He leaned in to kiss her as she gazed at his plump pink lips with fangs pointing out from them. That was how they got involved with each other until the next morning.
On the afternoon of the next day, Quinn was training with Vincent in the training field. She threw her fist forward to punch him on his side, but he moved his body to the side and took hold of her wrist. He pulled her to him until her back was to his front and wrapped his arms around her, keeping her arms against her sides.
He leaned his head down to her ear as she tried to move her arms out of his hold. She felt his breath fan her ear as he whispered into her ear. "You have to try better than that Quinn if you want to win fights against dark creatures."
