Entertainments' God chapter 1

Cheng Huan is just a normal person before that day where he died. He was struck by lightning, while strolling at the park and enjoying the good weather and scenery.

Before he died his mind was full of doubts and cursing.

How is this even possible?!

However, he was reborn as a ball of light in a vast universe. He was a new existing God with a divination of happiness and satisfaction.

His location is located at the edge of the universe without planet and the nearest asteroid has a distance of 1 million light years from him and he was 1000 light years apart from the boundary to other planes. Cheng Huan was frustrated. He felt like he was turning bald at a speed visible to the naked eye.

All these information makes his worldview turned upside down. He was just a normal college student from Earth and an atheist at that. And now he become one of Gods in the universe!

Well to explain it clearly, Universe is a name of plane where solar system is located. And there's so many planes like that. Another one is only 1000 years apart from him. Cheng Huan doesn't know if it was luck or bad luck.

According to the knowledge he received from the God of thunder, one of higher god in the universe and the responsible of his reincarnation as a God because of his mistake, universe is the most peaceful plane he knows because of the existence of God of creator that prevent other Gods from turning wild. This kind of plane is rare and war between gods is normal scenery in other planes.

As a newborn god, he is a lesser god with only 10% of power than average god. The higher god can make him perish whenever they like. However, as a God, his existence will disappear without believer. Unfortunately for him, even the nearest asteroid is 1 million light years farther from him. The planet that can support life like Earth is impossible to reach in his current amount of divine power.

Now he is turn into a glowing ball of light, that irresponsible god of thunder is nowhere to be found. Only leaving him the basic knowledge of gods and a little divinity as an apology gift.

Based on his situation, he can still remain awake until his divine power was consumed to only 1%, and below that percent he will go into a deep sleep that consume less divine power. If he continues without having a believer his existence will perish after 10,000 years.

As a human before, existing for 10,000 years is an impossible dream. However, as a God it was a measly amount of time. It was like existing for 10 days, shorter than the lifespan of the butterfly.

As a previous human that suddenly turned into God, Cheng Huan was full of greed and ambition. He's like a worm that turned into butterfly. Suddenly obtaining wings to fly, naturally he will fly as high as he can.

His glow turned brighter and brighter as he continued to imagine the future. Blueish white glow illuminating the dark space. Showing how happy he is right now.

'That's right! The plane in front of me is the blessing in disguise. There's a saying on Earth that when there is risk, there is an opportunity!'

Without mouth, Cheng Huan can only say this in his mind. His glow turned brighter as he consumed 1% of his divine power to teleport to the other plane.

After crossing the boundary, the spinning ball of light stop and acted like a human person in a dizzy state. He can imagine the floating stars on top of his spherical form.

He can't help but to release a sigh in his imagination and look at his surroundings.

Unlike his territory in the universe, this plane is more abundant in heavenly bodies. The planet can already be seen in the distance not more than 50 light years from him. Unfortunately, this planet is more like an asteroid and doesn't contain life. Even bacteria cannot be found in this planet.

Surrounded by asteroid, stars and this lone planet, Cheng Huan happiness doesn't diminish even a little because he can feel the existence of life 1000 light years away from him and to his surprise, it was a strong presence of life.

He can also detect 3 presences of God. Fortunately, his presence is hidden by that thunder god before he left afraid that God of creator will scold him after finding out about Cheng Huan. Though it will only hide his presence for a short time, God of creator is a higher god. It will be different to the average and lesser god. He will be like an air, invisible and cannot be seen.

He immediately used his divine power, again consuming 1% and teleported near that planet.

8 light years away from the planet, a gigantic ball of light suddenly appeared. However, his presence was hidden. It's like nothing happen.

After settling down Cheng Huan used his divine power to find information about this planet consuming very little divine power.

This planet has a big land mass floating in mana. A green gaseous energy created after diluting the divine power of the three Gods. The believers of these three Gods are also called human with different eye and hair colour. It's like a fantasy world of sword and magic because of the existence of mana that make magic possible.

Cheng Huan felt a little guilty for trespassing their territory. However, he will die if he couldn't have a believer that can provide him a divine power. The other existence of life is at least 100 million light years away from them. He had no choice but to stay here until he has enough divine power to travel that far.

In addition, he thinks that his divinity of happiness and satisfaction is a very friendly divinity. No harm will be made to other gods at all. He's a gentle and kind handsome young lad after all. Well, now that he is a ball, he can still be called gentle and kind.

After making his resolve, he continued to observe the planet, especially the human settlements. Maybe because he's a previous human he is eager to make human his believer than other life form like beast. Plants isn't suitable to be a believer in his current divine power because it doesn't have consciousness. He doesn't have enough divine power to grant consciousness to it.

A long and wide river that form like a cross divided the big landmass into four continents. However, their size is not the same. The smallest one is the west and the biggest is the northern continent.

Cheng Huan ignores the other continents and focus on the west continent where human population is very little. This continent don't have the presence of gods' divine power. It's like its waiting for her to occupy!

'What luck!'

He immediately made his decision.

'This is it! This is my sanctuary!'
