"Have you got it?" A feminine voice belonging to a beautiful and yet dangerously looking woman of Chinese ethnicity reached out to the ears of an average-looking man of European descent, who was wearing a black suit that seemed to belong to a servant of someone who could be hailed as 'rich'.

The man's brown eyes never directly looking onto the woman's black own, trembled slightly at the sound of the woman's voice before he replied. "Yes, Ma'am." He said curtly and respectfully, lowering his head slightly before showcasing a sleek and long wooden box of luxurious appearance.

"Bring it closer, let me see it." She ordered the man from her place, seated on a large velvet couch that seemed more like a small and modern throne than a couch per se.

"Here you have it, ma'am." The man, in turn, approached her in measured steps, before prostrating himself to her in a submissive kneeling position.

The box lid now opened up, and a shining reflection of light pierced the dimly lit room, showcasing to the world the grandeur of a neatly placed sword.

"I can't believe my eyes, Goujian." The woman muttered in awe, her voice barely heard by the man, while her eyes shone with newfound emotion on her usually cold expression.

Her presence seemed to intensify tenfold, as she showed such (emotions), and the man gulped in nervousness. With a slight tremble of the box in the man's hands, the slender and jade-looking naked arm of the woman reached out for the sword, brushing some cloth aside, while feeling the cold sensation of the legendary Chinese blade.

And in turn, the only other person in the room which is the man, suddenly voices out a respectful question. He wanted to understand if the woman would like him to take out the relic of the sword for her to see it better, but was unfortunate to be abruptly stopped mid-question.

"Ma'am, may I-..." He tried to ask at least, before a gunshot was heard all across the luxurious room. With a thud, his body fell backward and blood leaked out of the wound in a quick rush.

The beautiful woman though, keeps her eyes focused on the sword that by now rests on her hands, no emotion shown besides the awe she lets out while looking at the sword.

"Thank you, Nucai." She voiced out a chilling and harsh thanks to a guard that came out from behind the couch she kept seated on.

And with a white mask over his face, and lifeless eyes that showed no emotion, he all but nodded his head in acknowledgment while stepping back once again.

That left the young and rich woman examining the sword, lost in her world as time ticked by.

.

After a few minutes, movement seemed to come back into the woman's body, as she suddenly got up serenely and elegantly.

Long black hair cascaded down her slender bareback, as her white dress swayed with each movement and step taken by the same. [Comment here for the woman's image.]

With a large opening in the back of the dress, and in the front of it too, the woman's exposed skin showed the world her countless tattoos drawn on her torso and cleavage, and her beauty could not be hidden by anything, — not even a piece of clothing.

"Now, how about we get to work?" She spoke to herself in an arrogant and yet honey-filled voice, keen to summon her ever-first servant since she decided to join the grail war this time around.

All for her so secretly-kept-inside-her-mind, wish.

After a few moments of the woman drawing a summoning circle directly on the white marble ground of the room she is in, with a swift movement, the black-haired woman placed the sword of Goujian in the center of the red circle. A rare sighting of emotion presided over her expression as she got up and prepared to chant for her servant.

And with a long inhale, she started. "Let silver and steel be the essence," Her eyes focused and determined on the successful ending for her summoning, "– let stone and the archduke of contracts be the foundation."

A salty droplet of sweat made its way down her face as she concentrated on reciting the words engraved on her predecessor's secret book, while her raised arms trembled slightly amidst the chant.

It was as if she was feeling a sudden pressure starting to weigh down on her with each second that passed.

"Let matte-gold be the color I pay tribute to." She continued reciting the quotes needed to successfully summon a servant to the living world, and yet she seemed to keep gaining pressure on top of her very own shoulder as she kept going forward with the chant. "Let me rise a wall against the wind that shall fall, let the four cardinal gates close, and let the three-forked road from the crown reaching unto the Kingdom rotate." Her brows by now were fully furrowed in stress, while her breathing was becoming slightly aggravated.

She was alone in the room as such a scene was taking place, and deep down her mind, she thanked the gods she followed, for the opportunity she was about to have.

The fact that she would be the second person in her family's long-lost line of members, was something that filled her usually arrogant and merciless self with proudness and eagerness to participate in the legendary grail wars.

To try, and perhaps win the war, to win the chance at a wish come true.

Most would not even know such a thing would be possible to attain in their entire lifetimes.

But she did, and she would.

.

"I hereby declare!... — Your body shall serve under me, and my fate shall be your sword."

By now, ragged breaths were the only sound heard in the now visibly lit room, as magic seemed to pour out of the glowing red summoning circle before she continued onto the ending of the long chant of summons.

"Submit to the beckoning of the Holy Grail!..." She shouted in a tired, but hopeful voice, "–if you will submit to this will and this reason, then answer my call!"

The rook trembled softly at that point reached, and gusts of wind were surfing the room's warm air, chilling the atmosphere of the latter in a quick and unforgiving manner.

"An oath shall be sworn here, — and I shall attain all virtues of all that is Heaven." The woman's eyes dried up from the tears spilled during the earlier words of the chant, the usual emotionless woman dreamingly thinking of all the history that her family carried onto her back, her past relatives' hopes to hang in her success as she silently cried in determination and pain from the harsh summoning.

"I shall have dominion over all evils of all of Hell!" She screamed her finale, her eyes mildly closing in exhaustion while her dress which by now looked ragged from all the wind fell down her body, losing its strength of grip.

With a small and soft thud, the now bare-chested and tattoed woman fell to her knees. Her chest goes up and down in desperate attempts to regain her lost oxygen. "Ugh, my head!" She cried out, silently, hugging her head with both her hands.

Her long and black healthy hair covered her bare and rose nipples in an animated kids' show logic only found on the latter when suddenly a masculine voice was heard throughout the room.

"Tell me, are you the one who summoned me?" The young man standing in the middle of the summoning circle asked, his voice even and curious while also authoritarian.

That prompted the woman to look up in surprise and cautious awe, observing the man in front of her closely. Her wobbly legs strongly protesting as she rose with difficulty to face the servant in front of her.

She even managed to speak, while panting hard for the effort she was putting herself through. "I-I am!" She said, her voice shaky and without any strength behind it.

"I understand." The newly summoned servant spoke up right afterward, eyeing the state of his first-ever master, in this new world he found himself in. "Then-..." The woman tried to speak as well but was interrupted when faced with a sudden question from the male servant.

"What do you wish of the grail?" He asked curtly and forcefully, still new to this kind of thing. Thought he would have to contend himself with the raw and immense information he instantly got while being summoned from his limbo state.

"That's..." The black-eyed woman tried to respond, but fatigue finally got hold of her, and she stumbled forward, while black was all she could see, passing out cold.
