"Since you've come all this way... Don't even think about leaving!" Han Shuo's face split into an evil grin as he executed the Bloody Radiance of Ten Thousand Slices with his Demonslayer Edge, causing the sky to be segmented by a bloody red light.
One after another, the Demonslayer's Edge produced sharp, bloody lights. Together, they formed a mass of bloody red light that swept towards the seemingly young dark elf, Sikong. As Sikong saw this swirling mass of bloody light emitting a deadly, terrifyingly sinister aura that seemed sharper than a sharpened blade, he began to retreat even more quickly.
Like a parasitic apparition, the Bloody Radiance of Ten Thousand Slices followed Sikong closely and relentlessly. On the way, it came to the not-so-spaciously drilled underground passage that Sikong had entered through. A huge hail of broken rock fell as the Bloody Radiance of Ten Thousand Slices tore through the tunnel, forcibly widening the underground passageway by a fold.
As the two dark elves entered, they saw a mass of red, blade-like lights following Sikong closely. One of them shouted, "Protect the elder!
A few very young dark elves bravely stood in front of Sikong, not caring for their own safety. Torn and crushed by the bloody light, their shredded bodies lay scattered on the rocks below.
After experiencing the power of the Bloody Light, Sikong was truly terrified as he began to run at a breakneck pace. The crystal ball he had been holding all along began to glow a misty blue, using some of the evil goddess' power within it. The light from the crystal ball began to rapidly weave a protective shield as thin as a cicada's wing as it snaked through the air like a snake.
The bloody light bombarded the top of the shield. The intricate linking of thousands of strands of light gave the faintly shining blue a powerful defence and it began to rapidly shred the multiple bloody red lights. When the protective shield, as thin as a cicada's wing, shattered with a loud bang, Sikong had long since seized the opportunity to stumble out of the cave, although his back was long since soaked with cold sweat.
Sikong had obviously realised that even though he had lived for a few hundred years, he was no match for the Han Shuo inside. As one's age increased, one's fear of death also increased, and Sikong was no exception. The moment he experienced Han Shuo's power, he immediately threw away the thought of fighting Han Shuo to the death. Instead, he began to retreat even faster than before, fleeing directly until he stood in front of a purple veil tent.
"Matriarch, forgive my incompetence, but there is a young necromancer inside with an incredibly powerful ability. Not only could I not capture him, but I was even forced to retreat back here!" Sikong's nerves were frayed as he trembled as he reported to Adele inside the purple veil tent.
"Idiot, if you can't even defeat a young necromancer, then all your years of life were truly useless!" Adele, who had been smiling happily, suddenly became angry after hearing what had just been said.
Ten strands of silky black grass, as flexible as tentacles, stretched out from within the purple veil tent, binding the terrified Sikong tightly. The black threads seemed to be even more tenacious than metal, causing the bound Sikong to feel his limbs slowly bleeding. Sikong's breathing became increasingly difficult as his body trembled and his veins began to burst under the pressure of the silky threads.
The surrounding dark elf elders all began to feel anxious as they looked helplessly at Sikong, bound by the silk, as his skin began to tear and blood began to cover him from head to toe. Even though Sikong was ger favourite toy, no one dared to beg for mercy. Women were the most vicious of all. If she felt even the slightest dissatisfaction, she would immediately begin to treat them cruelly, leaving the ground littered with blood.
Sikong felt a bone-piercing pain. But because he was bound too tightly, he couldn't even scream. Instead, he could only whimper softly. Still, he did not dare to beg for forgiveness, seemingly terrified of Adele.
Breaking the unbearable silence, Adele snorted coldly inside the purple veil tent after seeing Sikong gasp for breath. After that, the black light binding Sikong slithered back into the Purple Veil Tent like a demon snake.
His body weak and paralysed, Sikong collapsed in a pool of his own blood. However, he was still standing, kowtowing and happily saying, "Thank you, Matriarch, thank you for your mercy, Matriarch!
The purple veil tent was suddenly lifted by a light purple arm. An arm that could make men's hearts flutter, it glowed with an enchanting lustre, an alluring, full and boneless arm. When the tent flap was opened, a beautiful woman appeared. She was like a bringer of disaster, capable of making all living things go mad for her as she knit her brows and walked out from inside.
The beautiful woman's entire body was covered with an exotic, light purple skin. However, she had a head full of long, emerald-like green hair and two pointed ears, indicating her race as an elf. She had almost all the characteristics of a beautiful fairy. With a soul-stirring and attractive charm, she only needed to stand in front of men, without moving or speaking, to fill them with desire. An unrestrained desire would fill their hearts and loins as men drank in her sight like the finest alcohol. They would want nothing more than to leap upon her, to press her down violently and conquer her.
