Drawing cards at Hogwarts

"One more time! This time I must get the animagus spell from Professor McGonagall!" Draw! Cash draw! Who is it? "I am the great astrologer, Trelawney!" [Divination +1] Tears welled up in Tom's eyes. Confronted with the magnificent magical world, Tom felt deeply that Muggle power has a limit, so he decided to shout that phrase: I will not be a Muggle! *I do not own the copyright of such fanfic or the contents of the novel or the Harry Potter book. Chapter 189: Fire (Edited)

Before the others could react, flames erupted from Tom's body and covered his entire body, turning him into a man of fire. Before Peggy and the others could react, Tom's eyes burst open.

Tom experienced nirvana in the flames of the phoenix.

"A phoenix?" Voldemort stared in disbelief, he felt a strange and familiar sensation in the young man, just as he had felt it in Fawkes.

The flames from Tom's body flowed like liquid, flowing up his left arm, forming a huge flaming wing, and his right eye became a basilisk's eye. He looked into the eyes of Peggy, who had almost sent him into reincarnation, and stared into her eyes.

Tom gave a look of surprise and, with a slight redirection of his hand, merely slapped Peggy against the wall with his flaming wings. He had planned to slap her right through the window, the Ravenclaw common room was in the castle tower, dozens of feet above the ground, and there was no chance she would survive the fall.

But when Tom saw her mind, he felt a little shocked, so he just slapped her against the wall. But it wasn't a clean slap, even from a distance, and Tom could hear the sound of bones breaking. The slap probably broke both of Peggy's arms, cracked several ribs, and cracked her spine as she hit the wall.

This slap knocked out Peggy's soul. One part of her divided soul flew out through her body and flew toward [Sister] like a shooting star, while the other remained in her body and fell silent with her.

After slapping Peggy, Tom turned to Voldemort and Riddle.

"It's time, to settle everything..." Tom raised his arm, the combination of the dead air coming out of the blurred illusion and the monstrous rage generated by Peggy's memory combined to give his next magic a new level of power.

"Diabolical Protego!" This time, instead of the small flames to roast the barbecued sausages, blue magic flames shot out from her wand! The blue flames from the tip of his wand swirled around him and, with a flick of his wrist, drew a circle around him.

The flames quickly spread outwards and [Sister] opened her eyes and jumped out of the window of the Ravenclaw common room with a stride, falling to the ground with a thud. However, she showed no sign of injury and quickened her pace, running across the lawn and disappearing into the forbidden forest in the blink of an eye.

Riddle followed suit and tried to escape through the nearest window, but was half-jumping when the head of a huge demonic dog popped out of the flames, grabbed him by the fur and dragged him backwards. Then a second dog's head appeared, its head extended, enveloping him in a single bite.

Riddle let out a terrible scream, his body gushed an ink as thick as blood, but it evaporated instantly into black gas, fuel for flames, which gradually appeared as blue dots of light on his face, a dotted flame.

He twisted and struggled, his arms flailed, his mouth screamed. Then a flame burst from inside Riddle's body, and amid the flames his body became transparent, like a teapot with holes in it. Soon he disappeared, and a charred diary fell to the ground with a clatter, with a small flame burning in it.

Voldemort tried to escape through the door, but the lock on the door seemed to have jammed and failed, leaving him locked in the common room.

"Finite incantatem!" he waved his wand back, trying to extinguish the flames, but to no avail, his spell could drive back the flaming hounds that reared their heads again and again, but it could not destroy them. As the flames grew, so did his despair.

Tom waved his wand with the grace of a conductor, causing the flames to dance with his wand.

The flames engulfed everything in the common room, growing so fast that Voldemort was cornered by the flames, his spells swallowed up by Tom's flames like mud.

Voldemort had no choice but to use a freezing spell, but the frost lasted only a few seconds before turning to air.

"You're shivering, is it because you're afraid? It can't be the weather, it's still warm here, turn to ash" Tom said to Voldemort after cornering him, before launching his final assault.

Then, like a tsunami, flames engulfed Voldemort, drowning him, and the remains of Voldemort's soul writhed in the flames as he extended a flame-covered arm and left his last words.

"I am Voldemort..."

He disappeared, and his crown fell to the ground with a clatter, billowing black smoke. Tom also sat down, Tom also sat on the ground, the consumption of this spell was too great and his magical power had been exhausted. Now, he lost Control of the curse.

A large golden-red bird flew in through the window: it was Fawkes the Phoenix. The pale blue flames did not hurt him, and even made their way as they met the phoenix. As he flew into the Common Room, he grabbed Peggy, who had fallen in the corner and was already covered in flames, then flew over to Tom and let him grab her tail, and after Tom grabbed her, he pulled the two of them out of the fire.

Before leaving, Tom took the remains of the two Horcruxes in his hand.

The door to the Common Room burst open and flames spread down the corridor like seawater on a ship, spreading rapidly down the corridor. But in front of the tidal wave of flames stood a figure, tall and slender, his beard and hair silvery white and long enough to reach his waist. He wore a floor-length purple robe, and behind his half-moon spectacles were bright blue eyes.

Albus Dumbledore had arrived.

"Finite incantatem!" He drew his Elder wand and pointed it at the ground, and a golden barrier rose up like a dam to bar the flames. The beasts that emerged from the flames slammed into the barrier, not only failing to break it, but causing a series of dramatic changes.

The barrier that Dumbledore had summoned fluctuated after the collision, and what had been a shield became a golden flame, from which a golden phoenix was born. As soon as the phoenix appeared, it fought the dog demon.

