Fallout in the Underworld

Loud sirens, destruction and mayhem started from one second to the other, just like the described apocalypse, the plundered would come one night when the owner was none the wiser, and that was the way it happened.

From one moment to the other, hordes of shadows and souls marred the skies and destruction ensued wantonly like lives were worth less than cattle.

The sky was shrouded with shadows and Grim Reapers as they assailed a floating island belonging to the Agares Territory. They unashamedly plunged their scythe into any individual they saw... devils, angels and fallen alike. Wails of despair marred the underworld as two of the main Devil Supremacy Factions were attacked indiscriminately.

"Your Grim Reapers are killing Angels and Fallen alike; Hades..." A woman shrouded in the darkness of night said with shining eyes towards the God of the Underworld. His response was merely to smirk wickedly and ignore her words.

Nyx sighed and said nothing else, 'More souls for the river, huh?'

The man extended his skeletal hand forward and caught the silhouette of a high-class devil that had been fighting for the sake of his people, a once-labelled tyrant from the age of Calliope.

"It is good to see you, Lord Agares~"

Hades' skeletal hand was holding a man by the neck, a white-haired middle-aged man whose gaze contorted in a mixture of fear and resentment, he spat on God's face, only making him laugh maniacally.

"R-Royal father!" Not too far away a girl was flying in the direction of the Gods, being roughly pulled by some pale-faced maids.

"R-Run! Seekvaira, RUN!"

"My lady, we must go!" A despaired maid pulled Seekvaira's hands as her peerage ran after her, all of them engulfed in a magic circle before the death seekers could end their lives. Sadly, this wasn't something the Lord of the Agares Clan could see.

*WHOOOSH!*

Blue flames engulfed the body of the man as he wailed before Seekvaira managed to be teleported away, all she saw was the silhouette of her father burning to ashes, tears flooded her eyes and she disappeared.

The Underworld was under attack.

"RESIDENTS OF THE AGARES TERRITORY, RESIDENTS OF THE PHENEX TERRITORY, RESIDENTS OF THE BARBATOS TERRITORY, EVACUATE- REPEAT EVACUATE! SAFE POINTS LOCATED IN GREMORY, SITRI AND BELIAL TERRITORIES!"

*BOOOOOOMMMM!!!!*

A giant black ball fell on top of a broadcasting building, exploding and shaking this flying island.

"Isn't this fun?~ do you remember how you pulled the hairs off those cutie angels? you may not... just as I can't remember how that bitch Calliope devastated my land, wait... I guess I do remember after all" A grim reaper spoke while impaling his scythe into a devil's chest, the male splurted blood and fell, lifeless his soul feeding the river stix.

The day had turned into the night as two beings oversee everything, floating lazily and smiling at their own work.

"Everything went as planned... we can still use the teleportation arrays to escape in case it be necessary. Stop playing around, Hades... we came here with an objective".

Hades had been playing with the burned remaining skull before he blew it off, scattering the dust.

"Where is Aphrodite?"

"She has her own ambitions... just allowing us to bypass the underworld's spatial and emergency barriers is enough".

"As she wishes, as long as she doesn't stand in our way, moreover... our objective is already here" Hades' eyes shone as the dust of the fallen lord scattered.

Two silhouettes flashed in front of them, both panting and releasing catastrophic auras. Alas, in front of these two big gods, they were like feeble cats.

"Ajuka Beelzebub and Falbium Asmodeous, just the two we wanted" Nyx smirked wickedly, they're the leaders of the devil supremacy faction... they were sent here like dogs to be sacrificed by the families that support them.

"You two stop!" Ajuka was the first to yell, when he saw both powerful gods floating in front of him, he didn't think twice before going into his super devil form.

*RUMBLE!!!*

His aura shocked the underworld with green haze, but in front of these two gods, it was nothing short of a smoke blow.

"God of the Underworld Hades and also Primordial Goddess of Night, Nyx... the Fallen God Faction, why?!" Asmodeous yelled, looking at the burning floating island belonging to the Agares Territory where the devil forces had already begun fighting the shadows and grim reapers.

"You still dare to ask why? because Calliope is no more... who is going to protect you, devils, from us~?"

Blue Flames formed in Hades' hand and a torrent of those flames shot towards Falbium Asmodeous and Ajuka Beelzebub.

Nyx appeared right behind the latter's body, smirking.

*BOOOMMM!!*

*COUGH!*

He was blown away towards the Agares island, destroying a few buildings and coughing blood, all she did was strike him with her palm.

