Chapter 30

It is late in the afternoon, and everyone's required to attend the party at six in the evening. Already dressed, Dionne decided to go about the gardens to have a breath of fresh air. She was stressed enough for the day. She was supposed to be in the garden anyway as the Dowager Queen invited her over for some tea. It was the perfect opportunity for her to give her the present she bought last night. Happily, she curtsied upon seeing the old queen waiting for her by the greenhouse. "Your royal highness," she greets, "Are we to have tea in the greenhouse?"

"Yes," Fera replied with a warm smile. She lead Dionne inside where the table was set. There were plenty of pastries and tea for them to enjoy. "Please," Fera says, "Take a seat."
