Chapter 24

Dionne didn't change her look at all, but Haze certainly had to. If they were to be sneaking out, she needed to wear something lighter like Dionne was wearing. So Haze brought out a lighter traditional dress she owns. This one is much lighter as it was made with chiffon. It was also pink and it matched Dionne's fit quite well.

"You look pretty," Dionne compliments her friend. The dress somehow made her look younger and innocent. "Now you look exactly like your age."

Haze grinned, fixing her headpiece. "The ability to fool people with my looks pleasures me," she says, "As I know you as well can do. Don't you enjoy it when people confuse your age? On most occasions, you look younger than me."

"Of course, I enjoy it," Dionne admitted, staring at her reflection in the mirror. Unlike Haze who enjoyed looking mature, Dionne enjoyed looking younger.
