THE WEDDING (TWO)

"What!" Lyon said totally shocked.

"Yes Lyon. Tomorrow is going to be their wedding ceremony.... I just thought that you should know," Yes he had been invited to the party but he had never thought that Sabrina would be the bride. How could this happen, No he had to see Sabrina and before the wedding tomorrow morning, he thought while Beth just stood staring at him with a grin.

Back in the castle that same night, Lucian stood by his window, staring at the full moon that shone brightly over the land of Hallow. The moon blesses both the werewolves, vampires and other creatures with strength, it renews their strength and make them stronger, Rosaline was visiting her parent for today and tomorrow, she won't be there for the wedding, he would miss her but strangely ever since Sabrina came into his life, he had started feeling distant from Rosaline but he knew their was nothing to be worried about, what he felt for Rosaline was pure love and what he is feeling for Sabrina was pure lust, he wanted to have her because of her tempting curves and of course her delicious mermaid blood, he grinned. He was staring at the moon when he suddenly saw a movement, his gaze went down to the castle ground and he saw Sabrina walking jerkily again and doing the same thing to make the guards fall asleep, he grinned as he just teleported and now he was standing behind Sabrina who walked out of the castle gate, Lucian followed her as they walked into the woods, they soon arrived by the sea again with the moon shinning down upon them. Sabrina once again stepped into the cold water and this time, he noticed gentle movements in the water and seconds later he heard murmuring.

While inside the water, Sabrina still not concious had turned into a mermaid, she stood in the sea with her golden beautiful shinning tail moving back and forth, her eyes white, suddenly from afar another mermaid approached her, it was a woman, she looked middle aged but was really beautiful, she had brown hair and blue eyes, she bowed when she came close to Sabrina.

"Our new Queen of Atlanta, Queen Kalisa, your human name is Sabrina but in the ocean you are Kalisa, we need you to protect us for we sense danger coming our way, we need your help and protection. The people of Atlanta needs you, Help us! Help us! Whenever you need to see me again, you can call out to me, I am Airen your royal assistant," As the mermaid said this, she left and Sabrina suddenly gained conciousness and swam up, on surfacing she saw Lucian grinning down at her, she coughed out water,

"What..... What am I doing here?" Sabrina said shocked as she sat on the surface of dry land, not yet aware of her transformation, she looked up at Lucian.

"You don't know?" He asked teasingly and Sabrina shook her head, noticing that she was wet, she shivered, how did she turn wet, her gaze moved to look around when she caught sight of something shinning, a golden thing peeking out of her night gown and into the water, her eyes widen in shock.

"Wh... What is this!" She yelled and Lucian's gaze moved to were she was looking at and grinned, looking at the gold colour tail, she was indeed a mermaid, not just any mermaid it seemed because when he had finished reading about mermaids, he had learnt of some things also, like how not an ordinary mermaid get golden coloured tail but she had it.

"Why don't you lift up your gown and check it out yourself," Lucian said and watched Sabrina slowly lift her gown and her eyes widen further, of course! She couldn't feel her legs so what more could be the reason if not that.....

"A tail!" She said in shocked "Am I a mermaid?" She asked him.

"Seems so," he grinned "Why don't we go home first and discuss?"

"How would I get up, I-" she paused as she saw her tail slowly started separating to legs, her eyes widen once again in awe as Lucian too stood and stared, once she got her legs back, she tried to stand up but her legs were too shaky due to shock and was about to fall when Lucian scooped her up in his arms and suddenly as this wasn't the first time Lucian had teleported her from one place to another.

"How did you keep doing that?" She asked as he gently dropped her on the bed.

"An ability of mine," he answered seriously and he went into her bathroom and brought out towel "Dry your hair and go and change, we don't want you to catch a cold on our wedding day now, do we?" She took the towel from him and wiped her black hair dry as Lucian stared at her, Sabrina got up and moved to her wardrobe but stopped "I want to change my clothes, can you please turn away?" Sabrina said softly.

