Day 1: Own Me

I looked at Damian with amusement in my eyes. His face was a few inches away from mine and I can tell his next move is to claim my lips to his heart's content. But before he could even do it, I hurriedly got up from my seat and head towards the exit of the cinema.

I walked as fast as I could. Not mind the fact that I was wearing four-inch high-heeled shoes.

Nevertheless, even with how much effort I tried to exert, Damian catch up to me. He grabbed me by my arm and spun me around. At this rate, others would think we're making a scene in the mall.

"Let go, Dam." My voice was stern as I spoke.

Damian remains unfazed. Facing ahead of him, he started to walk while dragging me along with him. His hold went down to my wrist as it was easier to pull someone by their wrist.

"Damian!" I called out his name, almost in a whisper but I'm frankly shouting inside.

Who knows? Someone might be out there photographing my current situation. Given the fact that I surely knew Sandoval's workers would keep an eye on me.

"Damian," I repeated and we suddenly took a turn. Swimming along the crowded floor and blending in with commoners. By the next minute, I found us heading towards the parking lot and to Damian's car. Without a second thought, we immediately hop inside. And I couldn't be any more relieved.

"You fool!" I scoffed at him. "Didn't you know what you're putting us into with your reckless behavior?"

He hissed at my question and all of a sudden pulled me in by a hand slipping through my hair that was resting firmly on my shoulder as he gripped my nape. He sealed my lips shut with him, kissing and occasionally biting my lower lip.

My eyes went wide, freezing for a moment before pushing him away with all of my might. With my hands on his chest, I struggle to pull away from the kiss as his hand on my nape was keeping me in place.

I kept on struggling until he realized that I'm fully against the kiss. He pulled away and fixed his seat behind the wheels as he let go of my nape. One of his hands ran through his hair, releasing a heavy sigh alongside.

"I'm sorry," Damian softly spat off as he watches me settle myself properly on the passenger's seat.

Simply nodded my head to tell him that it was fine. Minutes later, he started the engine and we drove away from the mall. The car ride was dead silent. No one dared to say anything.

I was hoping he'll drop me off at the hotel that Lincoln and I were staying at but he didn't. Instead, he headed to another hotel which I supposed was where his place was.

The car got pulled over in the parking lot and both of us stepped out of it. "Why do you bring me here?" I questioned while scanning my surroundings. Just like the hotel that we booked in, the security level was on another level.

"We're here so we can move freely," he casually said and leads the way to the main entrance of the hotel.

I heaved a sigh, my fingers clutching onto the sling of the paper bag. "People might know who we are," I started walking at the same moment as he did, ", especially my status. How am I supposed to move freely with that fact?" I muttered. Irritation was visible in the tone of my voice.

"And what if they didn't?" Damian threw a glance at me before his handheld mine. He didn't even give me time to answer his question as we head inside the premises. A few people are murmuring and whispering things that I can't understand for they were using a different language.

But one thing's for sure. One of the hotel staff recognized me. The shock was written all over that lady's face while watching me good dragged by a man in white long sleeves, black slacks, and leather shoes.

After passing by the slightly crowded lounge, we rode the elevator. His hand was tightly holding mine still until the elevator's door dinged open.

Damian continued leading the way. He was in complete silence even after we successfully got inside his suite. I figured that he have a lot going inside his mind just by how his brows were narrowed so I took the initiative to rub his back soothingly. Giving him a smile of reassurance when he looked at me.

And he got bold once again. Arms wrapped around my waist, he pulled me in and crashed his lips onto mine. Moving gently until he went eager and demanding. His tongue nudging my lips to part open was like telling me to respond to everything.

At first, I didn't want to comply but as his kisses went on I learned to give in. Placing my hands on his nape to cling to him. My eyes went close while trying to keep up with his lips. Returning every nibble and bite he was giving me.

Pulling my body closer than my breasts got pressed on his chest, he spun us around and then walked toward the bed. I felt the back of my knees bump against the edge of the bed before Damian carefully laid me down on the soft mattress. Breaking the kiss when he stood up and looked down at me.

With me laying in this position, I can't help but remember the night that I and Lincoln almost shared. It was another person who was in front of me but Lincoln the thoughts of him were clouding up in my brain.

But then the image of him covered in somebody else's marks pulled my soul and logical thinking back to Earth. With lips pursed, I took my time to think if what I'm going to do will affect Lincoln's emotion at all like how he did to mine.

I inhaled sharply as I look at Damian who climbed on the bed and was about to go on top of me. "Own me tonight," I whispered and the shock flooded his handsome face.