This matriarch of the dark elves, Adele, was undoubtedly a most lovely, flirtatious and dangerous beauty. Just a glimpse of her smile was seduction at its finest, capable of making people unconsciously obsessed and willingly forever forgotten.
Sighing lightly with deep emotion, Adele walked beside Sikong, dressed in a purple gown that hugged her curves. Deep emotions seemed to burst from her chest as she said helplessly, "How could I bear to kill you? Throughout the endless years, only a few of you have accompanied me and allowed me to feel a glimmer of joy while imprisoned in this dark underworld. But even though none of you were talented, handsome young men, you should be more than that by now. After all, you've lived for such a long time, such an endless number of years, so how could you not have gained even a little extra courage, instead becoming more and more timid?
Sikong only trembled slightly as his body lay in a pool of blood. He seemed to be seriously listening to Adele's lecture without saying a word.
Adele glanced at Sikong, who was lying next to her leg, curled up in a pool of blood. She sighed again, expressing her despair at her failures. Suddenly, she raised her head towards the huge brownish-red mountain in front of her and shouted in the direction of the lizardmen's dwelling, "Hey Necromancer, let's both come out and have a chat.
This cry seemed to have been formed by the convergence of a thousand sound waves. Unexpectedly, it went straight through the mountain's intricate and ingenious perforations, descending to the very core of the mountain. Even if Adele hadn't deliberately used her mental power to amplify her voice, Han Shuo would still have heard Adele's scream through his two mystical demons that were constantly watching her.
After Adele finished speaking in the common language of the humans, she screamed again in the language of the elves. The dark elves, who had originally done their best to infiltrate the lizardmen's cave, suddenly retreated like a stream of water. When Han Shuo saw all the dark elves retreating through the mystical demons, he realised that it was definitely due to Adele's order. His eyebrows furrowed, he hesitated for a moment before calmly walking out of the cave. Only he didn't go too far away from the cave.
After Han Shuo left the cave, several of the lizardmen who had been following Han Shuo quickly reported his movements to the leader of the lizardmen. Upon hearing this news, the leader ordered the lizardmen to follow him outside. When Han Shuo stood not too far from Adele, the lizard leader arrived behind Han Shuo with his people.
As Han Shuo stepped out of the cave, he only caught a glimpse of the dark elf matriarch, Adele, before he was immediately taken aback. However, Adele's beautiful face, which could drive all living things crazy, only made Han Shuo astonished for a moment. Han Shuo's willpower had been tempered too often for such a trick to work. His expression remained natural as he spoke, "Well, I've come, so what do you want to talk to me about?"
"Hehehe, that big lizard. He's gone already, hasn't he?" Adele smiled sweetly as the surrounding young dark elves obviously swallowed their saliva.
Unexpectedly, Han Shuo nodded with a smile, not hiding the truth, "Correct, he has indeed already left this place. I can't say when he'll be back, but even if he doesn't come back soon, hehehe, I'll still help these lizardmen. If you intend to enslave the lizardmen, then we can continue playing.
Adele had probably decided to cause a stir today after the constant probes they had been conducting. They'd even discovered that Degassi had left. Therefore, Adele probably felt confident enough to attack today. However, since Han Shuo had entered the underground world, he would naturally do his best to help the lizardmen deal with the dark elves' encroachment. He would not even have to rely on a vague lie to keep the lizardmen safe.
Adele began to laugh incessantly, causing Han Shuo's heart to flutter. She amusingly sized Han Shuo up and said, "Continue to play? Now that the big lizard has left, are you able to stop me all by yourself?"
"Who knows?" Han Shuo said calmly, while the corner of his mouth formed a thoughtful smile as he looked at Adele and said, "Do you want to test me?"
"It's only natural that I want to test you. After all, you were able to force Sikong to retreat. This clearly shows that you're definitely not ordinary. But young man, how young are you? Considering your human age, I believe that no matter how strong you are, you must still have a limit. I also don't think you can hinder our march to conquer the underground world. Adele smiled tactfully, brimming with confidence.
Shrugging his shoulders, Han Shuo said, "Then we have nothing to talk about. How would you like to play? No matter what method you want to use, I'm willing to accompany you. Hehehe, if it's body-on-body combat, I'd welcome it even more, Ahahaha!"
Even with the lizardmen leader's people and countless undead creatures behind him, Han Shuo was not completely sure of victory against this Adele. After all, Adele's personal strength alone was enough to keep him busy, and the two beautiful, handsome, and obedient dark elves who had lived for so long also had strength that couldn't be underestimated. On top of that, they had even brought about ten thousand dark elf experts with them.
However, Han Shuo did not believe that Adele would fight him to the death to defeat the lizardmen. Therefore, he had no fear when he threatened Adele, even going so far as to stare at her.
