*Atlas View*
Watching Kash close his door before the promised movie night had me scared. This was not a moment to fuck up. Since he is showering due to scents I will do the same. If he can smell them on himself, he will smell them on me.
'Zion, please! You have gotta help me!' I was already done my shower and mind linking my best friend on what I should wear.
'Dude. This is not hard. It is late. Most of us are going to bed soon. Just wear you pjs. Kash will do the same I can bet on it. He should be the one freaking out, not you.'
I growled. He was not helping. 'Thanks for nothing!'
'Ha! Let me know how it goes.'
I blocked the mind link from him hoping he felt at least a little bad. This was bad. I hate to say this, but it was not my first date ever. My father did try setting me up. Those were formal affairs. They only would have become more if they were my mates. Kash is my mate, and I am trapped on how to woo him. It was much harder than it looked.
Settling for one of my pj bottoms I slipped it on and walked towards the shared door. As I was about to knock I heard Kash swear. My instinct to protect had me open his door, just as his cell phone flew past me hitting the door frame. "Whoa! Kash! You, okay?" I looked at his angered face. Actually it was more a deep sadness. "You want to talk about it, watch movie or call it a night?"
Holding back my surprise when he wanted a movie was not easy. He was very upset. Of course, he then turned to me and saw I was shirtless once more. I wanted to smack Zion for not reminding me of his aversion to me topless. I showed him the couch and grabbed a tee on my way to grab the snacks.
"I picked a small variety. Popcorn, chips and a few sweets. As for drinks I have alcoholic and non-alcoholic." I set the snacks down on the table.
"I never saw this in here last time. Funny since it is right here in the open." Kash seemed to look around my room once more. This had me happy. Kash might not know it, but it was his instincts checking it as a potential nest. "I like your set up. Looks comfy. What movie did you decide on?"
"A secret." Truth be told I had a random selector pick for me. The movie was called Idiocracy. This would be my first viewing of it as well. "You good?"
Kash seemed to be a little antsy. "Umm, could I grab something?"
"Of course. I will hit play when you get back." Curious as to what he wanted I watched him leave. What I did not expect was him with his blanket. Giving him that blanket was the best thing I ever did. "Just let me know if you need anything else." He was upset, so of course he would want comfort. He is not comfortable with our relationship to ask, but it still makes me happy that he is choosing my scent to help.
Once I had lights down and the movie on, I became even more hyper aware of Kash. There was nothing I could do but sneak glances at him. He was quiet and I wanted to make sure he was okay. That was not my only reason. He was on my couch, beside me, curled up in his blanket that I gave him. The was more than ideal for me. Trying to watch some of the movie in case Kash asked questions, was harder than I thought.
We were about half way through when Kash did the unexpected. He must have fallen asleep, because the next thing I knew he was curling up beside me snuggling in. Fear of moving and ruining this moment had me paralyzed. Slowly as time went by and Kash did not wake, I relaxed further into the cushions and subconsciously pet his head and scented the area with safety, while I turned back to the movie.
*Zion View* (Because I had too)
Atlas had not answered his cell all morning. It was not like him to sleep in, and yet here I was. Knocking on his door, that did nothing. He had to be safe because if something happened, I would kill him myself. Using my master key, I stepped into his room.
The pheromones that hit me were strong enough to tame a pride of lions. It was a complete mix of both Atlas and Kash. I knew Kash was watching a movie, but I was sure he was not ready for more. Was he? Fuck, I better not walk into something I did not want to see.
I ignored his room and went right to his little entertainment area. If you did not know it was there you would assume it was just a wall with a bookshelf. Creeping close I could smell Atlas pheromones more. Warning people away. Just what did the pair do last night. Ugh, this is beyond my pay grade.
Peaking around the corner had me whip out my phone for pictures. There was no way I would let him live this down, ever! Atlas was sprawled out over the couch, legs hanging over the edge. On top of him, wrapped in his arms was Kash curled around a ball of what was a blanket. Both sound asleep. Oblivious to the world.
All I knew was it will be very loud when Kash woke up. Atlas was in a whole world of pain and I captured the reason for it. Chuckling I snuck back out. He can have the day off. We leave in a few days anyways; he can work in transit. As for his uncle arriving, he did say act surprised. Atlas will not have to act that hard now. He had about one hour.

I was comfortable. There was no way to explain my level of satisfaction right now. There was no dream I remembered and I know I went to bed late. Wait. Bed. I was watching a movie. As sleep left my brain, I realized the position I was in. Kash will kill me.
Afraid to move and wake him, I also knew I had to wake him. He will be pissed if I left him like this. In my panic I never registered the scents in the room. After the fear started to wear off, I took a closer look at Kash as he slept. He appeared calmer now. The stress from the last few days not wrinkling his brow. It was then the pheromones in the room had me realize what happened. I slept because both of our scent was permeating the room. Both had the words mine, stay away, all through them. Kash had even added an extra comfort one. Something an Omega would add while feeling secure.
Slowly I brought my one arm up freezing if he moved so much as an inch. Carefully I pet his head. He was the best thing to come into my life. I just hoped he would feel the same one day. Dropping my arm back down I looked back up to the ceiling.
"Were you just petting my head like a dog?" I looked back at Kash only to realize his silver eyes were glaring at me.