Dumbledore's spell was of much higher quality, and his phoenix nearly knocked the flame-born demon dog down with one blow. The flames from the barrier spread upward, mixing with the blue flames to form a beautiful gold and blue fireball.

The gold gradually gained ground, and although the blue flames were still coming out of the Common Room, the gold ones engulfed all the flames and retreated to the ground.

The blue flames, which had been so powerful a moment ago, had completely disappeared from the world. Only the smoke and warmth of the corridors and the Common Room attested to their existence.

Dumbledore looked at the completely burned common room and the half-burned corridor and sighed, covering his forehead.

The scene from a moment ago, stirred a memory deep in Dumbledore's mind.

"Young people these days, they're getting so lively...", sighed Dumbledore. He thought mischievously, if this keeps up, twenty years from now the first years will be casting murderous spells at each other when they fight.

Dumbledore decided to go to the school hospital later and have a talk with the "culprit" of the incident. But before that, he had one more thing to do....

He took out his wand and cast a restoration spell and a cleansing spell, repairing the fire-damaged areas and erasing all possible traces from the corridors and common room.

"Professor Dumbledore!" a shout was heard behind Dumbledore as he tried to clear the smoke and fire from the walls of the common room. With a quiet sigh, Dumbledore turned his head toward Professor Flitwick, who had come running.

"Oh, Merlin, what has happened here?" He exclaimed bitterly, "What has become of the Ravenclaw common room!"

Professor Flitwick had been tasked by Professor Snape to search the Slytherin common room for students' personal belongings earlier in the day. He had no problem with it, but as he finished his search and headed for the Ravenclaw tower, he felt a twinge of discomfort: why is there such a strong smell of smoke in this corridor?

The higher up the floor he went, the stronger the smell of smoke became, and the more uneasy he felt.

When he reached the corridor where the tower was located, he felt his tension rise: although it had been repaired as best as possible, there were still obvious signs of fire in the corridor.

The sight of the common room made Flitwick's jaw drop even more. The Ravenclaw dean's heart bled: of the entire Ravenclaw common room, only the statue of Ravenclaw himself had not been burned, the rest of the decorations had been charred.

"Filius, I will find a way to restore this place to its original state. As for what happened here, I need a little time to figure it out." advised Dumbledore gently.

Professor Flitwick looked around, a thousand thoughts culminating in a long sigh, "Albus, was that diary of dark magic?"

...

The fierce battle in the Ravenclaw tower did not affect the normal functioning of the Dueling Club in the Great Dining Hall.

Snape had already re-dressed and returned the stage to its original state. He and "Lockhart" then divided the students into two groups and had them practice their spells against each other.

Halfway through, Professor Lockhart looked thirsty and pulled a bottle of water out of his pocket, and as he brought it to his mouth....

"Accio water bottle!" Snape snatched the bottle from him with a summoning spell. He glanced at the bottle and immediately with understood.

"Explain to me, mysterious sir, why you are carrying around a bottle of Multijuice Potion." Snape pulled out his wand, pointed it at the tip of Lockhart's nose and said, "Don't be hasty! Hands up!"

The young wizards on the stage, having heard the argument between the professors, paused to look at them, and when the words "Multijuice Potion" were uttered, there were shouts of surprise. The potion, though advanced, was not new to young wizards: Snape had mentioned it several times in his potions classes, and it often made news in the magical world.

A black rope emerged from the end of Snape's cane and tied Lockhart in front of him in a tight knot.

"Who exactly are you?" his eyes turned mischievous.

...

"Multiple comminuted fractures all over her body, some bone fragments even punctured her internal organs, and extensive burns to her skin..." Madam Pomfrey was carefully examining Peggy's body, "And the state of her soul is very bad..."

She had just been startled by Fawkes' sudden arrival towards the school hospital, but Madam Pomfrey, a professional healer, had responded quickly to position the two wounded properly.

Tom had returned to his Lockhart form. A quick glance from Madam Pomfrey showed that he was fine, only with a burn on his hands and a little lacking in energy. Madam Pomfrey had a lot of experience with energy drains, so she gave Tom a vial of magic potion and left him alone.

Peggy, for her part, needed more treatment.

As Madam Pomfrey worked on the bone fragments Peggy had lodged in her gut, Professor Dumbledore approached.

"Headmaster Dumbledore..." Madam Pomfrey tried to say something, but was interrupted by Professor Lockhart off to the side.

She handed Dumbledore the half-burned notebook and the nearly shattered crown.

As soon as Dumbledore saw these two objects, his expression turned serious. He took the remains of the two Horcruxes from Tom and looked closely at the charred pages and the fragments of the crown.

"He's extraordinary," he said quietly, "He's probably the best student Hogwarts has ever had..." his gaze fell on Tom's face through his half-moon spectacles, "By far."

But Tom wasn't done yet, he placed his wand against his temple and extracted a silvery white memory. As soon as he raised his hand, Dumbledore knew what he intended, he conjured a glass bottle out of thin air and bottled the memory in it.

"This is the memory I got from Miss Grossman, I think you should take a look first." Tom looked a little tired.

"Good, then you should rest." Dumbledore nodded, he was about to turn and leave when Tom pulled him back.

"We need to talk, let's go to your office." Tom got out of bed and followed Dumbledore.

"Of course, I have time to talk to you in my old age." Dumbledore smiled kindly, took out his wand and healed the wound on Tom's hand.

The two returned together to the headmaster's office.
