loosened her death grip… and just looked puzzled at her… Vicki blushed and said she was stronger than everyone except her weird commander… Kelly started to ask all sorts of questions and everybody was paying attention and giggled at the row of questions Vicki had to endure…

"thank you brother…" Anabel stood up and hugged me…

"don't you go and steal my husband Ana…" Mia giggled looking at my stunned face…

"hey Anabel…" I said in a quiet voice and looked at her pouting towards Mia…

"yes brother…" she turned and looked at me…

"how did you know I had pain?" I asked looking at her sitting down on Mia's lap.

"she is a little sensitive, and can start to cry for nothing… she even came crying to me one time when I got a paper cut…" Mia cuddled her hair smiling gently at her…

"hmm…" I used my hand and shoved the dinner plates away to make room on the table…

I lifted her up and sat her down at the table smiling at her… everybody looked at me stunned… I picked up the fork and poked my hand… I saw she made a twitch in her face… i called out to Jeff to toss me a knife…

He nodded and pulled out a small dagger and tossed it over my head… I used the palm of my hand to catch it… basically impaling my hand… ouch…

I saw Anabel had tears running down her cheeks looking at me…

"Austin… you're scaring her…" Mia grabbed her and hugged her in her arms.

I healed my wound and noticed Anabel stopped crying… that is one messed up ability… I took Anabel away from Mia's clutches and placed her back on the table… Mia was looking firmly at me…

"nyot worry sister… brother means good…" Luisa said crawling in her arms…

"oh… you can feel my intentions?" I smiled down at her…

"mhm… I only feel good from brother…" she smiled at me…

I nodded smiling at her and turned over to Anabel and placed my hand on her head… mom looked worried at me but calmed down when I smiled at her…

A magic circle appeared around Anabel sitting on the table… she looked at it with big eyes before she closed her eyes… I closed my eyes and entered her mind…

"hello Anabel…" I float over to her hovering in the air…

"Brother… where are we…" she stretched her hands to me…

"we are inside your mind sister… so you feel pain when others get hurt around you?" I smiled as I held her in my arms floating towards her Mana Orb…

"yes I do… how come it is so simple to talk?" she looked up at me confused…

"we are in your mind. your thoughts are sent directly to my brain instead of you trying to speak it… it is way easier to talk like this." I smiled to her as I stopped in front of her Orb…

"this is your Mana Orb… it control your powers… you can enter like this and place your hand on it to control your abilities. You understand me so far?" I smiled as I explain it to her…

She nod to me smiling as I walked her true how to dampen the effect of her abilities… after she was done tweaking it we exited the mind…

"ready?" I ask holding the dagger…

She nod to me clenching her fists… I stab my hand again… Ouch… knowing what pain is coming is worse… I look at Anabel who was looking stunned at my hand… she looked down at her own hand smiling… I pull out the dagger and healed my wound smiling at her…

I took Luisa and placed her next to Anabel… and placed my hand on her head… I entered her mind and looked around… she is not here… I heard Anabel's voice telling her that she needed to close her eyes… I giggled when I heard her say "don't be scared… I will try and follow you…" I felt Anabel place her hand on top of mine…

Luisa appaired in front of me… like she had dived into water… I hovered over to her and picked her up… she looked a little scared as she looked around… I focused and pulled Anabel inside…

"sister…" Luisa smiled as I picked up Anabel…

"we are inside your mind Luisa and I must warn the two of you to not pull anyone else inside your mind like I did… it is dangerous to let another person have access to your mind…" I look at them firmly as they nod to me…

Just like with Anabel I teach her how to control her abilities… I sent Anabel out of her mind first and followed with Luisa she have left…

We opened our eyes, and the twins were smiling at me… before I knew it they jumped on Mia's lap and hugged me smiling happy…

Everybody was looking puzzled at me… the girls sat down on Mia's lap giggling and smiling more than they did before… they seemed more relaxed… Mia noticed and looked up at me smiling…

"Anabel have the ability to feel others pain. And Luisa have the ability to sense a person's true intentions… I just helped them learn how to control their powers so they can be more relaxed and don't have the burden of their abilities as they grow up." I explain to everyone and smile down at them…

"t…that's why Anabel came to me when I got a paper cut…" Mia looked stunned at me…

"yep… she could feel your pain…" I said looking a little sad at her…

"so that is why Luisa always manage to get away from my kisses…" mom got up smiling…

