Threat Arising

In a dark and sinister place, known as the Demon Realm, The king of the realm, Dabura, enters a room full of high ranking Demons, Such as Towa(the sister of Dabura), Mira(an artifical Demon, created by Towa), A dark wizard, Gravy, and the grim reappear of the Demon Realm, Shroom. They all turn to Dabura, who is confused to see them all here.

"What is the meaning of this meeting, Dabura?" Gravy asks.

"Yes, brother. I have very important work to do." Towa says.

"But- I did not call for us to meet."

"That would be me, actually." A voice says.

At that moment, the Demons in the room feel an overwhelming power in the room with them. They turn around, and see The Demon God, Lord Demigra appears.

"Hello everyone. It's been entirely too long." Demigra says with a sinister smirk.

All the Demons in the room are shocked at the sight of Demigra and immediately kneel infront of the Demon God.

"Lord Demigra, you have finally returned. A celebration is in order." Dabura says.

Demigra laughs.

"Oh Dabura, a celebration can wait...No, I wish to pick up right where I left off decades ago. Let us rise up and conquer all, and this time...No, is going to get in my way." Demigra declares, laughing maniacally.

While that's happening, Chichi and Bulma are sitting at Capsule Corp, sharing a cup of tea together.

"I'm glad, we can do this, Chichi. Feels like forever since we've sat down and chat." Bulma says.

Chichi smiles, while sipping her tea

"I know what you mean, but I understand you're a busy woman. So how is everything going?" Chichi asks.

"Well everything's been going great with me." Bulma says.

At that moment, an explosion can be heard down the hall, startling Chichi and causing Bulma to sigh.

"Well there is my unemployed husband, causing random explosions in our home." Bulma says.

"He and Trunks are training again, huh?" Chichi asks.

Bulma stays silent for a moment.

"No. Trunks is in his room." Bulma says.

Chichi is confused for a moment.

"Then, whose he training with?" Chichi asks.

In the gravity room, Vegeta stands infront of Bulla, who can barely stay on her feet out of exhaustion. While Bulla is covered with bruises and out breath, Vegeta barely has any scratches on him.

"That's enough for today. You've reached your limit." Vegeta says.

Bulla grits her teeth and slowly stands to her feet.

"N-No! I can...still-"

Bulla soon passes out before finishing her sentence. Vegeta looks down at his fallen daughter, hating seeing her hurt like this, especially by his own hands. He picks her up and carries her out of the gravity room.

Meanwhile Trunks is laying in bed, staring up at his ceiling, frustrated at himself. He thinks back to the tournament, where he lost against Goten, then how he was easily defeated by Android 13, and how he was easily taken out by Granolah. He then thinks about how much Goten has improved since they were kids, how he's stronger than him now. Trunks then sits up, gritting his teeth.

"Damnit all." Trunks says, not knowing how to get stronger than he is now.

On the lookout, while Piccolo meditates and Dende and Mr. Popo talk about him

"He's been like that for three days. Something must be wrong." Mr. Popo says.

Dende nods

"I feel it too. Something dark and sinister is coming." Dende answers.

At that moment, the two Namekians quickly feel a presence that they've never felt before. At that moment, two individuals appear before them, with mysterious clothing and earrings. Piccolo immediately jumps up, but his overwhelmed by one of the individuals, unable to move.

"What's- going on? What is this feeling?" Piccolo thinks to himself.

Dende feels the same overwhelming presence as Piccolo does.

"Who- Who are you?" Dende asks.

Before the mysterious individuals can answer, Piccolo interrupts.

"You're the Grand Kai, aren't you?" Piccolo asks.

The individual in question smiles.

"Sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not." He answers.

The other individual chimes in.

"He's the Supreme Kai." He says.

Piccolo, Dende, and Mr. Popo are all shocked when they hear this.

"Supreme Kai!?" Piccolo says in shock.

"That's right. I do apologize appearing infront of you unannounced, but we don't have a lot of time. Your world is in grave danger." Supreme Kai says.

Piccolo gets a serious look on his face.

"So- That feeling that I got wasn't just a hunch. Something bad is coming." Piccolo says.

"Yes. And we'll need your strongest warriors to help stop it." Supreme Kai says.

While that's happening, Goten is out in the wilderness, catching a giant fish for dinner.

"Ah, you look tasty." Goten says.

At that moment, the young Saiyan hears a voice in his head.

"Goten, can you hear me?"

Goten looks up, confused.

"That you Dende? What's going on?" Goten asks.

"Come to the lookout immediately, we'll explain when you get here." Dende says.

Goten sighs, disappointed that he has to let go of the fish he just caught, but when God calls you answer. He quickly gets out of the water, puts on his clothes and flies to the lookout.

When he gets there, he sees Trunks and Bulla waiting for him.

"Hey guys, what's going on?" Goten asks when he lands.

"We don't know yet, dad got a call from Dende, just like you did I'm guessing." Trunks says.

Goten then notices the bandages on Bulla, surprised to see her in such a state.

"Are you ok, Bulla?" Goten asks.

Bulla tries to cover it up with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm fine, these are just a few scratches, no big deal." She says, chuckling.

As she walks away, Goten has a worried look on his face.

"That fight with Hatchiyack got to her. She started training with dad, but- she's having a hard time with it." Trunks says.

Goten sighs.

"Yeah, I could tell." Goten says.

"Come on, let's go head inside." Trunks says.

Goten nods and the two walk inside, where everyone is waiting for them. Goten soon notices the Supreme Kai and is companion Kibito standing in the front of the group.

"Hey, so uh- what's going on? And who's the two guys in the cool looking outfits?" Goten asks.

Trunks, Bulma, Vegeta, and Bulla look at him with a look of disagreement on their faces.

"Cool?" They all think to themselves.

Piccolo then steps forward.

"This- Is the Supreme Kai." Piccolo says.

Everyone, even Bulma and Chichi who have heard stories from master Roshi about the Supreme Kai, are stunned, except for Goten, Trunks, and Bulla.

"What's a Supreme Kai?" Goten asks.

Both Trunks and Bulla shrug, causing the Supreme Kai to chuckle.

"Basically, I am a Kai who's job it is to create life and watch over planets, yours included. But I'm afraid something is threatening the life we have sworn to protect. Or someone, rather." Supreme Kai says.

Goten then gets a serious look on his face, realizing that the Earth is in danger.

"His name... Is Demigra: The Demon God." Supreme Kai says.
