[Keep staring]

In this very moment, Severus was still standing sit over the only table present in his new home. He had kept observing the book with the green cover for quite a while, trying to associate the language had had learned with the actual written words. Yet even consideration his knowledge of tens of languages, he could not understand a single word. It was actually quite strange indeed, it seemed almost as if he was lacking something else, something different from his beloved logic. As such he could only get a bit annoyed and slowly make his come back to the crib.

However as he was about to close the book an unexpected visitor had announced his presence. It was a five years old little boy, he was quite tall for his age, he had blonde hair and green eyes. He dressed a simple pair of brown leather pants and a white shirt, although they weren't very clean, with stains of dirt every so often. His demeanor exuded arrogance and anger.

Following him there were other three kids of his age, yet none of them reached the 1.20 meters of height of Darius. They were just tailing behind him, like chicks would do with their mother.

Severus decided not to move and just wait and see what was Darius intention. If he just wanted to make fun of him it would be fine, as really didn't care anyway. If this boy needed to laugh at a one year old baby to feel better then so be it. They were brothers anyway, it wasn't such a rare occasion to insult each other. Yet he would not tolerate him if he really tried to hurt him, even if he could not get back at him now, Severus would get his revenge for today sooner or later.

"Little freak, what's up? Mother isn't here to protect you. C'mon do something! Bu!"

As Darius go close to the table he started to tease Severus, he probably wanted some kind response to show at his friends. Even if he was jealous of his little brother for getting all the attention from Liliana, he initially didn't really want to hurt him. Yet the little freak finally stopped looking at the book and intensively stared at him, as if it was him that was making fun of Darius.

"Urgh! What are you looking at? I am calling you freak because you are one. Mother should just abandon you, she keeps getting sadder by the day. Your face resemble that of dad a lot, yet you have never changed this expression of your!"

Darius kept going with his monologue, not caring about the three guests behind him. However Severus just kept staring at him, as since his rebirth this was the first time he had heard about his dad. As such he hoped that by remaining like this, his brother would spill some more information.

"Are you really human? Maybe I'll have to try something more. Believe me when I say that I'll see you screaming."

Soon after Darius started to smile maliciously, as he started to agitated his right fist into the air. As he was probably trying to scare the baby in front of him, yet he was only wasting his time. Anger started to cloud his mind, it seemed like his little sibling needed to learn his first lesson at a very young age. Therefore it didn't pass long as he directly aimed his fist at Severus head.

For the vulcanian wasn't such unexpected outcome, furthermore the punch of a five years old couldn't be that dangerous. As he suddenly concentrated and with a swift movement rolled to the side, evading his brother punch, before standing up again. This was a Vulcanian martial art called 'narvokot', it was a single defensive move. To be effectively utilized it needed you to firstly predict the enemy movements and then quickly dodge the incoming attack.

Severus baby body was very fragile and weak, as such right after the move his muscles got really sore. Also his skin had been bruised while rolling over the table, as he was just wearing a sort of leather diaper and a tight shirt.

Apparently seeing his little brother conditions wasn't enough for Darius. On the contrary he was even more frustrated, as his punch had been evaded and the little freak's expression remained the same, like that of a statue.

"I hate you! Guys help me teach him a lesson!"

Exploding with rage Darius called his friends to help him beat the freak. Yet they were quite speechless, not only because it was quite the shame to beat up a baby, but even more they could end up in trouble. If their parents were to know they would end up severely punished.

"If you help me I swear that I will help you with the girls, How about it?"

It was true that Darius could as well just continue to attack Severus on his own, but anymore than this and he could not justify his brother state as a simple fall anymore. As such he needed some accomplices to share the blame with.

Seeing the four boys malevolent intentions, Severus started to wonder the actual sanity of the people present in the place he had been reborn to. In truth, he wasn't entirely wrong, as the values perpetrated by the humans of the United federation of planets were completely different. The human society inhabiting the world of Rulia, was more centered towards strength. There was no real equality, only duty and power were what really mattered here. Darius was a five years old kid that was just starting to learn the way of the world, and from his natural physique and disposition, he started at the top of the chain. At least compared to his classmates.

Yet the world is so vast and underestimating your opponent would often led to your own defeat.

Severus had at last understood that this was no joke, they were really going to beat him up. As such, for the first time in this world he had completely lost his sense of reason to his emotions. In fact, this time was different from the previous ones, when he had been just a bit influenced by them. This time anger and hate started to inexorably flow through his body, inebriating Severus with power. This strange energy he was feeling seemed absurdly illogical, yet it made him curious about what was really happening.

Therefore, Severus let this new flow of energy make its natural course. At this point Darius was lunging forward to deliver another one of his punches, followed by the other three. While Severus suddenly felt a deep and powerful voice repeatedly whispering into his ears.

"Destruction, I desire Destruction!"

Then, for a split second, a hot burning sensation started to penetrate into his eyes, as they suddenly turned red in color while his pupils became bright yellow. At that instant, Darius who was directly staring at him abruptly felt as if he was looking straight the sun, almost feeling its immense power and brightness.

"AHHH!! My eyes! It hurtsss!"

Soon after Darius was writhing in pain on the floor, desperately covering his eyes with his hands. Leaving completely stunned his three friends that didn't really understand what had just happened.