She came over and picked the twins up… Luisa had sensed her intention and was crawling towards the table to duck under it, but mom had dashed and grabbed her first… she then grabbed Anabel who was trying to hide in Mia's arms… I tried to fold my wings to protect them… but mom just looked firmly at me… I lowered my gaze and wings as she started her kissing frenzy…

Everybody was either complaining about kisses and hug or giggling at the one that got it… It was good to be home… even if it is just for a little bit… I looked around the table smiling at everyone laughing and smiling… everyone seemed to have good time… Mia and I took a walk outside… we were holding hands looking up at the stars… I had my wing around her so she would not get cold…

She talked for a long time about what have happened at school as I was just listening to her talk… it was calming to hear her talk about stuff that interested her… I just leaned in and kissed her out of the blue while she was talking… she mumbled some words into my mouth before she closed her eyes kissing me back… she looked blushed as she dug her face in my chest…

"I was talking you know… am I so boring that you kiss me to stop me from talking…" she looked up at me with big sulky eyes…

"no… it just calm me down when you talk… but then I looked at your lips and I could not resist kissing them…" I giggle to her pouting at me…

"are you going back to work tomorrow…" she said walking back to the villa…

I hurried behind her and put my arms around her… I rested my head on her shoulder smiling as I looked at sad eye…

"I have to… but you can bring me lunch…" I said smiling at her…

I saw she smiled a little before pouting and turning away…

"fine… I make you an Armor with wings…" I rolled my eyes at her…

She turned her head back to me and smiled at me and pointed above my head…

"eh… I did not make that one… you have to talk to Mamma Nature about that…" I glanced up and saw my halo giggling at her…

Since it was getting late we walked back inside… almost everyone had gone to sleep… mom and dad was the only one still awake… mom just pointed at my room and said we had to sleep there… all the other rooms were taken… we nodded and walked inside and changed to out pyjamas… I had to stand and face the door while Mia changed… i just changed without a second thought…

But when I was taking on the shirt I had to take it off again because off my wings that was folded on my back… Witch I probably should not have done because Mia was looking at my chest… I just ignored her and ripped two holes on my back and put it back on… crawled in bed next to her and laid down…

Mia crawled into my arms placed her hand shoulder… she felt the scar and looked worried at my shirt… I loosened the top button and showed her the scar…

"it is fine… I have healed the wound and I can heal the scar away too if you like… I just like having it as a reminder…" I said blushing to her…

She smiled gently at me and laid her head on my and used a finger to feel the scar… her hands was so soft, and her touch was so gentle that It made me sleepy… she giggled to me and caressed my hair… in just a few moments I felt that I could not keep my eyes open anymore and drifted asleep…

I woke up really early the next morning… Mia had her hand on my chest… I gently moved her hand away and sat up in bed… I put the blanket around her and untangled my tail from hers… seriously tail behave…

I jumped out of bed and changed back to my Armor… it felt weird sleeping in a pyjamas, I had gotten so used to sleep in my Armor after so long… I walked out to the living room closing the door behind me… when I turned around I saw Jeff and Vicki smirking at me…

"your late…" Vicki giggled as she walked towards the kitchen…

"Aah… yee… had my tail stuck…" I yawn walking to the kitchen…

"tail?..." Jeff looked at me confused…

"eh… never mind…" I said blushing as I sat down at the common room table…

Vicki was giggling as she knew what I was talking about… she had walked in several times when I was attending the academy and seen me trying to untangle me and Mia's tail several times…

Vicki had made breakfast and every archangel was sitting there sipping coffee or tea… I hurried and ate my breakfast and noticed they were looking at me…

"what now boss…" Jeff smiled to me…

"eh… you guys are on shore leave… I was am going down to the dock to work on the materials for the new ship…" I looked confused at them looking sad at me…

"we can help…" Vicki said smiling…

"are you guys that bored?" I asked looking around the table…

Everybody was nodding as I looked at them… I just sighed and tossed the last piece of bread in my mouth and gulped down the tea… Vicki smiled at me…

"fine… I wont stop you from helping. And you guys are supposed to rest up…" I stood up and looked at everybody…

"yee… we need something to do… I been awake for half hour and it feels so strange not being in the air…" Ezra said smiling to me…

"ugh… I know what you mean… I woke up in the middle of the night and got dressed for patrol duty before I noticed that we are back home…" James complained…

"so… Commander… um… our wings are stuck on our backs…" Ben looked at me confused…

