My End and Beginning

Why did this happen...it was supposed to be a great day

BEEP...BEEP...BEEP

I groan as I sit up on my bed and look around my room for the source of that god awful noise that wakes me up every morning and rips me away from my nice, warm, and comfy bed. I look to my right and see my phone vibrating I pick it up and turn off the alarm I lay back down on my bed for one second and then I get up to go to my bathroom. Once inside I shut the door and look at myself in the mirror what I see looking back at me is an 18 year old with black hair and pitch black eyes (I always feel like I could get lost looking into my own eyes) I thought for a quick second and then I brush my teeth and take a shower. I got out of the bathroom with a white towel rapped around my waist then I went into the closet to look for something to wear. I came out the closet with a black hoodie, black pants, and some black shoes (this looks decent) I think to myself and start brushing my hair ''JASON BREAKFAST IS READY'' my mom yells from downstairs ''COMEING MOM ONE SEC'' I yell back and walk down stairs to the kitchen smelling bacon and eggs.

''Good morning mom'' I say as I sit down in front of a steaming hot plate of bacon and eggs ready to devour it whole ''morning sweetheart'' she says as she sits down and eats her food. After eating I get up from my seat and say ''thank you for the food I'm leaving now'' then I rush out the house leaving for my part time job when I see my neighbors daughter hop outside of their car then their was a strong gust of wind and it looked like the wind knocked a toy out her hand into the street. I wanted to say that I would go grab it for her but then she ran into the street to pick up her toy but their was a car coming down the road very fast and it didn't seem to see her or slow down her parents hadn't seen what was going on they just got out of their car so I was the only one that could save this little girl that had her whole life ahead of her. Time seemed to slow down and my heart started beating so hard it felt like it was about to burst out my chest (I love this feeling) I thought to myself then I snapped out of it this was no time to get caught up in my thoughts I had to act fast. I ran as hard as I could towards the little girl I thought if I was fast enough then maybe I could tackle her and we both would fall out of the way of the truck [don't do it you wont make it why risk your life for someone you don't even know DONT BE A HERO] I heard then I thought (what if this isn't a good idea) but then I looked at that little girl standing there helpless she was going to die if I didn't help her right now at this moment I can save her so I ran full speed I only focused at saving that one girl once I got into reaching distance I pushed her then I blacked out.

(Its so cold) I thought to myself ''where am I'' I say out loud while standing up but I come to find out I'm glowing blue I try to touch myself with my arm but it just goes right through my leg like air (holy crap am I dead it dose make sense I guess I got hit by that truck at least that little girl made it out safe) ''all thanks to you'' I suddenly here from behind me I whip my spirit body behind me to see a gorgeous lady in front of me she had white hair with blue eyes and a white with gold one piece dress that perfectly made her look like a goddess. Once I got out of my shock from seeing such a fine woman I started thinking (why is she here) ''quite a question mortal I am the god of death I have witnessed your death and believe you are worthy of a second chance of life be honored'' the god said with a smile. I looked at her for a second and said ''I am'' and then I asked where am I getting reincarnated to she looked at me with those angelic eyes and said ''first you must pick three abilities then I will give you a system and then off you go to a world of magic and monsters'' I began to go into deep thought about the abilities that I wanted I had read a lot of manga so I know that these abilities will determine how I will survive in this new world. After thinking for another two minutes I finally came up with the three abilities I wanted I looked over to the god and said ''first I want the ability to take the skills of anything I kill second I want to be able to merge skills into even stronger ones and third I want to have the bloodline of the strongest being ever that's all'' the goddess stared into my eyes for a second then she finally said ''alright you may have those abilities may the gods bless you on your journey may you find glory'' then she swiped her hand and a portal appeared above me and I was sucked away.
