CHAPTER 838: Make It Big!!

Originally, he thought that Han Shuo and his party would definitely accept his proposal and spend the million black crystal coins in exchange for his protection. The scheme began with the 'seller' determining if their buyer was rich. Then, as soon as the buyer left the Omphalos, they would be robbed and murdered. Not only would the goods be confiscated, but the buyer would lose all of their black crystal coins and their life.

There was a strange phenomenon in the Omphalos. A 'merchant' who sold a valuable item at a very low price would put the same item back on sale in the same place at the same price a day or two later - over and over again.

Rose was aware of such a scheme. When Han Shuo bought several high quality Souljade Crystals and Frigidbone Agates, Rose gently reminded Han Shuo and warned him about the seller's scheme.

But not only was Han Shuo unconcerned, he excitedly asked Rose, "Help me look around and let me know if you see anyone doing this trade. Hehe, it would be stupid not to take advantage of this!"