"eh… yee I don't know what have happened yet… but I suspect Mamma Nature have fused them into our body… I will ask her when I talk to her next time…" I smiled awkward at the group looking at me…

I walked out and everybody followed silently… when we got outside we flew up into the air and headed towards the dock… I saw the big storage area where there was guards posted… he was in the middle of a yawn with closed eyes as we landed silently a few meters in front of him... when he opened his eyes he was started to see 12 Archangels standing there looking at him…

"hello… is this where king Paul have stored my materials?" I smiled and walked up to him…

"y…yes Archangel Prince Austin… d…do you want to enter…" the guard manage to stutter out…

"yes please… thank you for guarding the city while we were away…" I noticed the guard was one of the few that had declined to join in the first place…

"m…my pleasure Prince…" the guard took out a key that was around his neck and opened the door for us…

I bowed and walked inside… there was a lot of materials stored here… the other archangels walked to my side and looked around smiling…

"d…do you want me to get a torch or an oil lamp?" the guard looked at us as we looked back at him smiling…

"naa we can see in the dark like it is daytime…" Jeff giggled to him…

He nodded and returned back to guarding the door… I pointed at some Mono stones and instructed them to start changing the broken ones on Angel… they nodded and got to work immediately… I created two small Domes. one with water and one Dome with vacuum resting on top of the other…

I found the bags of salt and tree mono stones I made one control tablet and two lightning blocks that would hold a steady current of electricity between each other… I tossed them inside the Dome with water and started to pour salt inside…

Once I had the right amount I turned on the electro blocks… okey we both know I cannot name stuff… well I saw the reaction working and the pressure was slowly building up inside the water Dome… I opened a hole up to the vacuum one. I made a small Dome with vacuum that would filter out every gas that was not chlorine gas… into another dome beside it that I had the septic cleaner block on so it would turn everything inside back to unharmful atoms and pump it back out in the air..

I manage to form a Dome into a small pipe from the chlorine gas into the vacuum chamber Dome and started to toss the Rutile ore inside and turned on the heat… I added a magnesium and into the melting Rutile… they combined, and the Rutile ore started to change into a metallic liquid sponge…

I analysed the sponge liquid inside the Dome… yep I made Titanium sponge… I made a new vacuum dome next to it and had a Dome pipe suck it over there and purify them into Titanium bars… once they were done they got tossed out of the Dome…

I walked over and picked up the titanium bar and studied it… 100% titanium… I looked shocked over at my simple setup… how can it make a 100% titanium? I placed down the bar and walked over and followed the prosses as it worked on producing another batch of Rutile ore… after I had followed the prosses I noticed that the Dome that purified the titanium was really efficient…

It would remove the impurities away from the titanium and transfer everything else to the septic Dome… stunned I stopped the prosses and just started the purification prosses… I tossed in enuf Rutile ore to make a bar and watch the prosses using detect poison vision… I saw oxygen and other impurities get pulled away and cleaning up the Ore until there was just pure Rutile ore… I used telekinesis and moved it over to the chlorine melting Dome and started the prosses…

I watched as it change colour and stopped once it got that silver look to it… it moved it over to the purification Dome and prosses it… it stopped and tossed out a shinier titanium bar… I picked it up and inspected it… Pure Titanium bar… oh my divine Mother of Nature…

Do you see this… Pure titanium… PURE… no one on earth have manage to make pure titanium when I was there… they have been working with the prosses, but the results always ends up with 99.99% purification… that single 0.01% made the titanium even lighter than normal… I clenched my fist and punched it… not even a dent… I have tried punching an iron bar and I made a solid fist print on it…

I was bored okey… and I was wondering how good my strength was back then… and now I am even stronger… okey calm down my nerdiness… breath…

I am Naming this Angel Metal… why? Because I can… think it is a stupid name for a new metallic compound that I created… suck it!... hahaha…

If you think this is still titanium then you are wrong… would you call bronze for copper tin bar… No, it is called bronze… the titanium was just a unclean product of Angel metal… eh… eh… see what I did there… eh… okey… I get back to work…

I walked over and made a new Purifying Dome next to the Melter Dome… it was round and stretched all the way up to the ceiling… I filled it with the Rutile ore and connected it to the Melter… I set everything to automatic and watched as the prosses started to make angel bars…

Suddenly I felt someone grab my tail… the eery feeling creeped into my body and I turned around to see Mia… oh… she looks pissed…

