Fairy Tail!

This is the magic council Era.

" Those Idiots from fairy tail have gone and done it again. This time they destroyed an entire port." Said one of the council men.

" What is the matter with them?" Responded another council men stunned by their actions.

" I'm actually quite fond of those dimwits and their lazy fare attitude." Said the blue haired council man speaking on behalf of fairy tail.

" Hmm they may behave like fools, but we mustn't forget they are also an extremely capable lot." The shortest of the council said also acknowledging fairy tails achievements and strength.

" Yes, that's true they present quite the quandary."

" I think we should leave them be. After all if it wasn't for those fools, think how boring this world would be." The blue haired council man said again defending fairy tail.

Elsewhere

" This is Fairy Tail." The blue cat happy said to lucy and marco.

" Haha!" Lucy laughed in excitement on finally arriving.

" Oi Oi so this is fairy tail huh? Not bad!" Marco said before natsu kicked in the guild hall doors

" We Made it back alive." Natsu yelled as he kicked open the doors. Soon greeted by cheers and greetings from his fellow guildmates.

" So I heard you went all out in hargeon natsu had to go starting trou-" The bucktoothed man said before getting kicked in his face by natsu sending him flying.

" Why did you do that!" Lucy asked alarmed at natsus' actions.

" YOU LIED ABOUT THAT SALAMANDER! I'm gonna kick your butt." Natsu yelled at the man angrily.

" I'm not the one to blame here, I was just passing along a rumor I heard."

" It was just a rumor?"

" You want to fight?"

" Let's go!" Natsu yelled as the entire guild hall broke out into a brawl.

" Alright let's go a bar fight. Let me see what you're made of NATSUUU!" Marco yelled before jumping into the brawl attacking natsu first.

" I can't believe it. I'm standing inside the fairy tail guild hall. Lucy exclaimed.

" SO Natsu finally made it back HUH!" This is gray fullbuster. A very talented wizard, but he tends to well.. He has a bad habit of taking off his clothes. " It's time we settle things once and for all!"

" Gray your clothes." This lovely lady is cana alberona. She holds the title of fairy tails heaviest drinker

" I don't have time for that." Gray shouted

" You see I don't date the men here because they have no class. Cana said as she began downing a barrel of booze.

" Come out here and fight me natsu!" Gray once again shouted looking for natsu."

" Not until you put some clothes on!" Natsu retorted.

" It's only noon and you boys are whining like spoiled babies." This brute of a man is elfman. A muscle bound wizard who believes all you need to solve any problem are two strong fists. " Humph I'm a real man, you want me to prove it to ya." Elfman said as Natsu, Marco, and Gray all punched him in the face knocking him out.

" They knocked him out that easily!" Lucy exclaimed.

" Jeez it's so noisy around here Huh!?" This is the lady-killer loke. Ranked high on the most eligible wizards Bachelors list.

A loud crash noise is made as a flying object hits loke in the head.

" Are you alright?"

" I'm gonna go fight. Only to protect you two!" Loke said to the two women before joining the battle.

" He's definitely off my list. What the heck is wrong with these people there's not one sane person in the whole place." Lucy said aloud

" Hello! are you new here?" The white haired beauty asked

" That's Mirajane in the flesh." Lucy said with hearts in her eyes.

" Hmhm." Mirajane giggled. This is mirajane a beautiful wizard who's known for her bikini clad photo spreads in sorcerer weakly magazine. She is currently an employ at fairy tail.

" Uhm don't you think we should stop them or something?" Lucy asked

" It's always like this around here I just leave them alone. Besisdes. Mirajane is cut off as Marco sends elfman flying into her. " It's kinda fun don't you think?" Mira asked before passing out.

" ahh don't die mirajane!" Lucy said in a panic. This time lucy is the one cut off as gray is knocked into her by natsu.

" Give me back my underwear jerk!" Gray exclaims as natsu spins his underwear in his hands laughing. " Excuse me miss could I please borrow you're underwear? Gray asked lucy

" As If!" Lucy said before hitting gray with a leg from a table.

" These guys are so insensitve." Loke says as he picks lucy up. " A woman has need." Loke says before being uppercutted away by elfman.

" A real man speaks with his fists loke." Elfman say before getting kicked across the room again by natsu.

" I told you to butt out!" Natsu yells before Marco kicks him across the room as well

" And I told you to fight me natsu Haha!" Marco yelled as he sent natsu flying.

" Ugh it's so loud so much for having a drink to relax. That's enough you guys I suggest that you knock it off." cana says as she prepares her card magic.

" Oh yeah says who." Gray said to cana as he too prepared his own form of magic. Ice make magic.

" raaaaaaaghh yaaaaaa!" Elfman yells as he transforms his arm into stone with his take over magic.

" You punks can be such a nuisance." Loke says as his magic ring starts glowing.

Natsus' hands blaze as fire engulfs them. " I'm ready for ya!" Natsu says

Marcos hands do the same bursting into blue and yellow flames. " Oh yeah Bring it on Lizard boy!"

" They always fight like this?" Lucy asks happy as she stares at all the wizards ready to take their bar fight to the next level.

