New problems

As Skylar and Leo continued to argue Rose and Amelia woke up from their sleep due to the noise. When Rose left her room instead of seeing the 6'3 Leo she saw one of the members of the leopard clan arguing with her best friend Skylar. Due to her past with the Leopard clan before Leo became leader the clan would attack all the time. Rose angered at the sight she hit Leo with a ball.

Skylar's face went from angry to tearful in a matter of minutes. The now sobbing Skylar held Leo's hand and tried to feel a pulse. Due to Leo having his crown on that showed Rose that he was the leader of the clan Rose made sure that the shot killed him.

"No, no, no. Leo don't leave me," I pleaded. "Skylar are you ok," Rose called out to me. As I picked up Leo's hand I couldn't feel a pulse. I started sobbing even harder. "Girl it's okay no need to cry over that stupid clan member," Rose said trying to comfort me. At this point in time I tried to stop the bleeding using my hoodie leaving me in bra and a pair short. Why did they make me an elf?

It's like before I met Rose. My mom who was my only love died trying to take care of me. Now the same thing was happening to Leo. My only thought was healing Leo, nothing else. I knew elves could heal people however it was only certain elves that could heal people. "Skylar leave him," Rose said trying to pull me way from him. "Leave me alone," I said sending a force so powerful it sent Rose flying back.

I tried to channel all the energy I had into healing Leo. I watched my hands turned green as I tried to heal Leo. Soon his wound was gone, and his pulse was weak, but he was alive. I let out a loud cry that woke up the entire castle. Rose hovered over his body and got ready to fire another spell. Not to mention half the guards in the castle were ready to shoot Leo at any cost.

The minute Leo open his eyes Rose got a deadly attack ready just in case. "Leo," I cried. "Hey Sky," he said softly. I flipped Leo on his back and hugged him. "Skylar we need to kill him," Rose cried out. I shook my head and laid my entire body on Leo. "You'll have to kill me to get to him," I said in a cold tone. I stared Rose directly in her eyes before something picked me up. It was Clover. "There you go queen Rose you can kill him," Clover said. She held me in a protection ball. Leo opened his eyes again right before Rose struck him.

He hit Rose causing her to hit the wall of the palace. Amelia who stayed in the room until she heard Rose hit the wall came out running. She crafted a sword filled with light. She threw the sword at Leo and blasted him with a bolt of lightning. Leo fell to the ground and his mark on his cheek appeared. His eyes met mine and he pointed to the bandage on my cheek. As I took the bandage off my cheek Rose and Amelia stared in shock.

"You marked her!" Rose said furiously. She summoned a pentagon within a few seconds. "I should've killed the king a long a time ago," Rose said angrily. "Rose stop," I cried out. "don't kill him," "Please," I begged. "And why not," she said in an annoyed tone. "Because he's Leo," I shouted. The room went silent for a few minutes.

"This is Leo," she said. I nodded my head. Clover looked at her not knowing what to do. I tried getting free from the ball, but it wouldn't bust. "Do not try to escape Skylar. The ball will keep shrinking till you can't breathe," Clover warned. When Leo stood up one of the guards stabbed him in the shoulder right before everyone's eyes.

"Let's just kill him and be done with it," the guard said. "I suppose you're right," Rose said summoning a sword. "Skylar if I die you have to have the child in the clan," Leo said trying to reassure me. "Did you just say child," Rose said in a shocked tone. "Yes, if Skylar decides to keep the child, then she needs to raise it in the clan," Leo said without stuttering. "Get him on his knees," Rose demanded. The guards set Leo on his knees and watched as Rose crafted a sword.

"Rose don't," I pleaded. She turned her head to see my mark glowing. I aimed my hands at the bottom of the ball, and it shattered. I rushed towards Leo and threw my body over him. "If you kill him you have to kill me," I said tearfully. "Why do you protect him," Rose asked me. "Because he's Leo along with he's my fiancé," I said with tears. "Leo, you have to transform into your other form," I cried. He sighed and transformed back into the other elf everyone knew.

"Oh no, that really is Leo," Rose said shocked. "Lower your weapons," Rose said to guards. However just as she said that a guard launched his sword at me. "Skylar," Leo said. He transformed back and used his body to protect me. "Keep the baby safe," he said softly. "Leo," I cried. The sword pierced his heart. His breath became shakier, and his pulse was even weaker.

"Not again," I cried. "Leo don't leave me," I pleaded. I started sobbing even more. "Leo don't leave me, please," I cried out. Was Leo going to leave me? Why did the gods have to be so cruel? Why can't everyone get along?

As his mark faded so did his breath. "Leo don't leave me," I cried out. "Save him please," I pleaded. Rose walked forward and tried to heal him. Soon Clover and Amelia joined her. Their hands turned green as one took the sword out of his body and the other worked to heal him. I waited for what seemed like hours just to be told he was on the brink of death. Just then one of the eight mages flew down. It was Lumia the one who was the most advanced in magic.

"Let me heal him," Lumia offered. As her hands turned green, she put a potion into his wounds and started a chant. His body lit up green as her chant got louder. When the glow faded he opened his eyes again. "Leo," I said happily. Lumia got and handed me a bottle of what seemed like Rosia. One of the most powerful and hardest to get healing herbs. "Give this to him every day in tea till it runs out. And make sure he gets lots of rest," she said softly.
