Aselia was completely taken aback by the information. She discussed it with Esma because a vampire's anatomy worked differently from those of hounds. Vampires needed blood for their survival but hounds didn't.
It was highly likely that her blood won't work on him. They also didn't want to involve the doctors in this. It was too risky. But they were desperate so Esma asked Aselia to give him a few drops of her blood just to see what happens.
Frila brought a syringe and helped Aselia extract a syringe full of her blood and with the help of a spoon, Esma fed it to her son, as if it was some elixir of life.
At that point, Aselia didn't care how much she had to give him and she ignored the dizziness she had been experiencing because of the loss of so much of her blood.
"I hope this works," Aselia murmured, placing her hand on Esma's shoulder and standing behind her.
