Edward had somehow fallen off the bed during the night, that when I found him this morning, he was still sleeping soundly on the floor with his mouth wide open. I tried to shake him awake but he was dead to the world, or so I thought. His eyes burst open and he stared at me for a good few seconds before yawning.
"I need to piss," he sat up like a vampire from his sarcophagus. Okay. The man got stranger day by day. After a few minutes he came out the bathroom craning his neck from side to side to take out whatever stiffness that would have formed over night. "How did I end up on the floor?"
"I have no idea," I laughed and laid back down. Like the idiot Edward was, he threw his body on top of mine causing the wind in my lungs to leave for a second. "Oof. You're getting heavy love," I brushed his hair back so I could see his beautiful bright eyes.
