Because of the deadlock, then I decided to call my other family members and my first [Bishop], Ost-san, to ask for her opinion.

And after the call connected, I put my magicphone on the table and then above it appeared a holographic projection of Ost-san sitting in her work room.

"Hello, Ost-san. Good morning."

I greeted her.

"Fufufu.... Hello, Rey-san and everyone too. It's night time here, but well that's okay."

She chuckled and greeted us back.

"Then why are you still busy working?"

I asked with a bit frown, concerned about her well-being.

But then she shakes her head and smiled.

"No worries. It's just some evaluations and reviews of recent developments in our territory."

"Oh? How did it go?"

Even though I sometimes called her and she reported to me about the development of our territory, still I'm interested to know.

"Quite smooth. We've built some buildings and facilities like our castle, a multi-purpose stadium, a hotel, a housing district, and a shopping district which includes a market and some shop-houses."

She explained.

And yeah, that's indeed the main priorities of our initial form of development as a town.

She said she wants to be more independent and have her own workshop, so she bought a shophouse. While the centaur man, Grandio, he applies for working for our house as a guard. And the little maid, Lorra, said that she's just following her Ojou-sama and serve her like usual."

I heard that not long after she's back from my territory, she became a bit quieter and calmer.... Just a bit though.

I also heard that now she now has her own Peerage too with the two others mentioned by Ost-san as the members.

"You accepted them?"

I asked Ost-san with a little frown.

After all, in a sense those three found out a bit about our secret before.

And even the centaur Grandio let himself bound by a basically death contract because of that, so I honestly surprised that they didn't distance themselves from us and instead did the otherwise.

"Yes. They even clearly said that one of the reasons they did that was to get closer to us and gain our trust. And it seems they're honest about it. There's no other suspicious reasons either I think because they also gave me a sealed letter, a guarantee and recommendation, from Mephisto-sama himself.... Was that bad?"

Ost-san explained their reasons and asked if approved them was a not good decision from her.

"Not really. After all, I gave you full authority as my regent. If I didn't trust your decision-makings, then I wouldn't give you the authority to manage our territory and our household.... But still you have to strictly supervise them."

I said with a slight shrug and then I drink my tea to wet my throat after the long talk.

"Of course."

Ost-san smiled as if she assured me that I don't need to worry.

"By the way, why did you call me for?"

Ost-san asked again.

"Ah, right. I almost forgot.... Like this...."

Then I told her about my initial purpose for calling her.

I told her about the supernatural situations in this Chubu region, the proposition to control the supernatural underworld around here, and about the deadlock about who will spearheading the conquest if we decided to try to unite Chubu's underworld.

Ost-san said after she heard my explanation about the intricate situation of the underworld in this Japan's central region.

But about a minute later, she nodded slightly to no one and then look back at me.

"Rey-san, you already can use your Balance Breaker again, right?"

She suddenly asked about my Sacred Gear's Balance Breaker.

"Hm? Yeah? So? Wait. Don't tell me...."

I was initially a bit confused because I don't think that it got to do with the problem we've been talked about. But then I realized what she meant.

And then she smiled.

"Yes. Why don't you just summon someone to spearheading the conquest?"

Ost-san acknowledged my guess.

She truly suggested me to use my «Serene Summoning»'s Second Balance Breaker, the <Infinite Parallel Overwrite Summoning>, which enable me to summon someone from another world.

That Balance Breaker have cooldown period about 3-4 months. And the last time I used it was when I successfully summoned herself in April. And now is August so indeed it's already available to be used again.

"Who?"

I asked her while tilted my head slightly.

And Ost-san shrugged her shoulders.

"How can I know.... But there's no way there's no youkai in another world, right?"

Well.... If we considering that even parallel Earths where Scathach-sama and Sakuya-san comes from exist, then indeed it's largely possible that youkais also exist in maybe other parallel Earths either.

"Also, the one being summoned could become one of your peerages too, just like me and Sakuya-san."

She said again and suggested me to also make the summoned person to become my peerage members just her as my [Bishop] and Sakuya-san as my [Queen].

"But, Ost-sama, that's not a guarantee, you know?"

Sakuya-san who's earlier just keep silent and listening while enjoying the tea together with Kulshedra-san and Scathach-sama suddenly voiced her opinion.

Even though the one summoned by my Sacred Gear automatically bounded with me, they're still intelligent person with their own will too.

If after I told them about the Devil Reincarnation System and I want them to be my peerage members but they refuse, then I don't want to force them either even though actually I can.

Except if they're summoned when they're recently died like Ost-san before, then to resurrect them I could reincarnated them as Devil using my [Evil Pieces].

And besides that, if the one summoned is someone at the level of God-class or above like Scathach-sama and Kulshedra-san, then I couldn't reincarnate them either.