"hey darling…" I smile awkward as I tugged at my tail…

"Ooo… brother is in trouble…" I heard Luisa's voice sound behind Mia…

I tilted my head and saw Anabel and Luisa standing there… is she crazy… bringing kids to a place where I work…

"Mia… did you bring Anabel and Luisa into the storage where I work?" I let go of my tail and looked at her starting to fiddle with it… she just realized she have messed up…

"um… Ana, Lui… go wait outside for a moment…" Mia smiled awkward at me and looked around the storage…

I grabbed my tail from her and walked over and picked them up… they were holding a basked in their hands… I smiled at them and handed them over to Mia… she looked sad as if I were going to toss them out… I picked up Mia and held her in my arms smiling as the twins giggled to me as I walked outside the storage…

"I can walk… and you said we could bring you lunch…" Mia said looking sad at me…

"yes I did… but can you fly?" I winked at her and stretched out my wings…

Mia smiled at me when she understood I was not ditching them… she held on to the twins and giggled to me… I flew up in the air and hovered gently over to Angel… the twins giggled and laughed loving that they could fly with me… Mia just kept her eyes on me the entire time… I landed gently onboard Angel deck…

"welcome onboard Commander." Angels voice sounded out…

"thank you Angel…" I said smiling and put Mia down and grabbed Anabel and took Mia's hand…

"why does she sound like sister?" Anabel looked up at me as we walked down to the common room…

"that is because the ship is named after Mia… she is my Angel." I smiled to Anabel…

I stopped at the bottom of the stairs and let Anabel down… Mia let Luisa down as she gasped looking around… I have gotten so used to the elven style that it was normal for me… Mia walked around and touched the table and chairs… she placed the two baskets down so Anabel and Luisa did not have to carry them when they looked around…

I walked over and opened the door to my room… they walked inside and gasped even more… the twins ran around in the room playing… hide and seek around my desk… I giggle as they ran around… they noticed my bed and climbed on to it… they started jumping up and down on it giggling…

Mia was trying to make them behave and tried to grab them as they jumped away giggling… I walked over and gently tapped her back making her fall on the bed… I giggled at her as she pouted at me… she stretched out her hand I grabbed it and felt her pull me instead…

since there was no way she could pull me I just fell forward letting her pull me on the bed… she giggled when I landed on her… the twins jumped on my back giggling and said they have captured me…

"is there intruders Commander? Should I alert the crew?" Angel's voice sounded…

"No… they are just playing with me… no alarms please…" I said giggling as I looked at Mia…

"how did you make her?" Mia looked at me with a jealous look…

"she is just a program that manage the cooling on the mono blocks… there is no reason to be jealous on yourself…" I giggle to her as I explained…

Mia blushed and kissed me…

"ew…" Luisa said giggling…

"yuck…" Anabel said giggling…

"so, what did you bring to eat?" I glanced up at them smiling…

They smiled with big eyes and jumped of the bed and darted out of the room giggling… I was about to get up before Mia pulled me close and kissed me… she finely stopped and rested her head on the bed looking dazed at me…

"you are going to be a good father someday…" she smiled lovingly at me as she held her hand on my cheek…

"let's at least wait until I get the darkness destroyed…" I smile awkward at her and sat up…

"deal… our parents have been asking when we are planning to start…" Mia sat up smiling awkward at me…

"but we are to young…" I said stunned at her…

"yep… that is what I said too… but you know who pulled out old text and rules and started lecturing me on ancient laws… I think they just want grandchildren…" Mia looked at me blushing…

"eh… yep that sounds like mom…" I helped her out of bed, and we walked out to the twins climbing on the table…

Mia and I grabbed a twin each and sat down eating fresh toast… I missed cheese… the twins asked a lot of questions about the ship and the furniture's and how we got the table inside… I got bombarded with questions… Mia seemed to love it as she was smiling more and more tender at me… crap…

Luisa pulled my arm and looked at me with big eyes… she told me she had to use the lady's room… Mia giggled at my reaction as that was the first time a kid have asked me that question… I walked over and opened the bathroom door for her... she took my hand and walked towards the toilet…

Apparently I had to help her up on the toilet… how blank can I get in my head… well I held her up as she washed her hands in the sink… I placed her down on the floor and she looked around for a towel… I walked over to a mono stone infused into the wall and told her to hold her hands up to it...

She did and the stone blew warm wind down and dried her hands… she smiled at me and grabbed my hand and walked out to Anabel and told her to go to the bathroom… Mia giggled as I sighed…
