Just An Average Day

Lilith wakes up to the sun shining right into her eyes and her phone ringing. She quicky grabs her phone, checking the name, it's her boss Dr. Jerk aka Dr.Jerkins. She regretfully answers.

"LILITH WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GET TO WORK!!!! I NEED CLEAN SHEETS!!!! *whispers* and someone to yell at for my mess ups" Dr.Jerkins angerly explains into Lily's unsuspecting ear.

"Yeah yeah I'll be there soon" she quickly hangs up before he has time to yell again.

For the net few days Lily watches the clock waiting for her brother to return. Work is going as normal, but she's got a weird feeling, Max hasn't come back yet, he hasn't even called. Maxwell doesn't normally go back on his plans and if he does, or if he's gonna be late he calls to notify her.

Begining to get worried she calls Max's his phone which immediately goes to voicemail. Lilith then began thinking of the worst, her brother only ever turned his phone off when he was going on a dangerous mission. Most of the time he would notify her if he was going somewhere dangerous though. Begining to panic Lily calls the officer incharge and asks if anyone has seen him.

"I'll check around give me a moment ma'am" the commander then puts the phone down and leaves for a few minutes, which to Lilith felt like a lifetime.

"Nobodies seen him in a few days ma'am, nobody has seen him or a few members of his squad since the night we arrived. I'm sorry ma'am " The man claimed.

"Thank you sir if you hear from him please let me know" Lily hung up the phone and set it down on the table just as she heard her front door bang open then shut. She jumped up thinking it might be her obnoxious twin. Going over to the door she noticed nobody was near the door.

Creeeeaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkk!!!!

The floor boards behind her creak and she turns around, but before she sees a hand. Before she can react a cloth goes over her mouth, she struggles to not breath in the fumes from the chemical soaked cloth. She eventually gives in and takes a breath before turning around and seeing a large masked figure reach out to catch her before everything went dark.
