Fake memories

So, we've all had them, events in our life that didn't actually happen is common. But this memory is odd to me, I know it didn't happen, my Mom has told me over and over. It won't leave my head unfortunately. It started off simple, i and my Mom were just simply walking around a park nearby my house. I was around 6, so I clung onto my Mom and tried to be as far away as possible from the other kids. This is where it starts to get fuzzy, and what my Mother says is just my imagination. She suddenly got a call, she gently pushed me toward the other kids and walked away to of course take the call. When I had turn around to run after her, she wasn't there, I turned to the children playing and they weren't playing, just staring at this man, who leaned against a tree. I, in my idiotic child brain, thought that the best course of action was to ask the man if he had seen my mom. I started walking toward him, his face became more, familiar almost. I was about 4 or 5 feet away from him when I realized, he looked like my Vater. I didn't have a concept of death back then so I honestly believed he just felt better and finally came home from that weird morgue house. He stood up straight, and fixed his suit jacket, I didn't talk back then, I just looked at him with my arms out. Until someone suddenly grabbed me from behind. I don't know if it was my mom or someone's parent pushing me away from him, the rest of that (I hope) fake memory is fuzzy.
