Upon seeing this message, Samuel harshly criticized the woman in his mind.
However, he could smell a business opportunity from this woman, so he suppressed his prejudice against her and said in a low voice, "Marissa, you came to the supermarket to buy some gifts, right?"
"You know me?" Marissa was surprised when he called her name.
"Of course I do. I saw you once when you were buying things last time." He casually made up a pretense and said, "I happen to have some gifts here. If it's convenient for you, we can talk about gifts and rebates."
When Marissa heard the word "rebate", her interest was instantly piqued. Every time she purchased something, she would always feel embarrassed to bring up rebates because there wasn't much money involved. If he had a way of providing her with some lovely rebates, she would be more than willing.
She looked at the cafe at the side and said, "Let's talk inside."
