Theodore rushed out of the underground stairs in a hurry. Behind him, Plutus also has to caught a little break following the middle-aged man up the stairs. The Bishop looked deceptively athlete. He runs ahead of many priests pursuing the gun owner.

"Where is he?"

"We lost him in the chaos, there's too many people."

One of the priests said. Shame that they couldn't track the guy down.

"Father, do you want me to burn?"

Another asks up, offering himself to the sun god to find the gun owner. Theodore considered his options and gives his order.

"Sure, we can't let any of those things get away."

The burner inhaled a large amount of air and prepared himself. Since he's been forgiven by the church he needed to repay them. However, he still couldn't shake off the nervousness of doing such a thing. Many before him didn't exactly have a good experience.

With one last breath, he starts the chant, his eyes burn up and a scream escaped from his mouth. Its effect was like any other time it was used. But This Divination is without a catalyst or something that belongs to a person. He'd like to find it, with out any connection, he could only glean at the present. And vaguely at best.

"H...He's running to the G..Grand road. On 32-84 house"

The burner gritted his teeth. When your eyes are burning, you wouldn't be able to focus much. However, he still needed to repay the church for their forgiveness. Through a stutter, he has managed to convey his vision.

"Go!"

Theodore orders the other priest to go right after the priest's eye burned up.

"Great job, god will forgive your sin"

"T...Thank you... Father..."

If his eyes had not been burnt black, he would have been crying. He's only held on because of his willpower, but after hearing Theodore's words, he was able to go to sleep. Being aware that God has finally pardoned his sin.

"Don't thank me, Praise the sun"

Theodore said with a stern voice. But the burner was not there to hear it anymore. Theodore ran after the priest who led the way. Never looking back on the burner.

Plustus feels bad for the burner. He learned from asking one of the priests at the Tumidus church and is horrified at the existence of burners.

In the capital, this activity wouldn't exist with the pope so close to all of the church. The pope would simply squash any sign of such a thing out of existence.

Is this why the pope sent me?

Plutus didn't know. Perhaps he would know if he was better at his job but, he couldn't judge the bishop when his ways were far inferior. If he was put into the same situation, Plutus would have to search for the person who caused this ruckus himself and most likely wouldn't catch them.

Theodore rushed to the alleyway that the burner said along with many priests behind him. But they only discovered a burning smell nearby. Theodore ordered one of the priests to checked it out and they found what made the smell.

A fire had been forming on the side of the stone alley, it was burning something.

"Where did he go?"

One of the priests asks for a burner. He uses soft divination and asks where the person who's been here went. This alley hasn't been traverse by people so the result could likely be trusted.

"Father! They were burning something"

One priest saw something burning in the flame. The priest uses his hand to fish it out of the flaming wood quickly. His head burns hot and he shakes the flame off. What he got was a piece of long metal wierdy shape. A bit of black appears on the metal but is not completely covered. Suggesting that it was burned recently. Most of its shape is still present.

The priest got his injury healed while Theodore inspected the piece of metal.

"Is this...." Plutus said he had seen this thing before in the church taboo, something to eliminate at all costs.

"A gun" Theodore gritted his teeth, now he is sure something is up "Themis, I will fucking burn you"

"Who's Themis?"

Plutus asks curiously.

"Nothing, it's the guy that likely has this thing with him."

Theodore brushes it off, leaving Plutus in the dark. The information is top secret. The church likes to keep it hushed that they control one of these. Plutus wasn't pleased with how Theodore acted but, he left it be. There must be a reason. The Sun church wouldn't let this thing slide from how much the person could be tortured when owning one of these "Guns".

Theodore must have received some kind of mission.

Plutus looks to survey the area to predict where the persons might go. But when looking around he notice something.

"Where's the priest that told us about the gun?"

"Who?"

"The one with blonde hair"

Theodore also looks up, his brows creased in anger.

"That guy must have fled, I'll educate him when we get back. These burners have no fear of god."

"Is he a priest?"

Plustus sense is tingling, something is wrong with that logic. Is Theodore too arrogant to the point where he dismisses every person that he deems not important?

"I don't remember every burner, if he wasn't one, what's he gonna do? Use the holy relic we got? Steal it? We could track it down easily. No person is foolish enough to mess with the sun god, in his own domain."

Even with Theodore's words, Plutus still felt that something was up.

"I'll go back to the church, I don't trust that guy"

"Do whatever you want," Theodore said calmly "But don't expect me to help you. I need people to get Themis and track down the guy that have the gun"

"Yes sir"

He replied with conviction. He didn't expect much anyway since he was a priest from the capital. The group split into three parties as Theodore commanded. One would go searching for the gun that shot up the church. another would go to Themis smithy to demand what happened and Plutus would go back to the church to confirm his suspicion.
