The Engagement rituals
Wang Shan sat at the corner and didn't take this engagement seriously because she did not feel anything off as it was very common in this era to let the girls to even get married at her age since this was just an engagement, she simply thought of her 'sister' who had already got married just to annoy 'her' and successfully annoyed 'her' to death.
Wang Shan actually thought of going back to her room and changing her clothes so that she wouldn't be the most dull-looking girl but this thought of not being the center of attraction brushed off the previous feelings.
With a smile on her face, wang Shan sat down at the utmost corner near a tree. She looked at little An who was standing beside her so she pointed her finger next to her seat that was empty. But Little An refused to sit because, during these kinds of special occasions, the trouble makers' eyes would be fixed on others just to cause some problems.
