A Plan

Ezume stands in front of the gear. Nanami stands cautiously on the other side of the area. She looks ready to move out of the way.

Ezume: Now you are at the metaphorical end of your road.

Nanami: What does it do?

Ezume: Water Style: Raging Waves!

Ezume shoots water out of his mouth like a hose. The water goes through the gear. Then the size of the beam of water triples. The water slices through the trees. Ezume moves the beam close and closer to Nanami. Nanami runs to the side. The beam gets closer and closer. Nanami backflips. The water goes under her and she lands on the ground. The water starts to backtrack. Nanami ducks under it and throws a kunai at Ezume's feet. Ezume stops shooting water and grabs the kunai. Nanami starts running over to Ezume.

Ezume: You think the difficulty level would be so low that this battle is easy. You do not have the power in this situation. The one with the power is me.

Nanami: then why am I about to knock you out!

Ezume makes a hand symbol.

Ezume: Water Style: Water Shark Bombing Jutsu!

Nanami runs forward. The sharks fly out through the gear, smashing into Nanami. Nanami gets encapsulated inside the sharks. The two sharks smash together onto a tree, slamming Nanami into the tree. Nanami is soaked with water again. Nanami coughs up some water.

Nanami: Everytime I get absorbed into one of your jutsu I feel like I'm drowning.

Ezume: That's because of the perplexing movement of the water. The jutsu moves so vigorously that the water drowns you when you still have air left. Fascinating, isn't it.

Nanami stands up.

Nanami: No, it's not "fascinating."

Ezume: Maybe if you experience it one more time you'll see the beauty in it.

Ezume puts his hands together.

Ezume: Water Style: Water Shark Bombing Jutsu!

The same two dragons come out of the gear. Nanami puts her hands on the ground.

Nanami: Wood style: Sealed Four Pillar Prison Jutsu!

Four wood walls appear around Nanami. Finally a wooden roof appears that speaks her off. The twin dragons slam against the walls. Some wood is chipped off, but not much damage is done.

Ezume: This is no seal. Just a blockade that I will inevitably break!

Nanami sits in the darkness. Nanami talks quietly.

Nanami: If I had a seal to block jutsu I would use it, but I need to come up with a plan to beat him.

Yoshito: Stealing my chakra. I've never heard of something dirtier. I don't steal chakra. I stop you from using it. Now you're going to feel the cut of death.

Ray: The cut of death? Not a paper cut. Even worse, a cardboard cut! Lee, we're in real trouble now.

Yoshito puts his fan on the ground. Wind around the area starts to pick up. Ths gusts of wind get strong enough that they almost push Ray and Lee around.

Lee: It feels like a storm.

Ray: A little wind never hurt anybody!

Ray slowly takes steps closer and closer to Yoshito. The wind gets stronger the closer Ray gets to Yoshito's fan. Then Yoshito moves one hand in Ray's direction. Ray is blown back into a tree. The tree cracks. Ray hits the ground and the tree falls over.

Lee: We just have to outbeat his wind.

Lee runs as fast as his legs can move. He gets close to the fan. Lee goes to punch yoshito. His hand barely manages to get past the fan. Yoshito moves his hand in front of Lee. Lee is blasted back.

Ray: You're just keeping us away from you! You're not attacking at all. We'll just find a way to get to you and you'll be dead.

Yoshito smiles. He grips onto his fan stronger.

Yoshito: Wind Style: Blade Flurry!

Wind starts slicing up Ray and Lee. Their whole body has cuts up and down them.

Ray: Fire Style: Fire Armor Jutsu!

Ray's body goes up in flames. The fire absorbs the wind and Ray puts his arms up in victory.

Ray: You can't win. I'm better.

Ray walks closer to Yoshito. As he gets closer more and more of his fire starts fading. Then the fire is blown away. Ray starts getting cut all over his body again. Ray runs back to the other side of the area. He hides behind a tree. He stills feels gusts of wind, but most of the wind is cutting the tree instead of him. Lee does the same.

Ray: I don't know how we are going to beat him. I can't absorb his chakra because of the stupid, useless wind.

Lee: We know your fire can do something though.

Ray: What does that have to do with anything?

Lee: Maybe your fire is the secret to winning against this guy.

Ray: I just tried that!

Lee: Not that jutsu! Maybe another fire jutsu is the key.

Ray: I don't see how any part of your plan can work…

Lee: But…

Ray: No buts. I'm not doing it. It won't work.

Lee: Just try it. You don't have a better plan.

Ray: I'm sure I could come up with one.

Lee: Do it!

The wind kicks up. The trees blocking them are slashed. The trees fall over. Ray and Lee turn around to see Yoshito.

Yoshito: Wind Release: Wind Cutter Jutsu!

The wind gets much harsher. Ray and Lee get large gashes sliced into them.

Ray: Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!

The fireballs fly through the air. They get near the fan. Ray takes a deep breath in. As Lee and Ray run out of the area.

Ray: I have a plan!
