Let's start over
Tiffany was sitting awkwardly on the couch inside Lincoln's condominium unit. The man insisted on keeping her by his side until he was sure enough that there'd be a leisure apartment for her. She already told him that she can do things on her own but he refused to listen. Yet again, he used the incident as an excuse for his stubbornness.
"Are you hungry?" Lincoln asked while busily covering the glass window with curtains. Earlier, when they were on their way to his place, the rain started to fall heavily. UK's weather at its finest.
She hurriedly shook her head as an answer. Her hands rubbed her arms to keep herself warm. The cold weather and the air-conditioning on Lincoln's unit were making her skin crawl.
"Get changed, feel free to wear my clothes if you wanted to," Lincoln suggested when he noticed her body language.