"I don't see why I should as we would be getting married tomorrow," he replied smiling.

"Please, your highness," Sabrina pleaded.

"On one condition," Lucian said with a grin.

"What is it, your highness?"

"Stop calling me, your highness, call me by my name, Sabrina," he said.

"Yes, your- Lucian," she said softly and for the first time, Lucian felt her soft voice calling his name, a music to his ears and he smirked and turned away. Sabrina quickly got dressed and soon was seated on the edge of her bed as she stared at Lucian.

"Am a mermaid?" She asked again.

"Yes, you are.... But," Sabrina looked up at him "Not any ordinary mermaid, now tell me about what happened in the sea?"

"I... I don't think I remember much," Sabrina started deep in thought "There was a woman, I.... think she is like me... she said I should call her if I needed her, I don't remember her name....."

"What did she talk about?"

"She... She said they needed help, some people in the ocean, that I was their Queen.... Kalisa, they want me to protect them from some danger at the surface..... I am no Kalisa, I am Sabrina and I am no Queen! I don't even know how I turn out to be a mermaid, my mother isn't a mermaid, neither was my father," she spoke in panic.

"Calm your nerves," Lucian chuckled "Are you sure neither of your parent are mermaid?" He asked in a serious tone.

"My mother never told me about us being a mermaid," she answered.

"Really?" Sabrina nodded still in thought "Why don't you get some sleep for tonight, don't worry we will find out how you turned out to be a mermaid," Lucian said with a smile and Sabrina nodded, she was truly exhausted and needed to rest for tomorrow.

The next day soon arrived, very early in the morning Sabrina was already up, pacing back and forth in her room, she couldn't believe today was her wedding day, she heard a knock on her door and frowned, who could it be? She thought, it was too early to start getting dressed for the wedding, she opened the door and was shocked at who she saw.

"Lyon!" She said as her eyes widen.

"Sabrina!" Lyon said with a smile, he was disguised as one of the hired men delivering some goods into the castle, he managed to sneak away from them but he didn't know where Sabrina's room was, and by pure luck, he heard two maids discussing, one had said she was going to wake Sabrina and start with her bath, so he had followed her and when they got there and the maid was about to knock, Lyon stopped her and said the head maid said she should let the bride be for now and go back to the kitchen, the maid believed him and left.

"Can I come in?" Lyon asked shocked Sabrina.

"Of course, yes," she stepped back for him to enter her room and she locked the door, suddenly there was tears in her eyes as she went and hugged Lyon tightly, Lyon was supprised but he held her and pat her head gently before pulling her away to look at her.

"I heard you were about to get married to the prince, Sabrina. I was shocked and not happy hearing the news," Lyon spoke as he stared at the woman he loved.

"I was forced into this marriage, Lyon. I never wanted to marry the prince and still don't want to but he forced me into being his second wife, he hurts me and tortures me to the extreme, I don't want to marry him, Lyon," Sabrina said unhappily.

"You don't know how happy I am to hear you say those words," Lyon said relieved "Sabrina, you are the woman that makes my heart beat, I love you and want you to be my wife and no other person's,"

"Really? You love me? I love you too, Lyon, I have had you in my heart for a long time now, I needed someone to come and save me, I thought of you but you never came," Sabrina confessed happy that her prince charming was here to save her from the devil.

"Am sorry, I went on a journey and was just arriving last evening, when I heard about you going to get married to the prince, I felt heart broken, I had planned that as soon as I arrive, I would go and propose my love for you the next day but then I heard and knew I had to see you, so I came disguised," he said

"Am glad that you are finally here, please take me away from here," Sabrina said.

"Don't you worry, we would look for a way and escape from here, let's go," they were about to go out when they heard a chuckle. Sabrina's eyes widen, she knew that laugh.

"Where do you both think you are going to?"
