Shocking Reaction From Quinn's Parents

Vincent walked to the carriage's door and pushed it close. As he did so, he and Quinn saw the guards go back to their own carriage while Ceasar with the other guard went back to the front of their carriage. He walked back to Quinn and took her hand to lead her to the seat and they sat down.

He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer to him so that her head and torso were resting on him shoulder and chest. "Rest, my Queen before we reach the kingdom."

"Yes, my King." She replied, softly as she rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes.

When Quinn opened her eyes again, she saw that Vincent had his eyes closed. She raised up and moved out of his arms. That made him open his eyes and look at her. "You are awake, my Queen."

"Yes, and we still have not arrived." She said as she turned to the window on her side and looked out.
