Manor Black (2)

The tall lanky figure's mouth curled up into a twisted grotesque grin as it dropped from the doorframe and stared at Edward. It's eyes were pure black with out a single flash of light and life just pure dreaded darkness while it's skin was smooth, rough, and void black in color.

"Hello human." it spoke.

As soon as it spoke it felt like thousands of whispers came out of its throat saying the same words with a combined voice of male and female. Hearing it also had the feeling of your own throat hurting due to the slight raspiness and guttural sounding it's voice was.

"I'm No One and you are?" It asked.

Slightly disturbed Edward inspected the creature before speaking.

"Edward," Edward spoke quietly with a wry smile.

And for just about 10 minutes the two stood there staring at each other waiting for the other to either move or speak.

Breaking the silence the sounds of a adult woman screaming was heard to the left of the bathroom which made the figure vanish. Stepping forward Edward looked to his left to see the head of a woman nailed and her other limbs and body also nailed.

Boom! Thud!

Suddenly the burnt corpse of what seemed to be a woman fell from the attic as the manor slowly warped and distorted. After a few moments of silence a booming white light swallowed the manor and engulfing Edward in flames.

Zagreus Trading, 4:15 PM

All agents of the Golden Tooth stand as a man kneels in front of a silver haired girl with pigtails she had a crazed grin while holding onto a pink scythe which she raised.

"Any last words?" she asked while giggling.

The man looked up and fear as he spoke.

"Spa-..!" right before he could even finished the scythe sliced his head clean as blood spewed out from the top of his headless corpse.

Giggling she walked away before being stopped by Jensen who had a annoyed look with veins about to pop on his forehead.

"The execution was to be done tommorow not today Leila." he spoke sternly.

Leila who just had a ignorant smile just giggled and middle fingered Jensen before walking away.

"The boss called a meeting bitch!" Jensen shouted.

Instantly Leila turned head and her face had a twisted grin with her manic widened eyes.

"The boss called another meeting, yay!" she exclaimed.

Back in the manor the flames that swallowed the entire manor the whole entire building reset itself back to when Edward first entered it.

Edward surprised looked at No One who unlike him wasn't surprised at all and even chuckled as if the whole reset was like a game.

"Edward let me tell you something funny." No One chuckled as she spoke.

His twisted grin grew even large as he spoke.

"The whole manor is a Abnormality and right now were in it's belly"

Hearing this, Edward's eyes slightly widened as he looked around his surroundings. The once elegant and magnificent walls were now writhing fleshy walls of meat with tendril-like moss growing on them.

Even the doors were fleshy and meat-like as well as the furniture the whole entire inside of the manor was fleshy and meaty, but on the outside it simply looked like a normal manor if a normal manor had distorted features to it and the fact the entrance to the manor was a large mouth.

"You're never escaping this hell unless you take me with you." No One said with a sly smile.

Edward looked at No One with his eyebrows raised

"And how are we supposed to escape?" he asked.

No One's smile twisted again to that creepy twisted grin and spoke.

"Find the heart or the brain and rip it apart!" No One exclaimed his voice dripping with a gargling tone to it.

Hearing this Edward walked away from No One and started to search the manor again while entering the first room which was a massive fleshy library with fleshy meaty books each one layed out from smallest to largest.

Edward stared at one of the books for a reason that it felt like he heard the voice of a growling wolf from it. Hesitantly he grabbed the book which caused the manor to tremble frantically until it stopped.

Rraaggh! Boom! Crash!

Suddenly a massive quadrapedal abnormality with crocodile-like scales with two heads with razor sharp teeth and four tails which at the end was sharp as a sword.

It roared at Edward then slammed its head down towards him, but dodging it at the last second. No One appeares out of nowhere and laughed at the predicament that Edward was in and continued to float and watch him.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Three bullets came out of Edward's revolver all of them hitting 3 of the 6 eyes which caused it to scream in pain its skin almost humanlike but it was to lizardlike and uncanny.

"Tale of the Hanged King: Burning Rays!" he exclaimed as his revolver was engulfed in the fiery aura.

Bang Bang!

Two bullets came out and this time were engulfed in the fiery aura and as soon as they collided with the scaly skin the Abnormality screamed in pain as it started burning.

"So he realized its skin was oily, impressive" No One commented.

Edward didn't have enough ammo so he had to take this fight nice and slow. Soon the Abnormality tried to grab Edward but he punched it's two arms burning them as well making the Abnormality get angrier.

"Quite the loud fucker!" he cursed as he punched the Abnormality's right head and kicked the left head.

He soon engulfed his hands and feet with the fiery aura this time its color switched from crimson to orangish hello.

"Tale of the Hanged King: Gale of Fiery Wings!" he shouted as he raised his hands forming large orangish yellow aura wings and striked the air with it turning the cold air to burning hot temperatures.

The Abnormality stumbled on its legs as it felt the temperature rise slowly it started to sweat profusely but also start catching on fire. It tiringly stared at the fiery image of Edward who literally looked like a humanoid Abnormality.

His form was different, his hands and feet engulfed in the fiery aura, two orangish yellow horns protrued from the side of his head with a floating crimson colored crown of thorns over his head with a fiery tail coming from his lower waist.

"Mama!" the Abnormality cried out.

Edward raised his right hand its palm facing outward to the burning Abnormality.

"Rest kid," he said with a solemn look.

Large bursts of orangish yellow flames came out of Edward's right hand completely turning the Abnormality to ash.

All the while No One looked at the sight like regular entertainment at a Circus or Magic Show.

No One started clapping as Edward turned his head towards No One in which he stared at No One menacingly.

"Did you curse this family? Did you kill them?" Edward angrily asked.

No One's smiled twisted again as he spoke with an echo attached to his voice.

"Yes to the second question."

Edward just stared at No One for 5 whole minutes until he walked away with the flesh book in his coat's pocket. Walking he went up the stairs and opened the entrance to the attic which he slowly ascended reaching it he saw a little girl his back turned towards him holding a male doll.

"You've arrived detective," the girl said her voice dripping with sadness.

Edward immdiately knew the girl in front of him was the heart and brain of the Manor he also knew that the Abnormality was Emilia Black 1st Daughter of Erwin Black and Allison Borne.

"Tell me why'd you become a Abnormality." Edward said with a solemn look as he felt pity for the girl.

"Sure, but it's a long story!" she replied.