"You four satans were always feeble compared to the originals... do you think we ever feared you? we feared Calliope..." She said poisonously; floating close to him as another broadcast began ringing somewhere.

"CITIZEN OF THE BELIAL TERRITORY, EVACUATE! I REPEAT, EVACUA-"

*BOOM!*

"It seems Erebus and Tartarus have begun as well... should you be taking a nap, Ajuka Beelzebub? you should be fighting back for your li-"

Nyx had to cover her eyes when all of a sudden a golden blinding light appeared in the world; from there walked a beauty with silver hair and golden strands and a shiny golden maid attire.

"Grayfia Lucifuge..." Nyx clenched her fist, Falbium coughed some more blood and flashed back from the pit he had been sent into. Several people came flying towards him, landing beside him.

"Dear!" One of them was his Queen Sandalphon, and the other was a lady wearing a dress with jade blue hair and scales all over her body.

"Tiamat, we're in deep trouble".

"I told you... Ajuka, you shouldn't have relied on a lie".

"Sandalphon, Tiamat and I will face Hades... Falbium, you need to stop the shadows and the grim reapers, otherwise, there won't be any Agares Territory to save. Call Sirzechs, where the hell is Sirzechs?!" Ajuka bit his lips and charged forward towards the God of the Underworld... one of the existences in the top 10 in the supernatural world. A foe he couldn't easily face.

*BOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!*------

Green and blue flames clashed together but the green tonality was easily engulfed.

"Let me see what you've got, boy..."

"Serafall communicated to me that she has already headed to the Belial Territory... there are two Primordial Gods there, Erebus and Tartarus... she's fighting together with Diehauser Belial... this is a wide-scale attack, Ajuka, don't die!" Falbium yelled before making his way to the city, leaving only two individuals.

Grayfia had been looking at everything solemnly, bugging herself with a question that fell on her shoulders like the dawn of change and metamorphosis... the same she had undergone before arriving in her world once again.

'Why do I... don't care?' She frowned and asked herself... there were devils dying en masse... their chests plunged as they sullied this land with their blood, just like back then... another war.

And all she could ask herself was why she didn't care anymore... Grayfia blamed the Heart Lineage for her indifference, but still wouldn't allow said indifference from stopping her from protecting what was worth protecting.

"You are..." She spoke to the goddess that flashed close by. Ajuka's fight with Hades was raging in the distance and even beyond the horizon towards the Belial Territory, explosions were visible together with small shockwaves and tremours. Hell had become literal Hell.

"Primordial Goddess of the Night, Nyx~ now... you are a demoness if I recall correctly"

"..." Grayfia's eyebrows twitched, she didn't even know who this woman is, just that she was emitting a powerful authority, something beyond just a God but still not equivalent to her master, a 'true' primordial. She guessed the reason was the overwhelming difference in size and scale between this universe and Helius.

"There is no need to make such an expression~ we have collected all the intel we could about you; even about your sister, do you think we don't know?~ it is safe to say we have more information on you two than in your master, what is the use of collecting so much intel on a Dragon we can't even hope to stop"

"Then you should know I act independently from my master to a certain degree".

"We know that, that is why I'm offering you peace... I don't want to fight you" Nyx declared, lowering her arms. Alas, she wasn't expecting Grayfia's next response.

The maid exhaled a frozen golden breath and smiled.

"I happen to be looking for someone to test my power with... and you're the strongest Goddess in this universe, right?~"

"Why must it be this way... you're not even a devil" Nyx grit her teeth in irritation, clenching her previously loosened hands and releasing her aura. If this woman wanted to look for excuses to fight, there was nothing she could do.

"I fought two wars for this world, Nyx. I'm afraid I can't just sit to the side with my master and enjoy myself as this world crumbles... as much as that'd please me".

It was then that the night took over the underworld, the might of the strongest goddess, Nyx.

"It shall be as you hope, Grayfia Lucifuge... I'm the Fallen God Faction's card tasked to hold you down~ let's dance for a long time".

It was then that Nyx felt the sheer weight of the Demon Goddess Lucifuge of the Frozen Underworld.

She took over her demoness form and the world seemed to freeze with her mere presence. If there was something Grayfia had picked up from her master aside from his lazy behaviour and overwhelming lust; it was her desire to fight stronger individuals.

And in front of her was the perfect candidate.

Nyx, Parvati and Amaterasu were widely known as the strongest goddesses.
