After the several events that had taken place over the week, the Mo couple decided to contact Mo Moyan but since they had no idea where she lived, they decided to ask Mo Youyou when they get the chance to visit her.

What happened was that, after Mo Youyou and Tae Jingxue were arrested, Lu Jin made arrangements to prevent any family member of theirs from visiting them until a week later so even when they tried to visit them, they were told not to and could only wait till the week was over.

While shopping oneday, Mo Shen came across some women gossiping about an actress but since she considered the women to be from low-class families, she ignored them and went on with her own business, yet in the middle of the conversation, she heard them mention Mo Moyan's name and suddenly became interested.

With a huge smile, she approached the group of women, " Hello...! Good afternoon. " She greeted politely but the women who clearly saw how she was dressed quickly knew she was from a wealthy family and knowing they were just mere poor people, from very small backgrounds, they did not dare to talk to her and only smiled back.

In their kind of world, rich people always go about making trouble with the poor because they knew they would never fight back so when they saw a rich woman approach them, they were filled with fear and worry.

Seeing their worried expression, Mo Shen's smile widen, " I'm sorry if my presence is making you uncomfortable. " She apologized then added quickly, " I was just trying to grab something over there when I heard you talking about an actress and decided to come over and ask about her. Immediately the car roared to life, she pressed her foot on the accelerator and drove away towards the direction of ShopNyc.

Since ShopNyc wasn't far away, it wasn't long before she arrived there and after parking her car, she got out and walked into the building.

Seeing a young girl sitting at the receptionist desk, she approached her with a warm smile, " Hello.... "

" Hello.....Please welcome to ShopNyc, how may I help you? " The shop attendant greeted her politely, standing to her feet.

Even though ShopNyc wasn't a big mall, they have a high criteria for picking up their employees and all the workers who get the chance to work there's pass through intensive behavioral checks before being allowed to work in the mall so the mall was known to be one of the best malls with good customer services.

" Actually, I'm looking for someone. " Mo Shen replied, her smile deepening.

" Oh, okay. "

" Yes, I'm looking for a certain Song Yan. I was told she is a worker here. "

After confirming from her colleague that the woman was the one looking for her, she approached her with uncertainty.

" Hi, it's nice meeting you. " Mo Shen exclaimed, extending her hand for a handshake.

Seeing her outstretched hands, Song Yan was taken aback but quickly shook her hands anyway.

Because they have lots of new customers who come around everyday after being referred by others, Song Yan's first thought was that the woman was one of those people but since she had approached her, she realized she hadn't even asked of any of their items making her curious as to why she was there.

If she wasn't there to buy that what was she there for?

Who was she and how was she able to know her name?

Sensing her discomfort, Mo Shen suddenly spoke up, " Awwwwn dear, I'm really sorry for not introducing myself. " She apologized quickly, before adding, " My name is Mo Shen. I learnt you're a friend to my daughter. "

Hearing that, Song Yan's frown deepen.

She was someone who barely associate with people and so doesn't have much friends, yet the ones she has, she new their relatives well enough so she was shocked by what the woman said.

Was she being mistaken for someone else?

Seeing that she was still not convinced, Mo Shen spoke up once again, " I know you don't know me but that was because I've been out of the country. I'm actually Mo Moyan's mother. I came back into the country not long ago and since I've lost all contacts with her I decided to ask around and was finally directed to you. "

" Since you want to meet her let me take you there. " She offered happily then after excusing herself she walked towards her colleague and after explaining everything to her, walked back to Mo Shen and followed her into the car.

Before she started the car however, Mo Shen quickly sent a text to her husband.

Meanwhile, in the CJ Entertainment Group, Mo Moyan who had been given a few days off after the incident during the shoot but was feeling bored at home decided to go back to work and was in her office going through some few projects she had been assigned to when Jing Lingli suddenly walked into her office and told her she had visitors.

Since she wasn't having any meeting with anyone, Mo Moyan was surprised but she decided to see the visitors anyways and asked her assistant to bring them in.

After Jing Lingli walked out of the room, she began to wonder who the people looking for her could be but since she couldn't come up with anyone, she gave up and waited patiently for them instead.

A minute later, Song Yan's figure emerged through the doorway and seeing her friend, Mo Moyan suddenly got up and rushed to meet her then gave her and warm hug.

" I thought you were supposed to be at work? " She asked, frowning slightly.

Hearing the worry in her voice, Song Yan waved her off, " Can't I visit my friend again? " then she pouted her lips in annoyance.

Seeing her childish behavior Mo Moyan Immediately burst into laughter, then with a mocking voice she said, " You look cute like that. I think I should be making you angry. " then she burst into laughter again, yet this time, Song Yan joined her.

After they both quietened down, Song Yan decided to reveal the reason she was there, " I have a surprise for you. "

When she heard that, Mo Moyan's face creased into a tight frown and she began to wonder what her friend was up to when just at that moment, Song Yan turned towards the doorway and called out to someone.

Initially, Mo Moyan thought it was Lu Jin who had come to visit her and was smiling coquettishly but after she spotted the figure who walked into the room, her expression quickly turned to shock and utter disbelief.

Noticing her shocked expression, Song Yan began to grin sheepishly, yet when the woman charged towards Mo Moyan and landed a hard slap on her face, she was taken aback and was completely filled with horror.

Stunned by her mother's reaction, Mo Moyan quickly clutched her cheeks and tears began to fall from her eyes.

" Mother, " She called out softly, seemingly hurt by the woman's violet action.

" I never gave birth to a shameless thing like you, Moyan. " Mo Shen spat out the words with rage and fury and Song Yan who had seen the woman just calm and nice a while ago could only stand there and watched in unbelief, " How much more ruthless can you be? " she added, before grabbing Mo Moyan's hair.

Suddenly realizing the extremeness of the situation, Song Yan quickly rushed to her friend's rescue but was shoved to the ground.

After grabbing Mo Moyan's hair, Mo Shen turned around and forcefully dragged her out of the room. Hearing of the commotion, the workers all gather around to watch what was going on and just in time, Mo Liu and some police officers suddenly walked into the building. Seeing them, Mo Shen pushed Mo Moyan to the ground, then turning towards the policemen, she pointed towards the disheveled Mo Moyan and with a voice full of hatred and bitterness, she said, " This is the bitch who schemed against my daughter, officers. Take her away this moment. "

At this point, everyone in the room had on a shocked expression as they seemed not to know what was going on at all.