" Uh-hu!" Happy asnwers her question.

Crash

" WILL YOU FOOLS STOP BICKERING LIKE CHILDREN!" The giant man yells as everyone in the guild suddenly turns to see the man. Well everyone, but a certain hard head fire breather.

" I'm sorry I didn't know you were still here master." Mira says to the giant.

" did you say master?" Lucy asks.

" Hahaha Man what a bunch of babies looks like I won this round you gu." Natsu says before being stepped on by the giant.

" Well well looks like we have new recruits."

" Whoa this guy is strong, I can tell just by looking at him. He's the guilds master huh!?" Makes sense, considering how strong fairy tail is said to be. If I knew his abilities before hand I might be able to beat him, but there's too much about him I don't know. Marco thought to himself questioning if he could beat the giant before him.

" Urgh YEaaaaaaaaaah!" The giant master yelled as he began shrinking down to a small 2'10. " Nice to meet ya!" He exclaims with a smile on his face.

" He's tiny! This little guy is really in charge here?" lucy asked in shock

" Of course he is. Allow me to introduce the fairy tail guild master Makarov." Mira says happily introducing the master as he does a backflip and crashes into the ceiling.

" Ugh. Mhmhmm. You've gone and done it again you bunch of clouds. Just take a look at how much paperwork the magic council sent me this time. This is the biggest pile of complaints yet!" Makarov says.

Remember the magic council? Well they monitor all of the different wizard guilds.

" Have you Lost Your Minds!? All you kids are good for is getting the higher ups mad at me!" He said as everyone in the room looked sad except for natsu who was still unconscious and marco who was still sizing up the master.

Hmm He might just be stronger than me. I wonder what would happen if we fought. Marco thought to himself.

"Ehmmm! However. I say to heck with the magic council!" Makarov says as he ignites the paper work and throws it to natsu to eat. " Now listen up any power that surpasses reason, still comes from reason right? Magic isn't some kind of miraculous power. It is a talent when that only works when the flow of energy inside of us and the flow of energy in the natural world are in perfect synchronization. To preform magic one must have a strong mind and the ability to focus. It should take over your being and come pouring out of your soul. If all we do is worry about following rules then our magic will never progress. Don't let those blowhards on the council scare you. Follow the path you believe in, because that's what makes the fairy tail guild number 1!" Makarov says as everyone in the room lets out a roar of excitment.

" Yeaaaah!" Natsu yells

" Alright!" Gray exclaims

"Let's Gooooooo!" Marco roars already becoming accustomed to his new guildmates.

And then!

" Ok marco where do you want you want your guild mark and in what color?" Mira asked Marco holding the fairy tail guild marker.

" Dark blue, and on my chest. I want the world to know what guild I belong to. I'll wear the mark with pride." Marco exclaimed getting a stare of awe and amazement from his guild mates.

" Alright there you go Marco. You're now an official member on the fairy tail guild!" Mira exclaimed with joy

There stood marco his new guild mark on the center of his chest, right under his two pecks. Marco the phoenix was now marco the phoenix of fairy tail.

" Awesome Mira! thank you." marco said to mira

" So marco I saw you're hand ignite into blue and yellow flames. Are you a fire wizard?"

" Yeah I am, but these flames aren't your ordinary fire. I'm a nice guy so I'll let you in on a little secret." Marco leaned over and whispered into miras ear. I'm the only one alive who can use these flames, and I mean the only one past or future." He whispers to mira as she looks at him in shock wondering just what is so special about his fire magic.

" He's been gone for over a week now!" A kid yelled at the master getting Marco and Natsus attention.

" If I remember correctly he took the job on Mt. Hakube." Makarov said to the child while Marco and natsu listened.

" That's right and it's not that far from here, so why won't somebody go look for him." The child asked getting Marco and Natsu getting angry over the fact no one has looked for his father.

" Listen kid you're old man is a wizard and like every other wizard in this guild he can take care of himself! Now go home have some milk and cookies and wait!" Makarov exclaimed to the child before the kid hit him in the face and ran away crying.

" That must be tough." Lucy said feeling sad for the boy.

" I know it seems like the master doesn't care, but he really is worried." Mira says before Natsu Punches a hole in the guilds quest board storming out of the guild hall.

" This doesn't look good master. You know how he can be. I bet he's going up to Mt. hakube to save macao." Nab said

" When is that kid ever going to grow up!" The buck toothed man said agreeing with nab.

" Who knows. Going after Macao isn't going to do anything, but hurt his pride." Nab said as Marco nearly destroyed the entire bar with his fist in anger.

" Oh yeah! You're more worried about his pride than his life. He's your guild mate. Your friend! His life should always come first and foremost if none of you are going to go help then Fine! Me and natsu will." Marco said angrily as he burst into Blue and yellow flames. Leaving the guild hall in a rush leaving his guildmates stunned at not only his actions but his words.

" Whoa what was that about master?" Nab asked makarov

" Remember Nab we can't choose anothers path. Just let them be." Makarov said as he looked out the door towards his two children who left.

