"I knew before we mated, and Vincent knew before he even met me. I also thought only mates could be changed into demons?" Quinn asked with raised eyebrows.

He chuckled as he shook his head, "No, not exactly. If a demon or vampire loved a human, they could mark them and change them into their own kind."

"I see, that is very interesting. They must do that because they want to spend the rest of their lives with them, but what if they found their mates later on?"

"Then that would be a disaster because they can only mark one person, and being without their mate while they are close to them would make them start losing themselves as well as the mate."

Vincent's gaze moved to Quinn and Hades as Vlad talked to him. He realized how friendly Hades was being towards Quinn. But thought that he did not mean anything more by it since he knew not to try anything with his mate even though he was somewhat of a trouble maker.
