"Tanis are you ok?" Marshal asks his younger cousin. She has been far to quiet since leaving the hospital.

"I'm scared that uncle John is going to leave me. He has made me promise not to tell you but now it doesn't matter . He has been having a lot of heart pain and has woken up with blood on his pillow. I'm not sure if it's his ulcers or if it's something else. In the past he always had me stay with him for his visits to the doctor. This last two times he has made me wait outside.