Mt. hakube

" Damn it. Why did Natsu leave so suddenly? He didn't even give me a chance to tag along. Now I'm lost on this damn mountain. When I get back I'm so kicking that guys head off. Whoa!" Marco exclaimed as a flurry of snow fell on top of him courtesy of a strange looking monkey.

" Hehehehe!" the monkey cheered in excitement before his happiness turned to terror as Marco began melting the avalanche on top of him.

" Oi Oi That's not very nice you know....." Marco said with a grin on his face as he stared down the monkey in front of him. His left hand burning a different color than his right. His left hand burning hot with red and black flames. Marco rushes towards the monkey slamming his hand down on it's frightened head causing an explosion burning the monkey to death. " Oh man what a let down! Oh well. Now then let's see if we can't find Natsu and the others." Marco exclaimed continuing his search for natsu, lucy and macao. That is until he heard a distinctive yell.

" Macao." Natsu yelled out of the side of a mountain before being pushed out by the vulcan. " Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Natsu yelled as he fell.

" Shit NATSU!" Marco yelled as he transformed into his hybrid form. Spawning to blue wings made of fire . As he rushed to catch natsu he notices happy flying to get him first. " Woo Thank god for happy marco says as he continues flying towards the hole in the mountain that natsu and happy flew back through. " Hey natsu you alright!" Marco yells as he lands inside the cavern in the mountain.

Natsu and the others all turn to see him there.

" Hey Marco what are you doing here?" Natsu asked him

": Same as you man. I couldn't just leave a guildmate all alone out here to die." Marco responded to natsu both of them sharing a smile. " So where is he? Have you found him yet?" Marco asks as they all turn to the Vulcan natsu had defeated moments ago, and watch as it turns into a man.

" Macao!" Natsu yells worriedly.

" This is Macao. He must have been possessed by the Vulcan." Marco said to the group.

" He needs medical treatment right away!" Lucy said in a worried tone.

" Step aside! I got this." Marco said to the others as his right hand erupted into the blue and yellow flames of life, Healing the injured Macao enough to where he regained consciousness.

" Yo Macao You alright?' Natsu asked the man

" This is so embarrassing having to be saved by you guys. What am I gonna tell romeo when I see him?" Macao ask with a pinch of hurt in his pride.

" You beat 19 of these guys Macao. You're an amazing wizard." Natsu says to Macao with a smile on his face extending a hand to his friend.

" Alright guys we should head back to the guild now. I'm sure Romeo is worried about you Macao." Marco said

" Yeah you're right let's go guys." Macao said to the group.

"Right!" Everyone said in unison.

Back at the guild

" Hey Mira I'm back!" Marco said out loud getting everyone's attention. " Hey master I should inform you of what happened up there." Marco said to makarov explaining to him the situation that happened on the mountain. Leaving out the part about his other flames.

" Hmm! I see, then I owe you, natsu, and lucy a debt of gratitude and Little romeo an apology." Makarov said to the young man feeling a bit of shame having not sent someone after macao sooner.

" You don't owe Lucy, Natsu, or I anything master. However you do owe Romeo an apology. On that we can agree on, but you're not the only one master. Nab! Buck Tooth! You two go apologize to natsu and romeo for what you said.

" Yes Marco." They both said in unison looking down. Mira letting out a small giggle in response to marcos antics

" So Marco are you planning on taking a job today?" Mira asked marco

" Yeah I figured I'd grab something that'll help cover my living expenses. I see one worth 20,000 jewels over there so I'll probably take that one." Marco said answering miras question

" Oh the one for taking down the dark guild in the east. Are you sure that's the first mission you should take on?" Mira asked Marco with a worried face.

" Oh trust me some low time dark guild losers aren't gonna be enough to beat me. After all I'm much stronger than I look. Maybe even more so than the master." Marco says drawing the attention and shocked faces of his guildmates, before they all laughed at him.

" Oh man he sounded so serious when he said that." Gray said rolling over

" Yeah he really thinks he's more manly than the master Ahahaha!" Elfman roared.

" Hm! Go ahead and laugh." Marco said with a smirk on his face before laughing with the others.

The only ones not laughing were Mirajane and Makarov. The both of them having felt Marcos power jump quite high with his statement before dropping again.

Hmm This brat is quite powerful himself. He maybe just as strong as laxus . Master makarov thought to himself, before joining in the laughter with the rest of his family.

However on Mira's side she was more so amazed.

He's powerful. He hides his strength behind his smile. All this power and yet he's still so kind and gentle. A true free spirit. " You really are amazing Marco!" Mira said with a smile on her face.

Hooo It seems like Those two felt my power. I gotta remember to keep it from leaking out like that. Oops! " Oh why thank you mira. It really is nice to be praised by such a beautiful woman. Hahahaha!" Marco said as he started to laugh once again causing mira to blush. " Alright master I'm taking the quest I'll return once it's complete." Marco said accepting the quest.

" Alright Marco! You take care of yourself and comeback safe." Makarov said to Marco.

" Yes master.' Marco said before repeating his earlier exit.

In the center of town a top Cardia cathedral

" Alright the quest says it's by a town to the southeast called Margaret town. Guess I should get going." Marco says before leaping off the top of the church turning into his full phoenix form heading to the south east towards Margaret town.....
