Chapter 302
We dug into our food as soon as it was served.
Everybody had a long night after all.
Uncle Awang and Aunty Priscilla are busy talking with Nanay Hermie and Paul's mom. While Krizel and Josh are teasing Paul.
Everybody was very happy discussing the event the other day. The thrill was still visible in their eyes.
I was thinking of how I would convince Paul to stay in my flat when Krizel gently tapped my hand and looked at me with investigative eyes.
"Friend, we really need a day out with you soon, I really need to be cleared of all that just happened," Krizel whispered.
I almost got choked by what Krizel whispered. I felt guilty in an instant.
I remembered how she told me everything about them with Josh, but I did not update her once since they prepared for their wedding.
I smiled guiltily and looked at her.
"Yeah, we really need to," I answered.
She winked at me before she turned her attention to Josh.
